Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 199

Wallace was too tired and decided to stay at a nearby hotel in Bluefields City, the second most prosperous city in the country.
It was due to his excessive use of the Void Phase making him a little bit dizzy.
He slept soundly during the night and woke up early in the morning as he excitedly connected his mind to the Pathfinder and made some confirmation about the mission completion.
[ You have successfully found and retrieved the remaining Aether on the planet. ]
[ You have received Module of Quantum Brainwaves Control System x10 ]
[ You have received an Arcana x1 ]
[ You have received a Complete Secret Art of Flowing Spirit ]
[ You have received Mystery Box x3 ]
"This looks promising..." Wallace muttered after he confirmed that he received all the rewards.
The very first thing that he did was to study the Flowing Spirit. He had a part of the secret art as he bought one in the previous auction. This made him somewhat aware of what it could do for him in the future.
Wallace materializes the manual of the Secret Art. It wasn't a book of some sort but instead a silver stele with a picture of two human bodies sitting side by side carved in front of it.
It was completely different from what he got from the auction.
He placed his hands on the stele and was suddenly sucked into the void. Without doing anything, massive information came into his mind giving him knowledge about the Secret Art.
This passing of knowledge took him for about an hour before the stele cracked in the middle as Wallace consciousness came back to reality.
As soon as it happened, the stele turned to ashes creating a mess in the room.
'Is this how it should be?'
The Awakening of Thunder and Lightning was also a Secret Art and it was taught by consuming a memory crystal. But the one that he just did had a seemingly different process of passing the knowledge.
This made him realize that the origin of all the Secret Arts might be from some other stele and passing the knowledge it contained would only depend on the original inheritor of the stele.
'Interesting... But where are they finding these steles if that's the case?'
Wallace shakes his head and tried to organize his thoughts about the Secret Art that he had just learned. Unfortunately, he was disappointed after studying it for about half an hour.

'I need help from a Mage Doctor... But I don't even know anyone with that profession.' Wallace twitched his mouth and sighed helplessly. Anyway, he might just ask one of his close friends to introduce him to one. Maybe his parents were even acquainted with someone they could trust.
After all, he will have to divulge some parts of the Secret Art to the Mage Doctor if he wanted to ask for their help or maybe, he had to study the Spirit Arts himself if he wanted to conceal the fact that he had this Secret Arts.
Anyway, this isn't his priority and was only preparing it for his other body.
Now, Wallace glanced at the ten orbs made of metal which was the module containing Quantum Brainwaves Control System.
When Wallace was introduced to an Iron Knight by his Master Slaine, he tried to pilot one and was subjected to the synchronization process which he passed after having a 93% mark. This process was required to ensure that one could pilot the Iron Knight seamlessly. But it also means that not all magicians could pilot an Iron Knight as it would depend on their sync rate.
On the other hand, the Galactic Federation uses the module of Quantum Brainwaves Control System in order to help the pilots connect to their Mech Frame without taxing the pilot's mind and to easily control the Mech Frame.
In short, with these 10 orbs of the control system, Wallace will be able to make 10 Mech Frame that anyone could pilot without having high requirements. As long they are good in real combat, they will be able to perform the same level using the Mech Frame or better even without prior training or practice. The control system works wonder to the pilots.
Wallace grinned at this. Although he can't use them for himself since he already has a Lotus Mech Frame that has a powerful microwave radiation emitter, he wanted to create other designs of Mech Frame. After all, his current Mech Frame was designed to fight in a zero-gravity environment. Even with its current float system, it can't be considered to be the best flying Mech Frame. He also had to consider other characteristics of the Mech Frame. Anyway, he has ten modules so he has plenty to consider.
Next, he sets his eyes to the Arcana. This is something very intriguing even for Wallace. The first time he encountered one was when Slaine had used to pressure them with some unexplainable source of power. He had been unable to analyze clearly before since he was afraid to get interrogated during that time.

He willed his mind and connected it to the Arcana shrouded with red mist within his sea of consciousness.
Soon, his very first Arcana materializes in front of him. It was surprisingly a card with the size of an adult's palm. Based on what he knows, after passing as an Arcane Artificer, one could only become an Arcanist if they created or controlled an Arcana. The Grand Arcanist was normally on the same level of strength as the Arcanists and it is just that they have accomplished more outstanding feats than the rest so they were entitled to receive a title of a Grand Arcanist.
There weren't many Arcanists and Grand Arcanists throughout the whole continent so Wallace was wondering whether all of them have the same form of Arcana, a card.
He looked at the card and it shows a drawing of metal bars like it was from a gloomy prison and behind it was a shadow of an unknown being. On top of the card was most likely the name of the Arcana he holds, "The First Seal".
'Sealing Magic? Or is this used to remove the seal to release the unknown being inside?'
"Hey! Why is there no instruction on how to use this?"
Wallace couldn't help but complain about the Pathfinder.
[ The user can ask assistance from an Arcanist to learn how to use it. Only Magicians at their level could immediately understand the power of the Arcana even just by touching. ]
Wallace twitched his mouth at this.
"Well... Thank you for answering."
Wallace then immediately settled the Mystery Boxes.
[ You have received a 100 Gold Coins ]
[ You have received an Anti-Aging Cream x2 ]
Wallace's mouth was gaping as soon as he saw the rewards that he just got from the Mystery Box.

After Wallace left the Araceli Island, large numbers of Z-Company's Ember's Fist Faction came to the island.
"Any recordings?"
It was asked by one of the seemingly high-ranking officers of the organization who just arrived on the island.
"We have checked but all of them have a missing recording from the time the assault started until it ended in a few minutes." The member in charge of communications within the island said disappointedly
"Is it done by an insider?"
"I doubt it. All the guards stationed here are the magicians we have hypnotized into submission. Only me, the four Peak Adepts, and the five researchers have a stable state of mind..."
"Mhmm... Then how can you explain this?" The high-ranking officer wasn't that mad but he was obviously curious about the way they infiltrated this highly protected island.
"I-I wasn't sure as well but I highly doubt that it is our men who did it. It only means that it was done by another culprit we haven't seen. There should be four automatons, one magician piloting something similar to an Iron Knight, and another one who silently sabotaged all our recordings of the battle."
"Sigh~ Then we can only rely on the description given the Fourth Creed Squad." They were referring to the squad that forcefully entered the dome after confirming that the four Adepts were non-responsive.
The officer continued.
"This project has been eating a lot of our funds. I guess that its already time to use them in other projects. We should thank Chalice for this..."
The communication officer could only nod in agreement with what he said. Soon, they interrogated the Creed Squad who had a brief encounter with Wallace.

In a high-rise building at the center hub of Tanza City.
"Sir Avarice! We have brought you another holder of a Sealed Mana Artifact. I hope that both of you could cooperate in this operation."
Said by one of the businessmen in the board room.
"Ah... You said that you'll bring her. Where is she?" It was Avarice's question.
They were the group who had been eyeing the cores of the automatons made by the Golden Trident Group.
Soon, a young lady who was wearing a black evening dress came in. She doesn't look interested at meeting with another Sealed Mana Artifact wielder but looking bored meeting all these old men in the room. She didn't even greet these seniors and only stated her name as her introduction.
"Avery Marshall."

I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
