Versatile: Alternate World Chapter 99

I have known Riko for a lot of years already. And I know that she is quite a sharp one in terms of her intuitions. But to think she immediately noticed who I am immediately just by showing some of my trump cards, that is quite a spectacle already.
"Are you the guy who stole the first clear from the Burning Dragon Guild? I heard from the videos and theories of the people on the internet before that a player wearing a wolf mask is the one who appeared before the clearing notification appeared. There are only a few players wearing Wolf Masks since some of them drop randomly from the wolves. But you are the only one I have seen so far who wears a white wolf mask. Therefore, you must be the one and only."
"Haha, there are others who wear the same mask as me you know? You just didn't see them yet."
What I said is real. This might have dropped from an Elite Monster but that doesn't mean it won't drop to other players. Masks are currently ignored or most of the time sold cheaply due to how it has low stats. There are other face accessories with better stats compared to masks but since wolf masks are fairly common, no one would be surprised at how you look in your mask. This mask is not even that striking except for the soft fur it has and the white color of it which is rare since most wolf masks come in brown and grey color.
"I don't think other players are wearing a wolf mask has an ability like you. Aside from that, you have some summons and the other thing is the class change. You are clearly a Paladin before but you suddenly changed to a Cleric and started to do a support role. Not only that, the skill you use to raise the dead, if that is a rare skill, then it only means one thing. You are strong enough to solo a dungeon."

"Hmm, so what? If I am the one, what will you do?"
"There is only one thing to ask for. How did you get so strong? Can you give me tips? Should I invest my SP in active skills or passive skills? Should I change armor or gears?"
Her questions are tackled already in beginners' guide published on the internet. Aside from that, Versatile class gameplay is different from her class.
"A magician benefits more on magic power skills and passives. Focus on raising your passives and buy the magic skill you think you will likely keep on using. That way, you won't have any regrets."
My advice works on all classes except Versatile. Many of you have wondered why I keep on picking up active skills before and ignoring most of my passives. That is because, if I wanted to earn faster SP, I have to either use a skill of that class or use their weapons. Since I can earn SP much faster compared to all classes, I don't have a problem with spending my SP but that doesn't mean it can't go slow. If I have no title that can earn me more SP, I would be everywhere day and night farming SP to raise my skills.
I also forgot to tell this but Versatile has a normal passive called [Experience Gain Mastery] which can gain SP to upgrade skills of any class the Versatile uses every kill. Since they have many skill trees, the Versatile will never survive if they rely on just level up SP given which is 10. Other player's skills cost way lower than Versatile class skills which is why they can afford to pay it. To make up for this, they can earn SP whenever they kill monsters.
Normal weapon usage of a certain class will certainly fetch a small amount of SP, but using class skills will work well on farming SP for skills. I have discussed it with a versatile player before so I know how it works. Versatile class can gain 3 SP or less already from killing a single mob whenever they use basic attacks. Most of the time, it has a gain of 0 or 1 SP while the gain when you are using magic spells, techniques, and other skills that involved that class will earn more SP around 30 or less SP every kill depending on how the SP drops frequently, which is why if you are playing a Versatile class, pick active skills first before passives. If other classes have this passive and title effect, they will be able to max all their skills in no time due to this since their skills and before they can even reach the max level, they will no longer have any use to the SP they will earn in the future which will break the game. I wanted to earn more SP immediately so until recently I ignored the passive skills to gain faster SP I can use.to buy new skills like passives. That is why I ignored the passive at first. It was for the sake of earning more skill points to spend.

I talked on Dolly a lot more while picking up some drops. I already have seen her enthusiasm and I wanted her to get stronger so, in the future, I can change the future once again... I explained to her many of the skills that are going to be likely the most used magic spells in the game and how to go on solo in many battles in the future. She talked with me about various things about the game and she never expected the Versatile class can be this powerful.
"So your class is Versatile. I heard versatile is the worst class in terms of beginner players. Even veterans say it has a confusing system. Then how can you be this overpowered?"
"No need for me to answer that."
....
We finished the salvage and gained a significant amount of materials and other things like food ingredients and weapons. Compared to the measly amount we managed to collect from the monsters and got stolen by those thieving bastards, the amount we lost cannot be compared to what we possess right now. We have a much bigger resource gained than them.
Since we don't want to continue to the next floor, we teleported back to the entrance. The boss drops a lot of equipment and some gold. Time to discuss how to split everything.
"Are you sure you wanted to sell this staff? It has a much more power compared to your weapon."
"No worries, this current staff I am using is still good enough. Just take the items you wanted to get and sell the rest. I wanted the money."
"Alright. I will send you the gold after this."
"Okay then. Since we survived here, I will log out first because I am getting hungry. Let's go as a party again next time alright? I will add you as a friend."
"If the situation is good, I will comply. Happy eating," I respond and accepted her request.
She waved goodbye and she logged out. I on the other hand grinned and happily went somewhere players gather to relax in town. I have some people I need to screw on.
"Time to teach the thieves that left us for dead. They will regret doing those actions in front of me. It is time to purge and send someone to the exhibitionist jail.
...
Author's note: I decided to put a little filler chapter here since the Next Chapter will be the 100th chapter milestone after so long. It will also mark the end of Arc 1, so to all the people reading this, I am grateful for the support. I will continue to improve my writing and I will work hard to increase the updates. Since my editing process on ChatGroup for Magicians is almost done, I will not be that busy anymore and can focus on this one. So please be patient everyone and thank you for reading!

Maverick Engineer Saga

Can he come to bear the loss of loved ones? Fate flings various questions and, most important of all, why did he reincarnate? Disclaimer: This story is about a modern man ill-equipped for his time in ancient India. The story delves into the realm of believability instead of wish fulfilment, with a healthy dose of supernatural elements, so no, overpowered MC. The picture is of a placeholder and does not belong to me. If I become rich or the readers donate to it, I would replace the picture. Author note: If you find errors, let me know.

Yang enrolls in the Imperial Officers’ Academy to study history, but despite his unusual and unmistakeable talent as both a tactician and a scholar, his classmates resent him for being a visible outsider. When tensions at the school boil over and several of Yang’s classmates attempt to murder him, Yang finds an unlikely ally in the top student in the class: the aloof Oskar von Reuenthal. Unique Fusion Magic Hex
World Essence. The mysterious energy coursing throughout the entire land of Vor'ten, and very possibly the entire world. This energy has allowed humanity to flourish, building great empires and vast kingdoms, conquering nature itself with just a sweep of their hand. Humans were the strongest existence, and with the help of channeling this World Essence, many were able to turn into Magic Knights, gaining magical abilities to combat the various fierce beasts throughout the lands.Alas... those glory days of old were long gone. Humanity has now been pushed to the brink of destruction, and now the remaining members of the human race are encased within giant domes known as 'Alkkras', made with the last remaining bits of the World Essence. It was said that those giant domes were the last gifts left by the remnants of the ancient human race, as a means to protect the future generation from the attacks of the many wild beasts roaming outside. Five Spiritualist Invokers, all combined together, used the last bit of the World Essence and sacrificed their lives to lay a gigantic, 1028-seal formation magic array to form these barriers, forever saving humanity, but also trapping humanity within these barriers. However, the humans were never completely helpless. No matter how little World Essence was left, the humans still had some remaining. Realizing the incoming crisis, the humans found a way to seal World Essence inside a special type of crystal. Soon, these crystals began to become implanted into weapons, turning them into World Essence Weapons, and they began to display properties of their own. Extreme heat. Bone chilling cold. Absurd sharpness. These normal weapons, after being imbued with the energy of the World Essence Crystals, began to form natural affinities to elements. Fire. Water. Earth. Wind. Darkness. Light. Using these weapons, one could become a Chevalier that wielded the power of the elements. However, if one wanted to reach a higher level of enlightenment and understanding, one could become an Invoker. Via the study of magic array formations, one could directly use the power of the World Essence to cast devastating magics upon the enemy. These people were Invokers, highly valued for their combat potential by the Army. These weapons and magical arrays were used in the great fight between the humans and the beasts long ago. They had long since been put away in storage, almost long forgotten...However, after ten-thousand years of suppression, the human race is beginning its counterattack against the Beasts... Synth was an Invoker in the Magecroft Academy. However, his talent was terrible, being only at the Spark Stage. This led to him being looked down upon and bullied. He was unable to cast any Calamity-rank or even Destruction rank spells, and was only able to cast Coalescing rank spells at the age of 17, a record low in the academy for cultivating these rare Invokers. Even though he put in more effort than anyone else, he was still unable to advance his Channeling Energy. But due to his constant research and study, Synth ended up creating a power that would go against the heavens - he had found how to Fuse spells together. After trying it out once, merging the magical array for the Small Fireball and the Mortal Judgement skills, he was able to create a mid-rank Destruction tier spell, Holy Judgement Flame. However, after this, no matter how hard he tried, he was unable to fuse more spells together or even cast them, and noticed a weird, pentagram shaped formation on his left arm. He would later call this mark the Fusion Magic Hex, a curse that prevented the wielder from casting magic that wasn't their own...This meant that with the exception of Synth's newly created skill, , he was going to have to create unique magic arrays if he ever wanted to step on the path of becoming an Invoker! This power that destroyed the laws of the Invoking System, and his unyielding persistence in testing and creating new spells, would later gain Synth the nickname the Unique Fusion Hex, and lead him to become one of the strongest beings in the entire World!
