Early that morning before everyone gets up from their bed, Jessy was already up and went inside the bathroom.

Adam opened his eyes and followed Jessy's sexy back into the bathroom and closed his eyes again, smirking.

A moment later.

Jessy exited the bathroom and whispered something in Adam's ears. "I will go to the mansion for a few minutes to inform Nana Aida that we are going to arrive there late afternoon today so that she can prepare some dinner for us," she said.

"Okay, come back quick!" he said and shut off his eyes again.

"Yes, Sir!" Jessy replied and ruffled his hair playfully.

Jessy changed into her jeans, donned her blouse and brown leather jacket and put some money on the pocket of her pants.

She teleported into the mansion.

She landed in the living room.

Jessy saw Nana Aida sweeping dried leaves that fall from the surrounding trees near the entrance of the mansion.

She exited the door and greeted her. "Good morning, Nana!"

"Jessy! Since when did you arrive?" Nana Aida smiled back at her.

"Just now, Nana. Did you remember, Grandpa Waldo? We are bringing him here—later in the afternoon, so we're going to have our dinner here. If you don't want to cook foods we can buy ready to eat foods in the restaurants along the highway," Jessy explained.

"It's okay, child. I can go to the market and buy some fresh meat and vegetables and cook several types of dishes for our dinner—is there any specific dish you want me to cook for you guys?" Nana Aida asked.

Jessy pondered for a moment. "Hmm, how about different dishes, Nana? I want seafood, stew vegetable, pork, chicken and soup," she elaborated.

"No problem, let's have four main dishes and hot soup for dinner tonight," Nana Aida replied.

"Okay, that's good! Here's some money for the grocery," she placed the money in Nana Aida's hands. "Will that be enough, Nana? Keep the change!" Jessy smiled fondly at the old woman.

"It's more than enough, thank you, child," Nana Aida said and placed the money into the pocket of her skirt and continues sweeping the dried leaves scattered in the ground. "Will you be staying for breakfast? I'm going to cook something for us," she said.

"No need, Nana. I will go back now to Adam's condo..." Jessy said.

"Okay, I will prepare Waldo's room after I have my breakfast," Nana Aida spoke.

"Thank you, Nana Aida, see you again later!" Jessy said.

"Okay," replied the old woman and continue her sweeping.

Jessy went back to the living room and disappeared inside.

A moment later, she reappeared inside Adam's room, lol, he was still sleeping. She climbs into the bed and lies down beside him, then sneaks her hands around his waist and kissed his neck affectionately and closed her eyes again, relishing into the euphoric feeling of enjoying his warmth. She pressed her face into the crook of his neck and shuts off her eyes. "I love you, Adam," she whispered in his ears.

"I love you, Jess," he murmured and turned around to face her, he enveloped her in his arms. "Let's sleep for two more hours then after breakfast let's hit the road," Adam said sleepily.

"Okay," Jessy closed her eyes again.

The couple cuddled and sleep for the next two hours.

Two hours and thirty minutes later.

Jessy and Adam were finally awakened. They stared into each other's eyes.

"Good morning my love!" Adam kissed Jessy's forehead.

"Good morning..." she murmured.

"I will go to the bathroom first then we will start preparing for the trip to the mansion, okay?"

He untangled himself from her body and went inside to the bathroom.

Jessy rises from the bed and folded the blanket and placed it neatly below the pillow.

A few minutes later Adam exited the bathroom and Jessy went inside for a quick shower.

Adam began stuffing a few things in his backpacks, such as cellphone, charger, money, toothbrush, underwear, a pair of clothing and etcetera.

When Jessy was already done in the bathroom and finished dressed up, they exited the bedroom and the moment they step outside the door...the fresh aroma of cooked foods drifted into their nostrils.

"Hmm, delicious smelling breakfast! Now I'm getting hungry all of a sudden," Jessy gushes.

"Let's go raid the kitchen!" Adam said.

The couple went to the kitchen and finds the table already laden with yummy breakfast such as bacon, hot dog and sunny side up egg.

Grandpa Waldo was still flipping some pancake in the pan, he looked over his shoulder and smiled broadly at the couple. "Ah, here comes my favorite couple! Good morning, kids!" he said.

"Good morning, Grandpa!" the couple replied in unison.

"You sit down now kids and eat your breakfast, I'm on my final stage of cooking the pancake, two more pieces to go," he grinned.

Jessy and Adam sat down on the chair.

They began putting foods on their plates.

"Where is Caden?" Adam asked.

"He went down on the ground floor to buy freshly baked bread, he will be back anytime soon," Grandpa Waldo responded.

"Okay, let's start breakfast!" Jessy said enthusiastically. She began chewing on the pancake, "Wow! This taste super cheesy, Grandpa!"

Grandpa Waldo smiled. "Well, it's just the usual ready to make pancake that can be bought in the store, nothing special, I just added one egg and I sliced the cheese into small cubes and mixed all the ingredients, so yeah, that is why the pancake has a cheesy taste to it, my ex-wife's recipe—actually," he spoke with a tinge of sadness in his voice.

Done with the last pancake, Grandpa Waldo turned off the induction cooktop.

The door of the condo opened, Caden burst inside.

"Good morning, guys!" Caden arrived into the kitchen, he brought with him freshly baked bread, he took out the strawberry jam from the fridge then put the bread in a plastic platter and placed them in the table. "Let's eat!"

Grandpa Waldo and Caden sat on the four-seater table and eat breakfast with the couple.

"I am happy to see you again, child! Caden told me that you arrived late last night while I'm sleeping," Grandpa Waldo spoke to Jessy.

Jessy smiled warmly at the old man. "I told Caden not to wake you up, Grandpa," she said.

Grandpa Waldo smiled and starts placing foods on his plate.

They continue their meal in a pleasant camaraderie.

The atmosphere in the kitchen shows that the people there have mutual support for each other. Now and then they broke into casual conversation while devouring their breakfast.

"Have you guys done the packing?" Adam asked everyone around the table.

"I already helped Grandpa packed his clothes in the traveling bag right after we woke up," Caden replied. "And I also have my stuff in my backpack since we are going to sleep there for one night," he added. "We're ready for the adventure!" he said with excitement leaping up in his eyes.

Jessy and Adam looked at each other, they were also excited and looking forward to the long trip ahead.

After done eating, Caden volunteered to wash all the dirty dishes, Adam and Jessy wiped the table clean and Grandpa Waldo went to the room to take a quick shower.

Jessy and Adam made their hot coffee and ventured into the terrace overlooking the swimming pool area holding the hot mugs in their hands. The couple sat down on the chair.

"The pool looks refreshing and picturesque in the morning when there is no one around tampering the beautiful scenery," Jessy commented.

"Yeah, the water looks inviting indeed, you wanna take a quick jump into the water?" Adam joked.

Jessy grinned and shook her head. "Let's do it in the lake back home after we arrive in the mansion!" she replied.

They continue sipping their hot coffees and occasionally scanning their eyes on the entire length of the condominium townhouse.

One hour later.

They all have their bags in the living room.

"Everyone is ready for the adventure?" Adam said.

"Yes, we are!" Grandpa, Jessy, and Caden shouted in chorus.

"Let's go, guys!" Adam said.

They exited the condo unit and boarded the elevator heading down to the ground floor.
