Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 366

This is turning completely different from what he envisioned.
Wallace just found out that the Seiji and its allies were trying to negotiate with the Empire!
They were actually planning to attempt communicating with them and have some peace talks or perhaps even ally with them!
This is absurd!
"Avalon, can you clarify the information you got?"
[ Yes. As per your instructions, I monitored their actions and listened to their conversations secretly. Grand Sage Magnum, the leader of the Council of War, wanted to show off their real forces and power to the Empire… They will not try to attack them as they are planning to offer half of the continent to the Empire, as long as their countries would be under their wing. ]
To think that the nations of this land would have this grudge against another country that they are willing to sell the lands to an unknown species from outer space!
Wallace had truly underestimated the greed and selfishness of these people. He thought that it was enough for them to learn the cruelty of the aliens through the Virtual World game called Alien Invasion.
They've even seen Ace's battle in outer space!
However, instead of being afraid and joining forces with other nations, these people actually thought of joining the enemy to save themselves!
Wallace is expecting to watch the battle between the Seiji's forces and the Empire… He's planning to assist them once they realized that they couldn't fight them. But it seems that it wouldn't work like that…
He had to change his plans.
"Tell me… What should I do, Avalon?"
[ Same. Fight the Empire. ]
"Y-yeah… But do you think that the Empire will help them?"
With the advanced A.I.s of the Empire, they would surely easily learn the language of this world. As a matter of fact, they might even be aware of it already.

It means that communication would not be a problem between them…
[ Yes. However, they will just be used. Once they served their purpose, they will be eradicated or become slaves. It has always been like that. ]
"Thought so…"
Perhaps, the Empire would also take some good bodies of magicians to be sacrificed and experimented with… After all, it would be a perfect opportunity for them to capture an untainted sample since taking magicians through forceful means can be quite dangerous to their target as well.
"Haa~ They actually added to my problems… Should I just kill them?"
[ Good idea. But initiating an internal fight is not a good image. You can consider waiting for them to truly establish some connection then eliminate them in one go. We would also have time to prepare a stronger force… ]
Avalon suggested after considering many things. Well, he still has to respect the international laws even though they are in this crisis. If he's the one who's going to decide, he'll just ignore it and fight the empire with his full force without care to the other nation's opinion…
However, because the nations haven't fully realized the threat of their extinction that these aliens could literally do, the peace and order of these countries would just turn into chaos if he did things on his own without thinking of the boundaries of these nations.
He can't create more chaos now and deal with this one by one…
'Alright… Since you want to join the Empire, I'll let you… Good luck on that… However, once you joined them, you'll be considered as my enemy as well.'
Wallace closed his eyes and visualized the various scenarios that could happen once they attempted to negotiate with the empire.
'I could probably eliminate most of the magicians excluding the Grand Sages and Grand Arcanists they have… However, that would consume my Astral Energy… I wouldn't have enough energy to deal with the Khrusam… It's also too early to ask the Celestial Being to act… Haa~ It's even better if I asked him to just fly out and attempt to fight the Flagship in space… No… Perhaps, I'm thinking too much…'

Wallace suddenly had an idea on how to deal with this situation…
He went silent for about five minutes before standing up from where he was seated…
"Alright… For now, Avalon, I need you to inform Zairus about the information. Make sure that only the higher-ups are aware of this…"
[ You mean the Council of War? ]
"That's right..." Wallace replied as he went out to meet the Terror Mages again to speak with them.
[ Affirmative. ]
Avalon did as it was told and revealed the information to the people that Wallace trusts.
Time quickly passed and Veda finally answered his request to talk with him.
Wallace had almost thought that the A.I. is avoiding him!
"Veda... What's going on with Seiji? Why are they planning to join forces with the Empire?"
[ Join forces? Those idiots... ]

A large part of the Lucent Force has just arrived in front of Mount Ravencroft.
They are welcomed by several automatons equipped with Mana Artifacts!
Their movements were all human-like and they could converse really well with people which is quite scary…
Some of them even had a thought that Wallace had turned some of the players in his game to become these automatons and trapped their souls inside.
Nevertheless, they know that it shouldn't be that exaggerated.
"What now, Falcon? Are you sure that we should be following these automatons?"
Falcon was surprisingly the leader of the group although he is the youngest of them all.
"I have previous arrangements with Wallace. It's fine."
Falcon said and he didn't even glance at Owl who asked the question.
Apparently, they were here not because they have problems with the Lucent Knights they bought from that man but because they needed a stronger airship…
The Veritas Group can indeed provide them several floating airships powered by pure Magic to transport their Knights but it wasn't as effective as Wallace's creations or needless to say, his mid-size transatmospheric battleships.
These battleships were tons better than the airships though they are much more expensive… However, if they get one of these, they would also have the means to visit outer space in the future as long as they were allowed by Wallace to use his Mass Driver…
Anyways, there was no way that they would be defeated by these aliens now that every nation is cooperating to fight them…
Ring! Ring!
Time has passed and as they reached the hangar where the Mech Knights and few Battleships are docked, his communication device rang and it came from Aaron, the young master and currently the acting leader of their Lucent Force…
Falcon is hoping for a piece of good news as he answered the call.

To Blunt The Sharpest Claw
The Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels are a series of New Fable genre novels that involve cats and dogs and high adventure and romance and espionage and food-fights and hotels and explosions and car chases. With large casts, exotic locations and an absurdity only possible in the absence of human characters, the Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels blend Wind in the Willows with James Bond, though with more cafes and fewer badgers. This submission is the third title in its Morigan Trilogy, beginning two-thirds of the way through the series' longest adventure yet. Here's a quick recount of what's happened so far: When Oscar Teabag-Dooven, a Velvet Paw of Asquith, is ordered to investigate how a mysterious poet, the Ar'dath-Irr, is able to travel instantaneously around the world, two very bad things happen. Firstly, he meets Lydia, an insane librarian who punches everyone in the face, and secondly, the Ar'dath-Irr reveals he is intent on taking over the world. Although this second thing might be considered worse than the first, Oscar feels differently following Lydia’s destruction of a cafe, a library and his face in one afternoon. In comparison, thwarting world domination just seems easier. Along with Binklemitre, a fellow Velvet Paw of Asquith, and Lydia, Oscar infiltrates the Ar’dath-Irr’s realm of dark poetry to discover the dog not only intends wrenching the world apart but has no intention of cleaning up afterwards. As a result, Oscar decides it’s all too hard and goes home to have a bath. After lots of arguing and the sort of food fight that posh restaurants were invented for, Lydia and Binklemitre convince him that they must stop the Ar’dath-Irr for several reasons, one of them quite serious. A vibrant cast of characters collide as Oscar, Lydia and Binklemitre battle the Ar’dath-Irr and his disciples in an adventure involving exploding cafés and appalling hotels, car chases and inadvertent surgery, dreadful poetry, lots of arguments and at least one temper-tantrum, all of which draw the three into dark and convoluted corners of a world they weren’t aware existed. Moreover, any chance of sitting down and discussing things over some buns disappears when Lydia punches the Ar’dath-Irr in the face. This results in her having a psychotic episode and Oscar getting run over by an ambulance. Although Binklemitre suffers neither, he witnesses both, which is almost as dreadful, though not nearly so messy. An enormous battle ensues, followed by a dinner party and then everything explodes.
