Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 143

As Wallace accompanied his mother in her shopping spree, he suggested some solidly made artifacts for her.
He also had some time to observe his whole surroundings and take a look with all the Mana Artifacts displayed. He was interested in quite a few of them.
He also scanned the whole Veritas Airship and found the unusual engine powering the ship.
'That's another interesting way to harness the Mana as a power source...' Wallace thought upon checking the engines they were using to run the airship. Unlike his CMR, it doesn't have a grand magic structure that enables it to continuously provide an almost unlimited power supply. It was instead using the mana to control the wind elements for continuous float function.
Wallace was interested on the usage of the 6 engines to run this airship. They were clearly identical with almost a hundred percent similarities. Most likely, they have fabricators or a machine that could copy an already made product. Perhaps a 3D printer, but there's no news that there's something like that here that could copy even the magic structures and arrays without any mistakes.
It was something that even his A.I. was unaware of. The blueprints that Avalon have were for printers that could process the rarest ores or alloy but it obviously doesn't have capability to fabricate Magic Structure and Arrays.
That was the reason that he was first experimenting in simulator pods. Once he gathered enough samples from the users, he would start making 3D printers that could also help with magic structures, formations, and arrays. Base on his calculation, he should be able to do it within a year or even less.
He remembered that the engineers in Zymeth Spaceship had a Bentheim Printer that they normally use for replacing or creating parts of Mech Frame that was heavily damaged. Although he wasn't allowed to use them, he had seen how it works so he has an idea how much these types of equipments could do to help him.
"Hmm?" Wallace stopped for a moment as he noticed some strange Mana fluctuations somewhere else.
He sent his Divine Sense to Miya Linus' location. He was a bit curious about the mysterious Mana fluctuation she has. The walls of the building could not stop his ability. Although he hadn't seen the girl personally, his Divine Sense could easily pin point the uniqueness of her Mana undulations.

"Huh? Did she noticed me?" Wallace mumbled and this caught Clarice's attention. This lady seems to be very vigilant, probably due to her being in service for so long.
"Haha... Did you perhaps activated an Investigative Mana Artifact?" His older sister probed which made Wallace frozen. He looked at his older sister with a wide eyes as he saw her grinning.
"Don't be so nervous. That's normal. I saw you glancing on that building as if you wanted to see Miya, but you were suddenly shocked. Anyway, those popular Celebrity Idols normally have a very strong souls so they're very sensitive in those investigative or probing skills. You have to be careful. You have to deactivate that immediately or her manager will mark you if she reported it." Clarice said confidently. Although she didn't feel any activation of Mana Artifact, she was sure that Wallace did something. It seems that she has been dealing with this kind of issues before.
At the very least, she was still unaware of his Divine Sense.
"You really knew a lot." Wallace smilingly said but deep inside, he was also extremely surprised with Miya's ability to evaluate her surroundings.
His Divine Sense was already improved by several times by drinking the potion and also after the merge of the Cube and the Pathfinder. It must be remembered that not even Chalice, Troy, and Yumi was able to detect this probing skill.
'Ah, sister just said that Miya has a very strong soul that was sensitive to probing skills. Does it mean that most of the Celebrity Idols cultivates or studies the soul? Urgh.. Is that for the sake of having a lot of fans?' Wallace wasn't sure what kind of advantages these people can get once they possessed a strong soul so he could only guess based on Miya's situation. First of all, having a strong soul seems to be a bane for his covert Divine Sense.
He was thinking more about it as he suddenly remembered that he was given an option by the Pathfinder before to select a Celebrity Idol as his path of career.
'Hmmm... I have strong soul probably because there's two soul of Wallace in this body and the Cube probably strengthened it as well. But what about the idols? What did they do to make their souls stronger? I thought that the study of souls was still in the early stages?' Wallace have some doubts and looking back, if he perhaps selected the Celebrity Idol path before, would his Pathfinder give him opportunity to further strengthen his soul? Well, that would surely be theoretical but nevertheless, he was satisfied in his path as he even learned the Void Phase.

"This should be a total of 100,000 credits."
Wallace heard his mom as she happily went to the cashier. For the chance of boarding that Veritas Airship, the 50,000 credits worth of receipt could only accommodate 2 people so his mom would have to purchase double that amount as there's 4 of them.
"Great, they said that the passengers can start boarding the airship 15 minutes before 1pm and it would last for 1 hour and 30 minutes."
"Eh? Would all of us fit there? I can see that there's still a lot of residents who'd like to board the airship."
"Don't worry. There will be three tours that would all last for an hour and a half. We got here early so we can ride at the first tour." Elaine explained as it seems the she really planned for this. She also mentioned where would the airship travel once boarded. Wallace was happy to see his mom enjoying this thinking that someday, he'll let her board in a grander airship.

It was still a bit early, so the family enjoyed the other booths that were together with the Veritas and Miya's group. As for the artifacts his mom had purchased, they employed someone to deliver it to their house.
"Let the best magician win!" An announcement was heard as the crowd glanced on the mini event happening at the side of the town square.
There's also one of this mini events happening at the other side.
"Let's go over there." Wallace pointed to a well shaded place.
Aside from the airship above, the cloudy weather also helps blocking the sunlight.
This made Wallace and his family get a good location to watch one of the events scheduled for the day.
This mini event gave some space within the town square to conduct a challenge to Magicians. They had to build a sand castle without using their hands and only through Mana manipulation.
There's a middle aged man, the title holder, that was currently competing with a challenger.
The challenger seems to be young, he's approaching thirty, but looking at the logo on his belt, he seems to be a licensed Combat Magician.
They watched the two magicians make the tallest and grandest sand castle.
"What's the reward for this event?"
"It should be that Mana Artifact and a pass to board the airship." Clarice pointed at the displayed artifact near the announcer.
"By the way, why was Claire being so silent? Clarice added.
"Haha... She's just not used to this crowd." Wallace answered as he was carrying her at the moment so she could easily see the magical ways of the two magicians building the sand castle.
"Wow... can you do that as well, brother?" Claire asked innocently. The white sands were wondrously flying about to create the castle. It looks beautiful watching them build it in this way.
"Err... I should be able to do so." Wallace smiled weighing whether a 2nd year student of an academy should be able to do so as well. Anyway, Claire looked at him with a brighter eyes. She then looked at her older sister, but before she asked, Clarice already answered her.
"Yeah, I can also do that. But mom can surely defeat them even if they teamed up."
"Ah, spare me. I've never practiced for years..."
"Haha.. No way, didn't you told us stories how you and dad fought together in Montego."
"Oh? Why didn't I heard of this?" Wallace asked being surprised at Clarice's revelation.
"Err... I think I've only mentioned that to you once when you were eight? How can you remember that?" Elaine was shocked at Clarice's words. Her love story with his husband was actually a mysterious to both Wallace and Claire but it seems that this eldest sister was somehow aware of it.
"Ehehe... I would never forget these type of information."
As they chatted for a while, they noticed that a tall middle aged woman wearing a business attire suit was walking in their direction.
Clarice then whispered to Wallace.
"See? They probably have some time now. She's probably Miya's manager or bodyguard."
Wallace didn't know that his usage of Divine Sense would cause this situation.
"Sigh... Let's hear them out first."
