The next day.
After finishing two sessions of blood transfusion, Jessy left the Facility and teleported into Jagger's place.
She found him sitting idly in the living room, with a black traveling black beside him, watching television.
"You look ready and excited..." she commented.
"Yes, of course. I'm going out of the country in an adventure of a lifetime, so, I'm kind of pumped!" he grinned.
Jessy smiled, she was pleased with his energetic behavior, which means he's willing to throw himself into this mission, 100%. "That's great! Let's go!"
Jagger turns off the TV and picked up his meager belonging.
Jessy went to Jagger's side and touches his right arm.
A few seconds later, they vanished from the room.
They landed in Capt. Mercado's office.
Colonel Brown and another guy in his late 20's was also there.
The guy's eyes bulged like it's gonna pop out from its socket due to extreme surprise upon witnessing two strangers suddenly materialized inside the room. They just appeared in the room out of nowhere and the door was still closed. "Holy shit! What the fuck did I just had seen!?" he exclaimed aloud feeling like he was going to have a hard attack after witnessing something mind-blowing that only happens in the movies.
Jessy ignored the guy and looked at the colonel. "Sir, Uncle, may I present to you my comrade, Alexander Moore," she introduces Jagger to the colonel.
Jagger disappeared from their eyes for a few seconds and resurfaced at the back of Colonel Brown's chair. "Nice meeting you, Sir," he said and ambled casually towards Jessy's side.
Colonel Brown smiled. "Ah, another one. What else can you do, Alexander?" he asked the newcomer.
"I can do pretty much everything that Jessy can do. But she's still the best and the most powerful among us," Jagger said, glancing at Jessy with much pride and adoration shining in his eyes.

Colonel Brown walked towards Alexander and extended his hand for a handshake.
Jagger accepted the colonel's hand graciously, smirking.
Suddenly the colonel's hand that was in contact with Jagger's hand was frozen to his shoulder. "W-what did you do to me!?" he asked in alarmed.
"Demonstrating my power to you, Sir, because you asked me to demonstrate," Jagger smirked and unfreeze the colonel.
Colonel Brown was taken aback for a moment but smiled nonetheless. "You're awesome!" he told him and tapped Alexander's shoulder.
Jagger grinned, he still has one trick left to do. "And one final show before the curtain fall," he said. His mouth was moving rapidly, chanting strange words that can't be understood by anyone. Suddenly, his infamous bottle appeared in his right hand, he opened the lid and stared intensely at the guy sitting beside Capt. Mercado and chanted another spell.
Slowly the guy turns into a cloud of black smoke and drifted inside the bottle.
Inside the bottle, the smoke slowly shifted into a human form and the guy was shocked to find himself inside the bottle, he screamed at the top of his lungs and shouted for help pounding at the wall of the bottle, wanting to be freed!
Capt. Mercado and Colonel Brown's eyes widened in disbelief, they were shocked to witness such unbelievable magic happening before their very eyes.
"What the fuck is going on!?" Capt. Mercado looked at Jagger.
"Just demonstrating my skill and ability, Boss," he grinned in amusement.
Jessy rolled her eyes and glared at Jagger. "That's enough Alex! Get him out of the bottle, now!" she commanded.
"Yes...Ma'am!" Jagger winked at Jessy and smiled. His mouth chanted another spell and the guy inside the bottle turn into a cloud of black smoke and slowly floated out of the bottle. The smoke turned into a human form and the guy was back in his original form, sprawling in the floor, his body still shaking in fright.

Colonel went to the guy's side and assisted him to his feet until he sat back on the chair. "Are you okay, Oliver? It's just a demonstration, I hope you won't take it seriously against him," he tilted his head at Jagger.
"Sir, w-who are these people? A-are they the descendants of X-men?" Oliver asked in a quivering voice.
Colonel Brown shook his head. "No, they are Ex-Vampires," he answered calmly and went to Alexander's side. "Follow me, Alex," he said and nods at Capt. Mercado. "Introduced Jessy and Oliver to each other, I will leave them to you."
Colonel Brown and Alexander left the room together.
Now that only the three of them are left in the room. Capt. Mercado looked at Jessy. "Your comrade is full of mischief," he commented on Alex's behavior.
Jessy laughed heartily. "He's a bit naughty but that's just him," she responded.
Capt. Mercado introduced Jessy and Oliver to each other. "Oliver, meet Jessy your partner." Then he addressed Jessy. "This is Oliver the undercover agent who will document each of your missions. From now on you two will be partners to hunt criminals and fugitives together," the captain said.
Oliver and Jessy engaged in a handshake to formalize their partnerships.
"Looking forward to working with you, Jess," said Oliver.
"Me too," Jessy responded, giving him a friendly smile.
Capt. Mercado pulled up twelve pieces of a black mask from his drawers that entirely covers the nose and mouth of a person who uses it, he handed them six masks each. "Each of you has to use this mask every day to hide your identity and this special mission is top-secret. Only a few and trusted people know about this mission so let's maintain the secrecy of the highest form. Okay?"
"Yes, we understand, Sir!" Jessy and Oliver responded.
The captain opened another drawer and picked up two mobile phones. "These phones will be your private connection to each other, you can't store another phone number on it. But three other people may call you guys on your number during an emergency. Me, the colonel and the Chief of Police," he explained.
Jessy and Oliver picked up their phones and placed them in the pocket of their jacket.
Then the captain addressed them again.
"Regarding the mission, you two must choose which of the Top Ten Wanted Man in our city or our country that you wanted to pursue and investigate. Remember, capture them alive as much as possible, not dead. These guys are very good at hiding, they had given the law enforcers headache for a long time. They must be captured at all costs!" Captain Mercado reminded them.
"We will try our best, Sir!" Jessy and Oliver answered.
"Okay, you may leave now. Go to a safe place somewhere and get to know each other so that you can work smoothly as a team," Capt. Mercado dismisses them.
Jessy rose to her feet. "Let's go," she told Oliver.
"After you, Ma'am!" Oliver responded.
"And one more thing, guys, don't call each others name in the public, okay?" the captain added.
Jessy and Oliver nodded their heads and left the room.
Outside the captain's office. Jessy and Oliver went to the parking area of the military camp and get into Oliver's car.
"Is your place near here?" asked Jessy.
"Yeah, let's go there to my apartment, it's safe and secure there," Oliver answered.
"Okay, to your apartment then," Jessy murmured.
Before Oliver started the engine, they put the mask over their face.
A few minutes later, Oliver's car can be seen getting out of the military camp and moving smoothly into the busy highway.
