Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 391

After Wallace was trapped together with the five imperial soldiers, he didn't worry that they'll be capable of killing him at all.
He acknowledges the power of their Bio-Armors and other weapons but his Mana Spells will certainly kill these people if they were directly hit even once. He only has to destroy their armor or perhaps use a Mana Spell that directly affects their body.
At most, they could probably buy some time until the Khrusams managed to regain most of their strength…
However, as soon as he planned to use one of his Mana Artifacts, or his Silver Sphere, he found out that his enemies have brought a Phantom Missile Launcher!
The ground below them just opened up before the two launchers appeared!
A missile launcher against a single person! They are desperate!
The Phantom Missiles were suddenly aiming at him as he changed his offensive approach to a defensive one…
Then, a Psionic Pulse from the Mech Frames from the outside had also activated!
'Wait… Why would you use that with these five here?' Wallace thought while he endured the power of the Psionic Pulse and use his evolved Mana Shell to defend against the missile…
The Psionic Pulse can be dangerous to his body so he has to focus on defending against it.
As expected, the five people were also affected by the Psionic Pulse but they had enough time to trigger their missiles to launch them in Wallace's direction…
They seem to be prepared to perish with him inside this enclosed room!
Boom! Boom!
Wallace was caught in the explosion as he endured the impact…
As far as he knows, the Phantom Missile is a very expensive construct but does twice as much damage as any other weapon class of a similar generation.
This missile is very good against ships without force fields, but can be easily interfered with through ECM or can be literally shot down with CIWS.
Wallace thought that they would no longer use such outdated weapons but it seems that these types of weapons were still dangerous if they are used correctly.
Perhaps, if any other magicians were in his situation, they wouldn't be able to survive this attack at all… or even if they could, they would surely sustain heavy injuries in the process.
Bam!

Wallace was thrown at the metal gate behind him as he failed to stand on his ground…
However, he didn't take too much damage in the process… He then glanced at the five imperial soldiers and noticed that their Bio-Armors are now crumbling into pieces…
It seems that it could no longer endure the damages they've received…
Clap! Clap! Clap!
One of them suddenly started clapping after completely removing the useless Bio-Armor in his body.
Right now, he's just wearing a normal spacesuit for the imperial army.
"I didn't think that you can still move after that attack… So the rumors about the existence of a strong alien race on this planet are true…"
Wallace heard the man spoke using the Meredith Empire's official language…
Of course, he's also curious why he would think that he's a native on this planet. After all, he's wearing a Bio-Armor as well!
'Or can he not recognize that this is an old bio-armor?'
Nevertheless, Wallace is not here to have a chat with them. He realized that the Mech Frames with troublesome technologies would surely catch up to him… He had to move quickly.
Wallace then saw the five pull out their photon swords… It seems that they really think that they can handle him…
Whoosh! Whoosh!
They waved their sword around before rushing at him…
Whom~
His Mana Shell activated as he pointed his finger to one of the soldiers.
Bam! Bam!
Their swords managed to strike his Mana Shell first before he could complete his casting. Their swift movements are truly impressive…
However, it was their biggest mistake to get closer to him.
Obsidian Surge!
This is similar to the red lightning spell used during TMAC. However, Wallace modified it to fit his Secret Art: AOTL…
Lightning abilities or spells aren't uncommon to a magician's arsenal… It's just that using such spell drains a lot of mana compared to other mana spells like elemental wind and water.
Unless they have similar Secret Art like AOTL, it will be very taxing to their bodies and may not be effective in the long run.
"Aah!"
They screamed in pain as they couldn't dodge the red lightning in time. In truth, Wallace was even surprised that they weren't instantly killed by the attack…
'Ahh… Is it because of their combat suit?' He mused.

Anyway, it doesn't matter whether they have the finest gene enhancements, as the spell contains a million Volts and it would still fry them nonetheless…
Thud!
They all dropped on the ground as their spacesuits were unable to save them…
Wallace then looked at the thick metal gate that is blocking his way. He noticed that the whole room is actually being covered by Death Energy…
'So these five soldiers are members of the suicide squad?' The young man thought for a moment as he started to slowly control his Astral Energy.
His mana doesn't seem to be very effective against the Death Energy of the Khrusams so he thought of focusing on his Astral Energy.
'Let's see how much energy it will take me…' The man smirked as he started his attack.

Meanwhile, while Wallace was trapped within the Conqueror Starship…
A powerful figure appeared about the spaceships at the State of Kazan… The figure they've seen was completely different from any living creatures that the Empire had encountered.
Apparently, what they've detected is the Celestial Being that was previously under the sea.
"Hmmm…"
The Celestial surveyed the surroundings… He saw the five alien spaceships and about a hundred Mech Frames around. As for the marauder gears and builder androids, he completely ignored them as they felt that they are too useless.
Of course, he also noticed the Terror Mages but he was already aware of their relationship with Wallace so he just ignored them completely…
It didn't take long before the Celestial found traces of Wallace's energy and found the covered spot where he could've gone into.
The entity stayed mid-air as he doesn't seem to plan on attacking the aliens…
However, for the imperial soldiers who had just been infiltrated by a single native of this planet, they were not taking the chance that this being would just stay there and watch them.
They have to take the initiative…
Nevertheless, they know that they can't be too careless with their actions. They are aware that underestimating these natives might result in many deaths…
Whom~ Whom~ Whom~
Thirty members of the Khrusam race flew and surrounded the Celestial Being. Their actions weren't rushed as they seem to be watching the Celestial carefully.
Perhaps, they have already run several scans on this being but didn't found anything… After all, the being is purely made of energy…
Zzzsshh….
A spinning noise was suddenly heard as a black miasma appeared around the Khrusams…
This is the Death Energy coming out from the Corpse Furnace that was just activated.
The energy formed a net as they rushed towards the Celestial Being. In truth, they have somehow realized that the Mech Frames will not be enough to deal with this entity…
They've made negotiations with some natives of this planet a while ago… The meeting took place within a virtual world that can actually slow the time in the real world like Wallace's QBCS.
In short, the 10 minutes of negotiation with the Seiji Alliance before was actually more than a couple of hours!
During such a long meeting, the existence of the unknown entity called Celestial Being was discussed as well…
The Empire had actually asked for the list of mysterious or powerful beings or entities within this planet that they have to be wary of.
Apparently, the Seiji Alliance listed the Celestial Beings at the top of the list.
It is followed by the unknown Veda that is controlling the planet's underworld organizations, and the third is, of course, Wallace Ravencroft…
There are others on the list like Aeolia Schien, the Deep Sea Creatures, and Julian Esmeria in Montego who has made a dangerous weapon… The Seiji Alliance has even warned them not to force the man to use the weapon as they believed that its power would also affect the whole world.
They couldn't tell exactly what this weapon is but they received this information through their spies and even Veda has confirmed that the man is hiding a mysterious weapon inside the first Mage Tower of the country…
In the end, Wallace's existence was also confirmed by the Imperial Army… The man who made the Spaceships, Moon Base, and the Virtual World possible appears very suspicious to them however they look.
Nevertheless, they concluded that this being in front of them is probably one of those few mysterious beings on the planet so they have to be careful…
They are unsure whether this entity is Veda, the Celestial, or even Wallace, but they are determined to kill them at all cost.

The Spark
Michael Locke was a normal student, who went through his normal day in a normal fashion, until the day became... unnatural. Shot into the country of Aldemar and thrust into a new world alongside his many classmates, he agrees to work for the king in exchange for shelter and to learn magic. Fate however, is indifferent to his wishes, as he quickly realizes that he may be a hero, but his purpose in this world is quite opposite. Suddenly surrounded on every side, Michael must work to survive, and if anyone finds his secret... He's as good as dead. The Spark is meant to be a murder mystery style isekai, focused on the existence of basically an anti-hero, with every one of the large amount of heroes attempting to discover who the traitor is. This isn't made to be a lovey dovey easy going isekai with an OP mc, it's made to stir around an emotional story, with many dark tones. Still, the goal is to stay fairly light hearted as well, and the perspective will pass around to several characters throughout the story.
