When the waiter brought her order in the table, Hazel began munching on her light snack which consists of a cheeseburger, french fries, and orange soda.

While she was chewing on her food...

Her attention was glued to the singer belting a romantic ballad in the center of the bar, he got a melodious and soulful voice that can penetrate one's heart and soul. She kept staring at the singer and thoroughly enjoying his breathtaking performance.

Hazel stayed inside the bar until 1:00 in the morning just listening to the singer's soulful voice.

Finally, the resto-bar was now closing for the night.

Hazel was still sitting in her table, she doesn't want to go home yet!

Then the singer walked to her table. "Miss...were going to close for the night..." he informed her, smiling a bit.

Hazel smiled shyly. "Ah, um...okay...sorry I did not realize it's now closing time. I enjoyed listening to your music," she commented.

"Thank you. By the way, my name is Perry," he said, smiling.

"Nice meeting you, Perry!" Hazel responded. "My name is Hazel..." she introduces herself to him.

They shook hands.

Perry stared at her for a long time. "You know what...your face looks familiar to me!" he finally said, his eyes gleaming.

Hazel looked at him. "Yeah, you look familiar too!" she said.

They stared at each other's eyes for a few minutes.

Perry broke the contact. "Tell me where you live, I can bring you home. I have my motorcycle with me outside," he offered.

Hazel stared at the floor. "I don't want to go home yet..."

"Why—?" he asked, frowning.

"B-because I caught my boyfriend cheating behind my back with a naked woman in our house," she said teary-eyed, her voice distraught, she was near to breaking down again.

Perry looked at her with deep sympathy in his eyes. "Ah, I see. You are facing a relationship problem, no worries, I can bring you to a nice beautiful place...so that you can talk as much as you want while I listen..." he said.

"W-where is that beautiful place?" she asked curiously.

"On the beach outside the town, it's going to be a one hour drive from here. Would you go with me?" he asked.

Hazel fell silent for a minute or two, then she finally spoke..."Okay, I will go with you..." she said.

They exited the establishment.

After presenting his motorcycle to her, Hazel get in at the back of the motorbike and clung at Perry's jacket.

Perry was driving his motorbike smoothly in the deserted highway heading out of the town, going to the nearest beach.

Jessy was smiling in amazement while hovering above them, she was following the motorbike closely.

Perry and Hazel finally arrived on the beach.

They soon found a quiet place to sit down and within just a few minutes, they were able to admire the beauty of the beach.

Perry glanced at Hazel's eyes filled with tears, he gave his handkerchief to her. "So, what happened between you and your boyfriend? Why you caught him cheating on the house you both shared? Did you have a terrible fight before he cheated on you?" he began asking questions to encourage her to speak her mind out. Discussing problems with other people can sometimes ease the pain, instead of carrying the heavy burden alone. This time, he's willing to listen to this woman who catches his attention, super fast! The moment he heard her voice and the way she talks, he felt like he had seen this woman before. He was instantly drawn to her like a moth to a flame.

Hazel observed Perry's face and saw the sincerity in his eyes.

Then she began pouring her heart out to Perry. "My boyfriend told me that I disappeared for more than a year that is why he found another girlfriend to take my place..." she began her explanation.

Perry's eyes were burning with curiosity. "Interesting! My friend the owner of the bar also told me that I vanished for more than a year and I just returned last week...I find it odd because I felt like I was never gone missing at all. But I think my friend was telling the truth because my room has accumulated dust everywhere from floor to ceiling, and I usually clean my room every weekend. And one more strange thing I noticed...I have no memories of the activities I have done when I disappeared. It's kind of a great mystery to me, sometimes I think I was abducted by aliens and was brought to the outer space on their planet for experimentation and they find nothing interesting about my body and brain so they dumped me back here on earth..." he joked.

Hazel broke into a giggle upon hearing Perry's outrageous claim.

Perry laughed aloud, she joined in his vibrant laughter.

Their laughter filled the atmosphere, the thin ice that separates them has finally broken.

"And maybe I'm also abducted by aliens and we are both abducted at the same time...then they returned us to earth one week apart from each other? Hmm...sounds interesting! Does it sounds like a conspiracy theory?" Hazel asked.

"I dunno..." Perry said.

Then they laughed some more.

After a while, they both turned serious.

Perry looked at Hazel. "Please continue your story..." he said, very much interested to know the woman sitting beside him. He felt like he had known her for a long time and they somehow shared a deep connection.

Hazel was glad to meet someone like Perry who is a wonderful stranger, a friendly type of guy who is ready to listen to her problems. She just wants to wipe away the pain from her chest because she felt like her heart was going to explode if she can't flush out the pain from her system. She needs to get it all out so that when she will face Greg again tomorrow, she will have the strength to accept his decision when it comes to the fate of their relationship. Then she still has to find out why she went missing for more than a year which she has no recollection at all, kind of odd and strange.

Perry listens to Hazel's life story and heartbreaks without interruption.

Jessy smiled while watching the estranged couple reunited again...well...if they were meant to be together they will be on each other's arms sooner or later.

It's about time to go home. She's done here. If she is not busy next week she will visit the resto-bar to check on Hazel and Perry's condition. She was curious about what will happen next, now that they found each other again. Would it lead to romance or friendship only? Will Hazel and her boyfriend can settle their differences and melt back to each other's arms?

It's one of a kind life situation unfolding in front of her.

Everything happened so fast!

Jessy shakes her head. More questions are growing like mushrooms in her mind while watching the latest development between Hazel and Perry's reunion.

But she has to leave now.

Jessy teleported back into the Facility.
