Now let's get something straight yh? Tang San having innate full spirit power is bullsh1t. A strong spirit and weak together brings out an average spirit power rank. THe other spirit (weak one) would absorb power of the other spirit to get stronger. So in tang san's case, his sh1tty useless grass would absorb the power of his hammer.Now the reason as to why this isn't revealed and make him have average innate spirit power, is because he cultivated his Mysterious Heaven Technqiue all the way to age 6. He absorbed surroudning spirit power and increased his innate spirit power rank which others can't do and hence was born with full innate spirit power. Chen Feng however, doesn't have that cultivation technique (Mysterious Heaven) and as such couldn't absorb spirit power from the surrounding to make his spirits stronger, that is why he awakened only level 3 innate spirit power unlike tang san. Understood?
