Wallace read the qualifications that were set by the magic craftsman himself. 

After understanding the content, he was sure that he was qualified to take the examination. Anyway, even though he doesn't have a recommendation letter, he was confident to pass the first level of examination.

"Well... as expected of Grand Arcanist, huh. He would accept even those without Arcane Link... I should have an edge in this examination."

Wallace muttered softly after he checked the requirements. Of course, the succeeding examinations may not be as simple.

He was expecting more 5,000 magicians to apply in this apprenticeship. Anyway, he believes that he possesses a solid foundation and talent in crafting so even though a lot of young Mana Technicians would take the examinations, he surmised that he had a good chance to be selected in 5 slots for the apprenticeship. But he can't be too complacent as there would surely be many hidden elites amongst the candidates. After all, the Grand Arcanist did not limit the qualifications to only citizens of Zairus. Most likely, allied countries would use this opportunity to send their own elites. 

'Urgh... I might actually meet familiar people...' 

Wallace thought as remembered the other talents in the three allied countries.

Also, he will be turning 16 this year so those 17 or 18 yrs old in higher education would surely dominate at some point, he had to be serious about this. 

He looked at the information of the Grand Arcanist gathered by his A.I. and recalled the details he learned about the magic engineer's path.

The Engineer's path would start on becoming a Mana Technician, then being licensed as Magic Engineer. After learning the Arcane Link and pass another examination, the Magic Engineer can be promoted to an Arcane Artificer. Once the Artificer reached a specific amount of accomplishments, they will be called an Arcanist, and the peak of this was called Grand Arcanist, these were the people who had received a national level accomplishment. Currently within their country, there were only 3 living Grand Arcanists. 

Although Aeolia didn't officially receive the title of Grand Arcanist during his days, he was acknowledged as the first Grand Arcanist of their nation. After all, the official titles were only made 50 years ago to differentiate the level of accomplishment of the Magic Engineers.

Magic Craftsman was a title given to address an Arcanist and Grand Arcanist to a certain extent. It was because of its history prior to the creation of the official titles.

Wallace was quite excited to visit the capital and take the examination. He wanted to meet the so-called peak of the Magic Engineer's path.

He also recalled that these Arcanists had great differences with the Arcane Artificers because the field that they cover was no longer just in the creation of Mana Artifacts, Magic Structures, Formations or Arrays but also----

Wallace's thoughts were interrupted when his mother called out.

"Wallace, I need your help here." 

The obedient son immediately went to assist his mother. 

Elaine was managing the sales of Wallace's Float Drive System. After he retrieved the Avalon in the Island Nation of Montego, all his succeeding creations were managed by him and his exclusive artificial intelligence.

Only the manufacturing rights of this float machine was left to be handled by his mother. 

Currently, orders of the main magic structure crystal of the float drive system were still being received. So he was still selling them creating a significant amount of income. 

This also leads him to be connected to Gordon Iron and Steel Group, this state-owned enterprise was headquartered in Stella Region.

The capacity of this company reaches 7 million tonnes of steel per annum, making the company the largest steel provider of Zairus. 

The company produces steel products such as special steel, stainless steel, carbon steel that was also being exported to other countries. It supplies for areas like petrochemical, transportation, household appliances, metalwork, energy, manufacture of machinery, and electronic instruments. 

His connection with this company would allow him to easily acquire one of the important resources that he needed, the supply of steel.

At the moment, they were considering whether to sell another main magic structure of the Float Drive System as the representative of Gordon Iron and Steel Group notified them of an order for 50 magic structure crystal. Wallace wasn't against the idea as he could easily make the magic structure crystal already. 

It's just that 50 crystals in a single order was quite high considering his previous productions. The total sales they had for the main magic structure only reached 65 pieces. For the manufacturing rights, a total of 6 companies had purchased it including Gordon Iron and Steel Group.

"Why do they need a large number of this magic structure crystal so suddenly?"

"They said that it helps them in one of the productions of their steel. It seems that they didn't use the magic structure to float a suit but a piece of machinery."

"Hmm.." Wallace could only imagine that floating certain machinery might make an easier mode of transportation. After all, the stability of his float function couldn't be compared with other's flight functions.

'They must've studied the crystal thoroughly. Anyway, the essence of the structure was already a pre-existing one. I just consolidated and reformed some previous arrangements of flight magic formula.' 

"Tell them that it wouldn't be a problem. Anyway, I will also make an order in their company, a large one at that. I will send the request quickly." 

"If you're fine with that, then let's do it. Is this order you're saying will be delivered to your new property in Cove City?" 

"Ah yes. I also remember that I need to visit the factory. I will be completing some final arrangements in the building."

"Do you need help?"

"Nope. Thank you, mom. You're really helpful." 

"Of course... I have a few things to do in our house so I find these things very interesting." Elaine answered putting Wallace at ease 

He chatted a bit more to his mom about his future plans he also mentioned his application of apprenticeship to a Grand Arcanist and he will visit the capital tomorrow. Unfortunately, Chase had already returned to the Stella Region to continue his job so he could only ask her mom to tell his father about all of these. 

In the afternoon, Wallace decided to visit the factory he purchased in Cove City.

Wallace didn't use his Void Phase this time so he could familiarize himself at the new location. Anyway, it didn't take half an hour to arrive at Cove City using a bus. 

He then hailed a taxi to bring him over to his new property. 

Since he purchased this yesterday, he already brought 4 of his automatons to make arrangements within the building and created space for Avalon's other mainframe. 

He had thought before that making the 3D printer would take him half a year to build but because of his unexpected discovery about Soul Arts or Mental Waves that was also Divine Sense, it hastens his plans by multiple folds.

The land was quite wide with a high two-story building at the center.

The 1st level had a height of 9.5 meters while the 2nd level was 5 meters. The whole land itself had 3000 sqm. It was a good price since he only purchased the land for 110 million credits. The building was also renovated internally. As for the outside, he had only placed some defensive Mana Artifacts. He doesn't have time to create an intensive defense system yet. Anyway, he had these four automatons that could wear the bio-armors to act as the core protectors for now.

It was also quite easy for him to transport all of these through his dimensional storage space. 

As for his required official security for the land, he was planning to hire any local security company here. He only had to do this to pass the business permit here in Cove City.

Apparently, within Tanza City, these permits and even taxes were easily managed by NMTI since they also wanted to benefit from his products, Float Drive System, Magic Jammer Canceller, and the first version of his Simulator Pods. But now that he was in a different city, he had to apply permits and other requirements. Of course, these can easily be acquired through his mom's influence as long as he followed the basic requirements.

They didn't even bother to do a site evaluation in his business.

'Influence' was truly something. 

Wallace was now looking at the three Ravencroft Printers as the other two were still being assembled by Avalon's Elysium. 

The three were still unable to create the outer part of his new Simulator pod since the supply of steel was still not being delivered.

"I should at least add a few more defensive structures since I'll visit the capital tomorrow." 

Wallace said after walking around the property. After he learned Arcane Link, it was quite easy for him to use Grade 2 Magic Spells and if he worked hard, he believed that he could also cast Grade 3 Magic.

After Wallace worked within his new factory, he went to the capital that night and arrived early in the morning in the city.
