Tamer Of Cosmic Beasts Chapter 46

Sacra Emilat was facing the Four-Armed Demon, it was around 10-meters-tall. Its entire body was white and hairless with completely black limbs and overgrown yellow nails. The demon was holding swords in all its hands, and they were all different than each other.
It looked at Sacra and yakked.
"How about we check who is better with swords."
Sacra held his sword in both hands and flapped his wings before agreeing.
The demon blitzed on Sacra, swinging a sword that was more like a heavy slab of metal. Sacra blocked it with his sword.
~CLANG~
However, the impact flung him away. Quickly, he flapped his wings and dug the sword in the ground to stop the momentum. However, the demon charged again, not ceasing its onslaught, and attacked with another long rectangular blade. This time Sacra didn't block but evaded it, saving himself from the same predicament.
Akash was observing the scene from afar as he hadn't joined the action himself yet. The God Demon Panda was standing beside him before asking.
"Father... I want... to fight... too"
Akash replied.
"Be patient, the battle hasn't reached its climax yet. Given your strength, it's only suitable for you to fight only the more formidable foes. You have to let the others gain experience too."
Akash opened the profile of the demon.
Species: Doom Demon (Beast)
Realm: 1st Moon, Star Captain
Bloodline: Star Emperor nobility rank
Learnt Laws: Darkness Law, Water Law
Inborn Laws: Martial Law (Awakened), Blood Law (Yet to Awaken)]
Akash murmured.
"Another great beast!"
Akash sent a message via the System to Sacra.
"Sacra, tame that demon. Fight him head on and exhaust him, you won't die anyway."
Sacra twitched and muttered.
"I know, but it will still hurt…"
Coronela spoke.
"Master, use the wings as well. They are not only for flying, but they can also block, cut and pierce as well"

"That's good news but I still need more time to master them, and he is 2 realms above me. There is no way I can best him."
Sacra retorted.
"Master, you are immortal here while he is a mortal."
Coronela assured him.
Sacra sighed before resigning to his fate and rushed towards the demon. In turn, the demon giggled and thrust his 3rd rapier sword. Sacra didn't block or dodge, but went in instead, gritting his teeth.
With a whistling sound, the rapier pierced his chest, yet at the same time, he shoved his own sword towards the core of the demon as well.
~CLANG~
Unfortunately, the demon stopped it with his blunt sword.
"Hehehe, do you think I am a fool like the rest of them?"
Sacra smiled while the blood trickled down from the corner of his mouth and stated.
"Perhaps not, but you are still not smart enough."
Sacra let go of the sword and gripped the demon's arm tightly, his glowing large wings fell down to cut the arm. The demon pulled his arm together with Sacra and slammed him to the ground instead. With a loud bang, Sacra lost his breath, but he didn't let go of his grip and successfully cut the demon's arm.
"You cunning little shit!"
The demon stomped on Sacra's head, smashing it. Seeing the dead Sacra, it picked its arm back up and went back.
After only taking several steps, however, he heard a call from behind.
"Hey, numbskull, where do you think you're going?"
The demon looked behind and the previously dead orc was now standing, his eyes widened. Sacra chuckled and teased.
"Didn't you want to check whether I could revive or not?"
The demon growled in anger while Sacra spat blood from his mouth.

"Ahh, that was painful."
He took a deep breath and glared at his opponent.
"Let's start round two."
~In Another Place~
A sole man was moving at frightening speed, far away from the rest of Akash's force and deep in the enemy lines, it was Daan Godlyn. After he had seen the Red Mamba and his generals, he briskly moved towards them and had died many times along the way.
He had yet to kill a single beast during this, nevertheless, he had still played a big role in this battle. He slashed and smashed every beast in his path with his strong hands, dealing minor and major injuries alike.
He had his eyes on the giant who had thrown the spike at Sohrab. Naturally, the giant had seen the lethal charge of Daan which angered it beyond belief.
It clearly wanted to run after Daan and Red Mamba gave his permission.
"You can go."
Immediately, the giant jumped high into the sky before landing on a top of a hound, crushing its entire body. It looked like a mutated human, 50-meters-tall and clearly exuding great strength.
Daan roared in response, echoing throughout the entire battlefield. A roar of a lion, deep and thundering. Daan jumped as well and dug his claws on a beast, maintaining his balance, before jumping again until he finally reached all the way towards the giant.
The giant flicked its fingers, causing the surrounding stones and rocks to fly towards it from the mountains and combine, forming a huge mace.
It then held the mace in both hands and swung it at Daan with air cutting speed while he was still in mid-air. He saw the mace coming but knew he couldn't evade it, so he gritted his teeth and prepared to face the impact.
~THUD~
As a result, he was flung many kilometers away, killing multiple beasts in the process from the collision alone. The power behind that swing was enormous, giants were known for their abnormal agility and strength.
Now, Daan was on the ground, limbs twisted and broken. Thankfully, he quickly healed himself, stood back up and lamented.
"If only I could fly…"
Hadda replied.
"You can, master."
Suddenly, from Daan's back two large white dragon wings grew out, stunning him until he asked.
"What else are you hiding, Hadda?"
"I've hidden nothing, I will only help you according to your will, master."
"Show me everything you have."
Daan ordered. Then, a white ten-meter-long tail emerged. It was more like an 8-meter whip made from bone. At the end of the tail, there was a 2-meter blade reminiscent of bone as well, sharp and pointy.
Emboldened with his new wings and tail, Daan flew towards the giant. It swung at him again, however, Daan dodged and threw a punch back. Surprisingly, the giant avoided it by bending its waist backwards at a 90° angle. Daan's eyes widened, and the giant attacked again which he was able to dodge. Unfortunately, there was another mace in the giant's other hand.
~THUD~
With a single thud noise, history repeated itself. He looked at the naively smirking giant before he understood.
"This scum, he is just playing with me."
