Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 290

It wasn't easy to influence the whole country.
Lacus was fully aware of it and as she thinks on how to help her junior apprentice in his mission to inform people about the possible future, she revealed to the upper-class about the records she found at Veda's database. It was when Wallace showed her the prince's logbook from one of the hidden archives of Veda.
Although it requires a certain level of access to open it, it wouldn't be too hard to find those people who have this level and ask them to validate the information.
"I haven't noticed this record before..."
"It's very well hidden. If you didn't ask us about this, I would never find this piece of news..."
"This is interesting... Let me study this a bit more. Maybe this is just a metaphor, the foreign people that will arrive may be a form of a new disease. We may be able to eliminate them but the new disease would appear once more if we've let our guard down. Yes... I get your point, the record may be stating facts, but we have to view it in every possible perspective..."
"This is alarming... But we have to confirm its authenticity first..."
"Of course, we have to do something about it. However, the Eternal Summit is about to happen. All top clans would be very busy preparing their forces in this event."
Lacus heard different reactions after informing them about the prince's logbook. They acknowledge the book but its authenticity was being questioned or perhaps, they wanted to deny such groundbreaking news.
Anyway, she wasn't expecting that much about these people. After all, these magicians were only her clients. As an Arcanist and first apprentice of Sir Slaine Allusia, she has a lot of influence and many clients through her job.
These clients were not too outstanding but they report in the top executives of their clan or organization.
She just wanted them to learn about the existence of the record first and she believes it would cause a little chain reaction which is something she needed.

Finally, after a week of spreading information, she was contacted by the various top-officials and even the Ministry of Magic Education. Since she was the one who discovered and even actively spreading this news, she must've more gathered intelligence about this already, is what they've thought.
She even learned that the NMTI was even investigating this bit of information for a long time now. Thanks to someone who informed a previous survivor of the first northern continent expedition, Galatea, also known as Grandma Thea or Yumi's master.
In the end, she revealed that Yumi's source of information was the same as her and they wanted the same thing, to join with the preparation for the worst outcome.
Since the NMTI was partially aware of this, the other organizations started to take notice of this news and waited for everyone's actions about this.
This led to Erza, a young elite from the Ministry being tasked to gather more information about the incoming threat together with Yumi, Lacus, and Wallace.
It can't be helped that she was the one sent as a representative as they also lacked the manpower due to the nearing Eternal Summit which will be attended by the older generation that aims to showcase the power of each organization.
Erza may be young but her knowledge and ability surpassed many adult magicians. In short, she was one of the geniuses in the Mana Study that was being nurtured by the Ministry. This would also explain how she managed to appraise Wallace and Van's creation during their private duel in the international competition at Montego.
"I just wanted to hear your thoughts about some things..."
Wallace smiled wryly as he said this. He really wanted to hide the information about the possible incoming enemies so as not to cause panic to the people in case leaks of information would happen. The worse thing was if it exaggerated a lot and the information that the people receive was no longer close to the truth.
So, he made up his mind that it would be better for them to be aware of it as he controls the information that will be spread out. He will provide them as many details as he could so that there will be no guesses and lessen the panic that it may cause.

As the girls heard Wallace, they immediately gathered up and listened to what he was about to say.
"They're near... A small army from the enemy will arrive twelve days from now. But don't worry, their numbers were small and I'm confident that the Excellence I've just sent up there was fully capable of dealing with them. Unfortunately, I'm unaware when will the second arrive."
Lacus and Yumi squinted their eyes after hearing this. This was a serious matter.
On the other hand, Miya and Diana who weren't fully aware of the situation were confused a little.
Avalon has already told Miya about the reason why Wallace was doing all of this and she already mentioned it to her Manager Diana. However, they didn't take it seriously before so they were a bit stunned seeing the atmosphere around the three.
"Do you mean... the empire that the prince noted in the records?"
Erza suddenly asked as she approached them.
"Yes.."
"Hmm... They will arrive within two days, huh. About the Virtual Game, do think that they're forces were similar to the Dorssian Empire.
"I'm not sure. But it should be a good comparison considering the information I gathered from Veda..."
"Is that so? You seem to know a lot given that the record only provided little information about their strength..."
"Oh, I found other sources and I can't tell where I got them."
"Very well... Do you think that you can capture some of them alive?"
"That's what I'm trying to consider, I'm afraid that if I kept someone alive, they may find a way to communicate with their headquarters and hasten their search on this route and discover this planet."
"Sigh~ Tread carefully then. Just act on something you're sure you can handle. I may have a limited authority with the Ministry but if you needed capable magicians and pieces of equipment, you can ask me instead. I'm still not fully sure how to help and fight against an army coming from a foreign planet. But if you can give us more proof, I can guarantee you that the Ministry would do its best to help you. As a matter of fact, we can influence the Congress' decision and we may bring this up to the upcoming summit."
It is the truth, knowing the future events not necessarily mean that they could prevent it. The two powerful clans even failed miserably on their space launch. Only Wallace has the capability to handle space warfare and the most that they can do was to support him with their resources.
Yumi and Lacus gave similar advice as they were willing to support him at all costs.
Wallace took a deep breath as he decided on what to do. He'll capture the enemies and prevent them from sending out information while on his watch. To do this, he needed to borrow powerful mana artifacts from the Ministry and he needed to go up there as well to execute his plans...

Hilda cast her most powerful magic spell to fight against the Mech Frames.
The modified and strengthened Traceless Oscillation managed to deal heavy damages to the surrounding Mech Frames.
"Everyone! Escape! Now!"
They have no desire to fight to the death against the Mech Frames and used this chance to flee! The other magicians together with her even managed to cast more spells to totally destroy the near Mech Frames after they came out of the cockpit.
They were already lifted in the sky for about 500 feet on the ground but it didn't deter them to jump away as they relied on their magic spells for a cushion.
"We did it!" Hilda said as they landed on the ground and used a haste spell to run away.
