Jessy looked at the queen. "What's his story, Mother?" she asked first so that she will know what she'll be getting into. She was already traumatized by Leo's tragic death. She wants to know the bad and the good so that she can protect her nerves just in case something awful will happen again.

"He is clean, I mean, he is a good man. There was not much to say about his life. He was newly married before his abduction. His wife must have been feeling depressed and sad due to his sudden disappearance without a reason two years ago," the queen explained.

"Okay, in that case, I will bring him right now to his home," Jessy said. When she visited the address Teddy had wrote in his index card, nobody was inside the house. But she saw photo frames, wedding photos in the living room with Teddy's face on it and that of a pretty woman, his wife.

She surveyed the entire house. It's tidy and well maintained, which means that Teddy's wife was still living in that house, probably waiting for her missing husband's return.

She did not linger for so long inside the bungalow type house and teleported back into the Facility.

Now back to the present.

She was ready to bring Teddy home. It will be a happy reunion for sure and she was looking forward to seeing the couple reunited again.

"I'm going to my bedchamber now for a much-needed rest, child. Bring him home now," the queen said.

"Yes Mother and thank you, rest well," Jessy replied.

Queen Margaret nods her head and exited the study room.

Jessy clasped Teddy's arm and made them invisible, she then teleported them into Teddy's house, right into the living room.

Surprisingly, the light on the living room was already open. The wife, Rachel must be somewhere in the house. She settled the frozen Teddy on the sofa, then she checked the rooms to find Rachel.

Jessy found the wife in the master's bedroom.

Rachel was beautifying herself in front of the mirror, applying red lipstick on her lips and blush on...on her cheeks. She was wearing above the knee sexy red cocktail dress.

Hmm...looks like she was getting ready for a date or going to attend a party?

Oh no! Rachel can't go anywhere because it's husband's homecoming today after being kidnapped for two years!

Rachel rose to her feet, she picked up the perfume bottle and sprays it on her body.

It looks like she's now ready to exit the bedroom! Jessy went back to the living room. It's now time to unfreeze Teddy. She waves her hand aiming at Teddy and unfreezes him immediately.

A moment later, Rachel was about to get out of the master's bedroom.

Then Jessy heard the sound of a car suddenly stopped in front of the house.

She went outside the house and saw a guy in a formal attire heading towards Teddy's house. She went inside the living room to find Teddy, he was nowhere in sight, where is he? Maybe in the master's bedroom?

She spotted Rachel getting out of the room.

Where is Teddy!?

The doorbell rings three times.

Dang! Jessy feels something is going wrong...

She can smell it in the air!

She went back into the living room and saw Rachel opened the main door and allowed the guy to come inside the house. After Rachel closed the door behind him, she catapulted into the guy's waiting arms.

Rachel and the guy kissed passionately on the lips.

Then all of a sudden a door was being opened and Jessy saw Teddy emerges from the bathroom located near the kitchen area.

Oh shit!

Teddy looked at the couple...his eyes widen in shock! His wife and his younger brother were engaged in a tight embrace with their lips locked on each other.

"What the fuck you two are doing inside my house!?" Teddy's angry voice roared inside the house.

Rachel and the guy were separated from each other instantly, they were horrified to hear the all too familiar voice.

"Husband, you're back!?" Rachel's eyes were big as saucers, she was stunned, the color was drained out of her face.

Howard's face went white upon seeing his older brother again.

Teddy's eyes throw daggers at his wife and his younger brother.

"What the fuck is going on!? W-what is the meaning of this! Why you two are embracing and kissing each other on the lips? You two have a relationship together—?" his thunderous voice was echoing inside the house, brows knitted together in confusion.

"Please lower your voice, hubby!" Rachel pleaded, her knees were trembling after being caught in the act kissing his husband's younger brother. This is so humiliating and excruciatingly shameful. She crumbled into the sofa, as her knees can no longer support her trembling body.

Teddy was pacing back and forth in the living room, feeling betrayed by the two people he loved and trusted the most. He was mad, utterly shocked and outraged of what he had witnessed a while ago. His heart was bleeding in sadness and sorrow.

"B-bro, I'm going home...I will talk to you some other day..." Howard was attempting to exit the door.

"Hold on there, kid! You can't go home until you tell me why you betrayed me with my wife behind my back?" Teddy shouted angrily at his younger brother. "Sit down!"

Howard sat down on the sofa across Rachel. The couple that was acting so sweet earlier was now avoiding each other's eyes as if the mere presence of each other in the same room is toxic.

"Since when did your relationship started behind my back— answer me!?" Teddy was seething in anger.

Rachel was fidgeting on her seats. "W-we started to have a relationship one y-year after you went m-missing, hubby," she said in a low voice.

Teddy's eyes widen and his brows snapped together in astonishment. "W-what did you say? What are you talking about? Who is missing?"

"Yes, brother. You went missing for two years now," Howard explained. "We can't find you everywhere..." he said.

"Nonsense! How did I go missing, I'm here in front of you now! You are liars conniving bastards!" Teddy's nostrils were flaring with rage.

"Hubby, I'm so sorry! I deeply regretted entering a relationship with your younger brother I thought you already died. I'm so sorry!" fresh tears were now streaming down Rachel's face.

Teddy looked at his wife's face with sadness and disappointment in his eyes. "We promised on our wedding day that we will love each other in sickness and in health 'till death do us part! Then why are you doing this to me!" he yelled at her face.

Rachel wiped the tears from her eyes with the back of her hand. "After you went missing, I feel so lonely and abandoned. I thought you eloped with another woman. Your younger brother always cheers me up during my lonely times. Then one day, we just realized that we are getting closer to each other, then our relationship began. We never planned to get involved with each other, things just happened naturally...I'm so sorry for betraying you and hurting you," she said sniffling.

Rachel took a paper from below the center table. "Here, please read this, it's the police report that I filed in the police station after you went missing after forty-eight hours," she said in trembling voice, whimpering.

Teddy took the report in his hand and read the contents. It's indeed a police report and he was the one reported missing! How this is happening? He can't remember a thing why he has gone missing in the first place? Why?

He runs his hands through his hair in confusion and frustrations.

The house was enveloped in a thick silence for a moment while Teddy was trying to process the reality of his disappearance in his mind. This is absolute madness! It's impossible for him to just vanished without a trace for two years—? Unbelievable!

With hands shaking he placed the police report in the center table. He looked at his wife and his younger brother with contempt in his eyes. "You scumbags....get out of my house now! Starting today, I don't have a wife and brother anymore!" his eyes were blazing with anger. If looks could kill, his wife and his brother were both corpses already.

Rachel's eyes grow wide in disbelief. "But hubby...you can't throw me out! I'm your wife! We are legally married. I owned this house too! I promised you I won't see your brother anymore, please forgive me, we will start all over again! Why did you disappear—? I thought you had eloped with another woman. I waited for your return, I waited for your text and call that never comes. I'm so devastated, so many things come up in my mind...I got confused and your brother gives me his shoulder to lean on during my darkest times thinking about what happened to you. Please hear me out! If you didn't disappear I won't do something stupid like this. I don't even love your brother, I just enter a relationship with him because I'm feeling lonely," she said trying to justify her actions.
