Necromancer: Divine-Level Summoning Chapter 10

Looking at the beautiful teacher's gentle expression, Audrey felt a sense of hope in her heart.
However, she did not dare to express her opinion first. Thus, she placed her elbow under the table and gently nudged Keaton.
Keaton took the hint, and 'timidly' agreed to Azula's request.
"Teacher Azula, I'm fine. I'm ready to receive your special training anytime."
At this point, Keaton turned to look at Audrey and pretended to be embarrassed.
"But I'm afraid Audrey won't be able to promise you. She's too timid to tell you directly, so she asked me to speak for her as well."
Audrey looked at Keaton in surprise, wondering to herself, 'How could there be such a b*st*rd?!'
Facing Azula's knife-like gaze, Audrey forced herself to stand up calmly and explain herself.
"I didn't, Teacher Azula. It's all Keaton's own nonsensical words."
"I'm very clear about my current level of magic power. How can I reject the kind intentions of Teacher to give me extra training? I'm willing to accept it."
At this point, Audrey cleverly added another sentence.
"Teacher, I will work hard and not let you down."
Seeing Audrey's sincere expression, Azula smiled happily.
"Very good, very good. I hope both of you remember what you said today."
"From now on, the two of you are members of my special training plan. I hope that the two of you will persevere and not blame me for being ruthless."
"Remember, no matter what I'll to you, it's for your own good."
Azula smiled, but the smile on her face was as cold as the north wind.
These two freshmen were very courageous… She hoped that they would still have such courage after witnessing her terrifying training.
Uh… am I screwed?
Looking at Azula's creepy smile, Audrey felt a little strange.
Although she was innocent and naive, it did not mean that she was stupid.

Her senses directly told her that this Teacher Azula in front of her was not simple. Naturally, the special training that Teacher Azula mentioned would be even more extraordinary.
However, before she could process this clearly, Azula's voice sounded in the classroom again.
"Alright, the first segment, attendance taking, has passed. Now, we will officially begin the lesson."
Azula took a deep breath. With this breath, all emotions on her face were gradually restrained.
Her now serious gaze swept across everyone in the classroom.
The first lesson of this group of new students in Soul Suppression Academy officially began at this moment.
On the way to the Sky Blue border, this group of students had already witnessed the formidable strength of their leader.
They were looking forward to all of this, so they began to listen attentively.
"Many of you should know the ranks of mages, but I'll still explain it again to you today."
"There are a total of nine ranks. From low to high, they are: Apprentice Mage, Beginner Mage, Intermediate Mage, Advanced Mage, Archmage, Magister, Grand Magister, Saint Magister, and Forbidden Mage!
Similarly, the magic that a mage can release has nine ranks. They are divided into one to nine ranks. The first to eighth ranks are ordinary magic, and the ninth rank is regarded as Forbidden Magic."
At this point, Azula suddenly looked towards the horizon with her eyes full of admiration.
"However, according to the legends of the Sky Blue Continent, there is an even higher position after Rank 9."
"The title for it is called Mage God, and its corresponding magicks are called Divine Arts."
"It's been more than a thousand years since a Mage God and a Divine Art last appeared in the Blue Sky Continent."
"I sincerely wish that one of you can reach that rank."
"Based on the current situation, what you need is not just aspirations that are as high as the sky, but hard work."

The class continued on with Azula's cold and magnetic voice…
...
In the following period, Azula as well as the other subject teachers patiently taught the new students how to cultivate and train themselves.
Of course, these teachings and guidance were not simply conducted in a quiet classroom.
On the contrary, most of the teaching activities of the students in class 3 of the first grade were conducted outdoors.
"However, you are still far from reaching the standard. Only by continuously cultivating can you break through your limits. Only by continuously breaking through your limits can you improve."
"Continue training. No one is allowed to fall behind. No one is allowed to stop. I've already said that no one is allowed to stop. Why do you still dare to stop?"
"If one person cannot complete the criteria, everyone has to do it again."
"There's no use crying! This isn't your home. This is the Sky Blue border. The enemy will not let you off because of your tears. Instead, they will bully you even more, beat you up, and torture you to death."
"What do you mean you want to drop out! You're already here, and you actually want to drop out? Impossible."
...
On the training ground, countless freshmen wailed.
And their wails did not lessen the burden on them. Instead, it made the beautiful teacher target them even more crazily.
After this round of training, Audrey finally understood what the special training that Teacher Azula had mentioned meant.
Tears welled up in her eyes, but she was too scared to let them flow.
She could only whimper silently in his heart as she continued with this brutal training while holding her grievances inwardly.
"Demoness!"
"Tyrant!"
"Teacher Azula, please let us rest for a while."
"Keaton, can you help me? I really can't hold on any longer."
"Mommy, I want to go home."
...
As evening approached, the other students on the scene were already resting. Only Keaton and Audrey were still persisting in their training.
Keaton looked very relaxed, as if this was nothing out of the ordinary for him.
On the other hand, Audrey's face was extremely pale. She sat on the ground with an exhausted look as she kept mumbling to herself.
She was either blaming Keaton for not helping her or badmouthing Azula.
"Audrey, stop scolding me. It's fine if you scold me, but if you scold Azula, you'll probably get into more trouble."
"Continue training. The earlier we finish, the earlier we can rest."
Keaton wasn't a good person either. Typically, he would just let Audrey be punished by Azula.
At this moment, the reason why he was still encouraging Audrey was entirely because if this woman could not complete her training mission, Azula would make both of them remain behind to continue training.
"I don't want to train. I want to sleep. My body hurts."
Audrey looked like she was about to cry. She raised her fists and punched Keaton.
"If you don't want to train, then don't. Tell Azula, what's the use of beating me?"
"Besides, I also think that it's better if you train more. Look at how fat you are now. Your waist is as thick as a bucket."
With the virtue of not being able to hit a woman, he decided to reap some benefits through his mouth instead.
"Boohoo, you're bullying me again. Can you still live like this?"
Audrey angrily punched Keaton a few more times before reaching for her waist.

A Universe of Bloody Evolution
The Void was never meant to be opened to the Multiverse. The horrors waiting inside it should have never seen the light. And yet, the biggest mistake in the history of creation led to the impossible. In an event later known as the Outbreak, gates appeared in the first Universe, and with them, the Void was free. For ages the Void destroyed universe after universe, spreading its power in every direction, leaving only death and pain behind. But before every Universe met its end, it still had a chance. A small part of the population that survived the initial Outbreak and was granted a mysterious System to help them fight against the dangers that came from the Void. They were the Multiverse's last hope even if they couldn't stop the collapse of their own world. And so the cycle continued until the 36th Outbreak came. Leo Hale, a young reporter from Wolford, was one of the lucky ones to survive when the majority of Earth's population turned into monsters straight out of nightmares. Thrust into a constant battle for his life, Leo was determined to push forward and find his remaining family. Even if it meant sacrificing what was left of his humanity. After all, you either adapt or die. Story of progression and evolution with my take at the post-apocalyptic genre. Unlike most monster evolution stories where the monster rushes to gain human form, here I plan to do something quite the opposite. After all, in a world where almost everything wants to kill you, being human can be hard. Warnings are here to give me the freedom to write whatever is necessary. This is my first original novel. Also English isn't my native language so any feedback is welcome. Remember that even if initially this story takes place on Earth, fictional places, streets, etc will appear. Release Schedule: Monday - Wednesday - Friday Average chapter length: 2000-2500 words (There might be exceptions as is the case with some of the first chapters - most of them are longer.)

The BLOODLANDS
The story follows a young lord in which a middle-aged man reincarnated into the body and gets a second chance at using the knowledge he learns from reading in his past life. No longer bound to the world of his library and university but in a world in which if he failed not only his death but the death of others are in his hands. This concept of the book came about from having two mild heart attacks and the regrets of not being more active in my younger life. Note: The cover of the book is from a painting of Richard the Lionheart at the Battle of Arsuf (1191) during the Third Crusade where he defeated Saladin. Painting by Gustave Doré (19th century).
