[ That's fine. What do you want her to see? ]
"The logbook, I mean that record left by the prince..."
Ace answered while smiling mysteriously. Instead of carrying the translated version of Prince Zamphail's logbook. He decided that it would be better and much more convincing if this book was some kind of top-secret information kept within Veda's database.
The higher the requirement it needed to be viewed, the higher chance that it would be treated as the real deal. It was an idea he thought so he would no longer have to explain where he found it and how did he manage to translate it.
He found it better to explain that it came from the mysterious network connection called Veda.
"Wait, this is Veda? I mean... It has consciousness?"
Lacus doesn't seem to believe him at the moment or she was confused by the sudden mention. She had never thought that it was possible to communicate with Veda... Well, everyone thought that it was only a mindless database powered by mysterious energy which was understandable.
"Well, not really but yeah, it has intelligence... although artificial."
"Artificial?"
"Yeah, an evolved one at that. Anyway, you'll learn more about this someday. In other words, I managed to get its help after confirming everything within the record I found so I think you can check it as well..."
"This..."
Lacus was not only impressed by Veda's existence but due to the fact that Wallace, her junior apprentice, has a deeper connection to this artificial intelligence!
Compared to her who was trying to slowly acquire more reputation to increase her access level, this guy who only had Veda's terminal for a few months was the one who was truly something else. It seems like he was better than whatever she felt that she was good at.
She had a lot of questions on her mind but she asked the most important one for now. They have a lot of time to talk about this later.

"What's the content of that record you found?"
"The content... was the reason why I'm doing all of this... Everything I know was in there... So you can check it now before we enter this hangar."
Ace answered as he let her decide on what to do after reading that. The help that Wallace can only give was a bit of hope or chance for the magicians to fight back. He doesn't want a slaughter to happen once the empire arrives.
He wanted to at least give them a chance to fight for their land. Whatever they would achieve, Wallace believes that even small things can make changes in such a large population.
He even provided the non-magicians pieces of knowledge about how to create useful things in war since their population was greater than the number of magicians.
He was also looking forward to working with them once more of his spaceship was made.
"I'll give you some time... You can bring out your terminal..."
"Fine..."
Lacus waved her hand and a different circular device appeared in front of her. It was the size of her palm and has a different design to what Wallace has.
'Her Spatial Bag was quite unusual, huh...'
"Whoa! I'm really at level six access! Unbelievable..."
Lacus exclaimed and seemed to be very curious as she quickly tried looking around the information she could have access to.
"Mana Formations... Arrays... Sealed Mana Artifacts... Celestial Beings? Introduction to Galaxy? Unsolved cases around the world? Mana Calamity... Untainted History?"
Lacus was only staring at the floating information she could see. She hasn't read the content yet and only softly muttered the titles or subjects she could find.
There was a lot more she could view as it seems.
She also remembered Wallace's instruction to Veda, this was only supposedly a "bit" higher!

She doesn't desire to acquire the highest level possible and was already happy to learn many things that could help her. This would surely broaden her horizon and help her create more things!
"Wallace... I... How can I thank you? Oh, wait... I should read the record... Where was it?"
"Yes... Right... Veda, can you help?"
Ace was honestly unaware of where to find the information so he asked the A.I.'s help.
Soon, a record that would take more than 100 pages of a book was shown in front of Lacus...
The introduction about the identity of the prince threw her a bit off since she had never heard of such a name. However, after the Galactic Federation, Meredith Empire, and Ancient Relic was mentioned, she realized that it wasn't confusing, it was actually a hard-to-believe story!
She skimmed to many unimportant ones and focused to may interesting bits of information.
As she reads more on the record, she couldn't hide the shock and realization on her face.
'This story... it would make everything sense...'
The part where the prince warned that the protection his team used to cover the whole planet may also be removed someday had alarmed her for a bit... If this was real, it would only mean that the Empire would have ways to trace them and it would end their peaceful days.
If anyone else would tell her this, then she may have thought that they're crazy.
However, she was well aware of how legitimate Veda is!
Veda was something that was being used not only by one country but the whole continent to hide information or to create the best place to find information.
She trusted this database so much that she had done many experiments based on the information she received from it. It contains a lot of information about mana beast and other existences that weren't event taught anywhere else other than Veda.
"This... How am I supposed to-"
"Well, you don't have to be too much pressured by this... Just take it as an information we can use for the future. It's already good that it opened your mind a little. Now, I'll let you see my creation..."
Ace said after seeing that Lacus was already holding her temple while thinking about what she had just read.
***
Several days had passed and the day of the two clan's space launch has arrived.
Everyone was watching online and many people attended the event near the capital. Even the government got involved and was closely paying attention.
Yes, although the government doesn't have plans to fund projects like this, they surely wanted this to be successful at some point. After all, it would still be under the banner of the country once it was launched successfully today.
This would also prove that their country was more advanced than the others and would surely help them to make little changes to the government's current priorities.
"Oh! Here they are!"
"The Sages and the Arcanists!"
"Look at them!"
"Whoa, what are they wearing?"
"It is protection once they were in outer space..."
"This is quite scary... I hope nothing goes wrong."
The five people showed up in front of everyone attending the event.
About 300 meters away from the space shuttle and its space booster, the gathered attendees were also praying about the group's safety and the success of their mission.
Everyone was excited to see the space shuttle fly across the sky.

She is concerned that ultimately the flaws of both angels and mortals would combine to create a cataclysm that would shatter both Vorlanys and the angels' home realm of Ceuna. Tragedies, unforeseen by any mortal or angel, set in motion that long-feared calamity and hurtle both worlds toward an irrevocable conflagration. Neither will ever be the same. Follow the lives of multiple characters, from lowly inhabitants of minor villages to the angels of Ceuna themselves, as they experience this approaching doom. *** -Book Two Synopsis- Ceuna has divided. Angels and mortals have taken their sides in a war for the fate of Vorlanys. Forynda, the High Angel and ruler of Ceuna, intends to end the entire struggle in a swift and decisive stroke with her awesome power. Meanwhile, the dissident angels, led by Omonrel, and their mortal allies cling to a thin hope that fate will break in their favor. All hopes for a quick end to the conflict will soon be dashed, however, to the detriment of all sides. The war for Vorlanys will take on a frightening new turn while mortals and angels alike discover previously unknown truths about their reality. ~~~ Some additional comments for readers: This is a project with a very ambitious arc encompassing a huge number of characters over a long period of time. If you are looking for a tight focus on just a handful of characters, that's not this story. It is meant to provide a broad series of perspectives on an absolutely calamitous world-shaping war. Thanks for reading and be sure to leave comments, ratings, and reviews at your convenience. I love hearing from you.

Peerless Hegemon
Warning: Can be quite tearjerking and depressing (or so others say). If you are weak to that and hates that kind of thing, then this story is not for you === Ye Feng lived two lives in one lifetime. First, he basked in the light of Righteousness, becoming an idol of peace and justice. Second, he trod the mired path of the Darkest Path, becoming an object of fear and death. One lifetime, Two Identities, countless experiences, still without purpose. A meaningless existence. An empty husk. In his selfishness of wanting to fill the void in him, he became the catalyst that destroyed Reality. He now controlled everything, ultimate power, uncontestable by none. But he cast it away, to be reborn anew. With a new name and a family, his goal was to understand, his place. To understand how to no longer feel empty. With his family consisting of a Reincarnated Twin Sister and Parents with inscrutable pasts, his desire was not that of grandeur. In this lifetime, he wishes not to hold power, not to gain eternal life, nor control of everything, he only wishes to live, and hopefully look at sunrise with a smile on his face. === Disclaimer: The story focuses on the Main Character’s emotional and personality growth. He is someone who is, obviously OP in some perspectives but almost crippled in others. He is not soft and does not spare anyone because it is “Bad” so expect that there would be genocide and some bloody encounters. I want this instead of just the MC’s search for life and its complication. Where Philosophy and values exist. A story where every action has proper consequences, and not everything can be conquered with a single punch (unless it can be, no need for an unnecessary complication if it can be avoided). Further Notes: This is a story that will gradually increase in word counts and become Chunkier as it progresses and will almost never be below 2000 words, but if the word count will only lengthen the chapter at the expense of a finished tale, it could and would be cut off before 2000 mark), give it a try, it won’t disappoint (I hope). And if by chance that you like it, giving a good Rating and Review will be encouraging to me and possible readers. Schedule: Monday and Friday If you want to read ahead and/or support me to creating this story, you can do it through my Patreon (link below the next chapter button.) New Job (Jensen X Reader)
I finally got the job that I have been dreaming of since I was a child. But I couldn't admit it to my parents because they don't like actors. I was going to auditions in secret, despite the fact that I'm 28. I got the role of a demon who is demon Dean's 'girlfriend' and I have to say that I'm going to enjoy it a lot because the actor that pictures Dean is really good looking. I'm going to be as professional as I can and I hope he does do.
