Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 206

President Eun had successfully bought some time until her reinforcements came.
She had waited for someone capable of fighting against such powerful magicians. After all, their group realized that there would just be meaningless casualties if their weaker members, fought against them.
Since they were aware that the enemies were targetting the cores, they turned their headquarters instead into a huge trap to catch them.
"Hmph! So what if you trapped us here?!"
"Do you think our leader will be defeated by mere traps you people placed!"
The assassin mages were still not giving up. After all, they were only bounded and not being tortured or something. Once the restriction was removed, they will be back in full health and cause havoc in this building.
"Dream on..."
The lady only smirked at them and at the same time. The upper floor trembled as cracks slowly appeared on the ceiling. The 5 mages were unaware of what was happening but the lady president only smiles at this and jumps back for a bit.
Crash!
The upper floor collapses as the floor turned into a mess. Dust and debris scattered around the room while the 5 mages were also hit and got injured for a little as they were unable to gather mana and protect their bodies.
Soon, they saw their leader unconscious and bleeding. Looking at his skin and nerves that were almost popping out, he must have used their berserk potion excessively.
'What in the world happened upstairs!'
They glanced at the higher floor but they only saw the silhouette a man.
Soon, the five mages lose their consciousness not knowing what truly happened.
"Are you alright?"
The lady president worriedly asked the young man.
"Mhm... I'm fine. But I think that I overdid it. I need to take some rest."
"Yes, thank you for coming to save us here."
"That's fine. We're also targeting these guys."
'Also, if I sent a normal member of the Lucent Force here, they will sure to terribly fail this mission. This group is no joke... Especially that leader, I have to use a sizeable amount of blood energy to defeat him...'
Luckily, he still came prepared on this mission.
"So, about our deal..." Aaron asked about their previous arrangement.
"Of course. As per our agreement, we will give you 20 Solidified Celestial Bloods. Oh, would you like to take them now?"

"Not yet. It is safer here at the moment. Call your hiding members and make sure that these six remained unconscious. Just use the potion that I give you. Later, one of the Lucent Force's members will drop by here and take them away. We, still have use for them. Well then, I must oversee the ongoing fight outside."
"Sir Aaron, please wait. Allow me to treat your injuries first. You might encounter one of the enemies outside and you won't have time to rest. Also, please bring at least a dozen of our Battle Mages. Although they couldn't contend against the Adepts that may possibly be hiding outside, they can still buy you some time."
"Well, if you insist..."
Aaron agreed to get treated as he also needed some rest. He wasn't the young master of the Lucent Force for no reason. His family, especially his father was the strongest member of the Force and he inherited a quarter of his talent.
Even though Aaron had just recently achieved an Arcane Link, his combat prowess immediately reached to the peak of the Adept Mages. It was all thanks to his bloodline.
The beautiful lady then gave the best medication she could give to the young man. A while ago, their team requested assistance from the Lucent Force.
Unfortunately, due to the terrorist attack to the City Mayor, the appearance of the Hallowed Eye's wielder outside, and the destructive power of the Heart's Grimoire, the Lucent Force's members were scattered around the city and they were lacking manpower.
Especially the destruction caused by the Corrosive Blood Rain. The magic barrier around the city took a huge deal of damage and they had to fix it as quickly as possible. If a small hole caused by that spell wasn't immediately fixed, the corrosion would just slowly affect the whole barrier and it will soon be unsalvageable and they had to replace it instead.
This city-wide barrier was so expensive that it was worth 2 years of the annual profit of the city. One could just imagine how important this is.
With all that explained, no one bothered to take on a mission to protect the building of a security company.
They had only explained that more members will come from nearby cities and they will assign many members of the force to help them. But the Golden Trident Group couldn't accept it as it will be too late for them. They could only beg and even offered them a deal about their cores to make them agree.

They know that the Lucent Force was eyeing their cores as well after they learned their origins, probably through the person that Wallace had captured. It was just due to the law protecting them, the Lucent Force couldn't force their company to hand over its assets.
At the moment, the headquarters had already turned lively as many people tried to clean the mess caused by the battle within the building.
Aaron was only staring blankly while he was getting treated by the doctors.
On the other hand, the President was supervising the doctors that were treating him to ensure that nothing goes wrong. She really admired this man who was not only young and strong but couldn't easily be moved by her beauty.
She'll ensure that their company had close ties with this young master of the Lucent Force.
Aaron blinked his eyes as he saw the eye bags of the doctors with him and remembered something.
'I wonder if I can complete the quest if I played 16 hours per day... Having a portable Freya around seems to be livelier than just by traveling alone, right?...'
Aaron was seriously pondering about this.
'Sigh~ I hope that the creator made the quest a little easier though...'

The aim of the terrorist attack was to acquire the Solidified Celestial Bloods. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected reinforcements from the City forces, they failed miserably.
The mysterious shot coming out of nowhere, Aaron's show of strength, and Avery's disappearance with the Headmaster of Leonhearts Academy was something they couldn't take.
Even the 12th Phantom Squad had only succeeded in killing the double of the City Mayor and the real Mayor was only injured.
The remaining members of the squad were even killed by an unknown Steel Knight as per the words of the witnesses.
A couple of Lucent Force members who were pursuing the remaining members of the squad to stop them from causing more havoc within the city had witnessed a huge explosion in the southern direction of the city. It was hard not to notice such a powerful explosion in a quiet city. After all, the civilians had all hidden at the shelters underground and in other similarly magic enhanced structures.
The couple saw a silhouette of a large humanoid machine that was similar to the standards of the Steel Knight but it has a different model design. It was highly likely a customized Steel Knight from a private company they are unaware of and this new model had a form of instantaneous movement that had easily defeated the remaining members of the Phantom Squad without letting them detonate themselves.
It was an impressive feat as their understanding about Steel Knight was that it was supposedly slower and Adept Mages should still be more agile than the humanoid machine but...
"It was still prohibited to create a Steel Knights without approval from us!"
Yumi exclaimed after reading the complete and detailed reports of her subordinate. The creation of Steel Knights must be registered to the government and this was being handled by NMTI.
She only had the time of reading this report due to her mission in Stella Region involving the Seed Holdings. And after reviewing the report, she realized that the Steel Knight had only appeared after a house of a certain individual was targeted by the improvised missile.
"Did that guy--"
Yumi kept her mouth shut at this. She already had a suspicion about the young man's identity and this only made her suspicion grow.
In the end, it was a victory for Tanza City as the terrorist withdrew after suffering heavy casualties on their side. The Hallowed Eye's wielder had even escaped by himself after suffering grievous wounds, leaving the other terrorists behind to get killed.
"Eh? Did he really disappeared?"
Yumi was talking to herself. Unfortunately, it was reported that the wielder of the Heart's Grimoire, Avery Marshall, had disappeared together with Percival, her cousin, due to some unknown reason.
With this unexpected situation, the Leonhearts Academy was left with no Headmaster.
But this problem had not affected their Academy heavily since most of the time, Percival was absent and the Academy was being run by the Deputy Headmaster.
