Chapter 44: Su Huiqing From the Su Family

Su Huiqing calmly scanned the people in the room.

There were a few of them left and most were Su Lun’s comrades who had started the business with him back in the days.

She walked a few steps forward and placed her school bag onto the table.

“Qingqing.” Su Zhi stood up and naturally gave his seat to her, his voice sounding especially polite.

This scene left all the higher-ups in the meeting room shocked. Su Zhi was a scheming person who had already planned to start his own business. So why did he stay with them when the Su Corporation was about to go bankrupt? His actions made them very confused.

Everyone froze once they received the piece of paper.

The entire room fell into silence.

After a long while, someone helplessly said, “Missy, although your idea seems really nice, with our current situation, whether the Su Corporation can make a comeback remains a question. So, I don’t think it’s a wise decision to go head-to-head with Zhang Corporation.”

In their opinion, the International Association was like a cloud in the sky. They could only look at it from afar.

The Zhang Corporation had already garnered the support of most of the companies in Green City. They might enter the International Association soon.

However, Su Huiqing wanted to defeat the Zhang Corporation with just one paper? She must be kidding.

Su Huiqing stood up and kicked her chair away before walking towards the screen projector.

She reached out to turn the switch on and the screen showed a live broadcast of the press conference that was about to begin.

With that said, she walked to the table and bent down to take her bag. She then took her leave.

“By the way, get a grip of yourselves. As for the Su Corporation, this is just the beginning.” Holding her school bag with one hand, she placed her other hand on the door handle before turning her head around. “A small company like the Zhang Corporation is enough to scare all of you out of your wits. How are you going to fight with those people at the International Association in the future?”

Su Huiqing proceeded downstairs and entered her car.

She threw her school bag on the chair, and she commanded, “Go to the press conference.”

Stumped by her request, the chauffeur said, “Missy, Madam is already there. You should be in school now…”

Su Huiqing tilted her head up. “Go to the press conference.”

She repeated her orders.

The chauffeur stared deep into her clear, black eyes through the rearview mirror. It was such a casual statement, but he could feel a frightening presence through it.

He did not dare to speak further and stepped on the gas.

They held the press conference at the Zhang Corporation.

The press conference was to start at ten in the morning. As the clock struck ten, Zhang Zheng, and those that were present, appeared on the gigantic screen.

“Brother Mingxi, we will announce our marriage soon. I wanted to invite the Su Family…” Shen Anan alighted from the car.

Just then, a loud screech filled the air.

A black car stopped beside them.

The car door opened, revealing a pair of long and slender legs.

A beautiful figure stepped out of the room. With a hand stuffed in her pocket and another hand carrying her school bag. She raised her fair chin, her expression looking especially cold.

Zhang Mingxi slightly narrowed his eyes before furrowing his eyebrows. “What are you doing here?”

“Sis?” Shen Anan was also a little surprised.

Su Huiqing flipped her hair and turned her head around slightly to face them. “Move out of my way.”

Wickedness filled her pitch-black eyes!

Both of them could not help but take a step back.

Su Huiqing swung her school bag over her shoulders and left the scene.

Zhang Mingxi snapped back to her senses, and he scoffed, “Su Huiqing, what’s there to be proud of? You are about to lose your status as the Missy of the Su Family! What would it leave you then?”

Su Ruohua calmly announced that the Su Family and Zhang Family officially broke off their engagement.

Upon hearing that, she slowly raised her head and stared into the camera with her pitch-black eyes. She coldly spat out the words out of her mouth. “Su Huiqing from the Su Family.”
