Clarice was part of the Cleansing Mission in Seiji… However, her mission there was only to scout the headquarters with her Mech Knight and drop powerful Mana Artifacts or perhaps Magic Jammer on some key places of the country.

Apparently, her jet-like Mech is considered to be the fastest flying aircraft in Zairus at the moment.

Avalon had truly spent a lot of resources to make the best Mech Knight for Wallace's older sister. Because of this, Clarice had to do some special tasks that aligns with the capability of her Mech Knight.

She also thinks that it is not a bad idea since she felt that she's really the best option that their country has.

Since she had completed the mission quite easily, she had plenty of time to return to Stella Region and help them against the aliens…

"Avalon, is there something I can do? What's happening there, right now?"

Clarice asked as she piloted her Mech.

[ Yes… A squadron of magicians is currently facing a group of Terubs, you can fire a particle cannon to distract the aliens. I will warn the magicians so you can let them all out to the target. ]

Clarice enthusiastically replied. She doesn't have a clear picture of the situation but she knows that the war that is happening must be very chaotic right now.

Her Mech Knight then neared at the group of Terubs as she fired all of her missiles…

She doesn't have a reason to save them anyway… She then glanced at the monitor showing the grateful faces of the magicians as soon as her missiles hit the aliens.

Many of them are injured and some of them even have missing limbs. It wouldn't be surprising that they would be so thankful for a breather that she gave to them.

Though it may not kill the Terubs, that should still stop them for a moment allowing for the magicians to recover for a bit…

[ Save Grand Sage Hallgrim... ]

Clarice then controlled her Mech Knights and activated her booster made of Mana Artifact… It is somewhat similar to Arcanist Phase but instead of the whole Mech Knight receiving a boost, only the thrusters being used would experience the changes…

She then grabbed the man and used her Mech Knight's Mana Shell to cover her mech and the Grand Sage from the explosion…

The Doom Absorption or the Grade 5 Mana Spell that Hallgrim just used was so strong… Not a single Khrusam or Imperial Soldier had expected the powerful spell as they were caught by spell…

Nevertheless, they seem to have become really angry as the Invader Spaceships started activating their engine!

They are ready to fight the aerial battle which isn't going to be good for the Mage Battalion since they do not enough forces to match their air supremacy.

Avalon repeatedly announced on their radio. However, this is not the same for the automatons brought by the three countries.

If not for the brief connection they've had, the mainframe wouldn't have information on the Imperial Flagship's current situation.

"So, it's really like that, huh… Do you know any method to kill these Space Beasts?" Troy Webb asked.

Though the Imperial Soldiers were quite troublesome to deal with since they have bodies that could match the Sages, they can still deal with them using their Grade 3 Mana Spells.

The Khrusams, on the other hand, can now be dealt with by the Cryptic Mages who are capable of understanding the secrets of the Death Energy.

[ The Space Beasts can be treated as a powerful Mana Beast that has probably gone under multiple evolutions. Though most of them do not possess capabilities similar to magic, they have tough bodies that should be capable of ignoring even the Mana Calamity so we have to be careful. ]

"Even the Mana Calamity? It's that strong, huh…" Hallgrim weakly muttered after hearing Avalon's report... No one doubts the A.I. anymore as it had seen a lot more about the aliens than them.
