Wallace was looking at the other body that has their eyes closed. The previous mysterious energy that was coated around this body has now gone somewhere or melted away.
He wasn't sure what exactly happened and he plans to ask the old man. Suddenly, the other Wallace opened his eyes and they locked their eyes with each other.
They seem to have different minds but they are connected mysteriously. The soul and spirit weren't just a breath of life but it also contains his memories.
"Amazing..."
He was about to celebrate their success but the two noticed that the doctor suddenly collapsed due to exhaustion.
"Doctor!"
The new Wallace was still weakened and can't properly move so the other immediately helped the old man.
"He just needed a rest... How about you?"
"Ahh... Mrm.. I think that... I'm slowly... getting strength..."
His voice was stuttering a bit as he was slowly feeling the familiar energy coming through his body.
It felt like mana was starting to incorporate into his body but it was different.
He doesn't have the Astral Core with him or even the Arcane Baptism that further enhanced his body but this original body was approaching the peak of the human body. He has a better understanding of this body so he was sure that the energy running through it was foreign energy.
"This... is mana..."
"You're no longer affected by Mana Suffocation, huh... What should I call you?"
The new Wallace took a deep breath before answering articulately.
"Well, I should be Wallace Heather and you are Wallace Ravencroft... Though I don't think it's appropriate to call each other with just the last name or full name..."
"That's true..."
"Then, just call me Ace... You wanted me to work with your social relationships and other work-related stuff, right?"
"Yeah, but your physique seems to be a bit more..."

"Fit? Well, you have been out of their sight most of the time. You barely appears to the public. It should be no problem to say that you've thought of building your muscles..."
Ace chuckled as he sits up. He looks at his hand for a moment before closing his eyes as he slowly shakes his head. It was like he was trying to feel out his current body.
"I think I'm good."
Wallace nodded as he let the doctor rest for some time. He immediately brought him to a room and lie him to a comfortable bed.
"Avalon... Take good care of the doctor, he just needed some rest."
[ Affirmative. ]
[ Congratulations on your success. You have broadened my horizon. ]
A different feminine voice was suddenly heard after Avalon spoke. It was also using Avalon's speaker through the floating metal ball. This time, instead of red light coming out of it, it was glowing with green light.
"Veda?"
[ Correct. Now that there's more of you, I hope that you hasten the space fleet production. Just call me if you needed more help or money. Bye! ]
"Urgh... Yeah... Bye..."
The lights have already turned red before he even answered. It means that it was now Avalon. He wasn't sure what happened between the two but he was sure that Veda doesn't mean any harm. If it does, it would've done so long ago with the power of information it possess throughout the whole continent.
He used Void Phase and appeared beside Ace and observed him for a bit.
Although he was prepared in this scenario, he still couldn't help but be amazed at the entire event.
"Well, this lessens a lot of my burden... Let's have a commemorative photo, the two of us..."
"Seriously?"
"Yes..."

As Yumi was waiting for Wallace's return call, she went to discuss some matters to her superior. After all, she wasn't sure how long will she leave her post and she has important information to share.

The place she went into was an orphanage. It was still within the Tanza City.
The home or the building was looking like a brand new because their previous home was destroyed due to the terrorist attack. Although it was renovated, signs of previous mess can still be seen. The large tree that was previously covering the house was now removed.
It was badly damaged because of an explosion and it may cause more accidents if they didn't remove it completely.
Outside the premises, there was a large sign hanging to identify the place.
"Galatea House."
She looked at the familiar sign and opened the gate. She saw some children tending the garden and some were playing around. Some of them came to greet her as she brought them some presents.
"Sister Yumi!"
"Whoa! Presents!"
"Haha! It has been a while. Here you go..."
"Will you be staying here tonight?" One of the kids asked.
Yumi shakes her head but she smilingly replied.
"I'll stay before sunset... We can play later after I've talk to grandma Thea."
She handled those kids very well as she went straight to the second floor of the house.
"Mhm? Any problem with your mission?"
As soon as Yumi opened the room, an old lady with white long hair asked. She was wearing a monocle in her right eye as she flips some pages of a thick book.
"Not really..."
"I heard that you were planning to avoid it and even plans to escape somewhere far away?"
"Escape? Me? Haha! I'm not sure where you heard those things but I'm not escaping the investigation happening at the Seed Holdings. Isn't it just some project involving some memory crystals? Tsk... I'll work on it once I'm back..."
"Very well... I trust you with your words..."
The old lady even chuckled seeing Yumi's reaction. It seems that she was just teasing the younger lady.
"So, what made you come here?"
"Sigh~ I'm not sure... I just hope that this would help me to decide some things... You're one of the 24 survivors on that expedition, so I wanted to ask you... What did you really saw there?"
On Yumi's right hand was a copy of the Prince's logbook that Wallace gave to her. She was holding it tightly as she waited for the old lady's answer.
Although a part of her mind wanted to deny Wallace's claim about the realism of this notes, she couldn't help but gradually realize its authenticity after she carefully thought some clues and some unanswered questions she has about the history.
Some questions like, who truly created the first gen of Mana Artifact and slowly improving it until Aeolia appeared in the history?
What was the origin of the Celestial Beings? Or in the first place, what are they? There was even a Celestial Fragment that has an unknown usage.
These were only few questions that doesn't have clear answers but if she considered that the notes were real. Then a lot of things would make sense.
Not only that... they have to quickly act as well. After all, the notes clearly states that the protective layer or the shield covering the entire planet may run out at anytime.
'The actions of the three Grand Arcanists were also suspicious...'
Yumi wanted to know the truth and learn as much as she can before her team would go to the northern continent and rescue her cousin.
