Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 74

A total of three representatives of Golden Trident Group visited Wallace's place in the afternoon. There was one female that looked like a secretary accompanying the other two male. They all looked professional and reliable.
He welcomed them after confirming their identity and discussed the detailed level of security he wished to be arranged in his property.
"I can see that you have already placed quite a lot of mana artifacts for defenses here." The middle-aged gentleman commented. The other young man in his 20's nodded as they already surveyed the place and was able to confirm that there are mana artifacts that could even trouble battle mages were installed in some important places of the house. The female representative was keeping silent and noting the things that were being discussed.
During the entire event, no one brought out the information that Wallace was Traceless Hands who sold them the manufacturing rights and the main magic structure of the Float Drive System. They all kept professional even after the contract was finished.
They offered to Wallace a Level B3 package for the security defenses in his property and as requested, the main focus of defense would be the workshop itself. Level B3 includes 5 combat automatons, 8 customized mini defense turrets, 3 mana pulse barrier, 18 mana fluctuation detectors, 20 mana particle automated guns and a heavily fortified room that doesn't exceed 10 square meters that can be customized. They also offered Wallace to have security cameras and they can provide a 24-hour shifting guard who will monitor this. Wallace refused to have the guard hired by the Golden Trident Group but agreed about the security cameras and told that he'll make a space for the monitors to be placed in one location.
"I'll just hire my guard in the future." Wallace said to conclude the contract. He felt that they were reliable enough. The Golden Trident Group was also a big company that reaches the top 5 in the quality of service they provided in the industry. Even though they weren't the first in the ranking, their main headquarters was located here in Tanza City and the other top security company has only branches here. It means that the city was their territory in terms of giving private security, it's wise to cooperate with local power than external one who only have small branches here in the city.

The package that Wallace had selected was quite high for a civilian who owns a small property. Package B3 was normally being taken by a medium-sized company. As the contract was signed, Wallace has to pay 40 million credits and 800,000 credits yearly maintenance fees.
In the package that he had selected, the 5 automatons can't be touched and will still be partially owned by the company. After all, the technology that was installed in this automaton was one of their lifeline in the business. The magic structure it had and the level of artificial intelligence it possessed was their secret. At the very least, Wallace can still control the automatons for protection but it can't be dismantled and be used for experiments. It includes the other mana artifacts as well but the rules or limitation for the automatons was more imposed than the others.
The three had only left after late in the afternoon as Wallace invited them for tea. After leaving the premise, the middle-aged man respectfully asked the female individual they have in their company.
"President Eun, what can you say about it?"
The woman wad surprisingly the current president of the Golden Trident Group who ultimately made the decision before to stop purchasing other mana artifacts so they would have enough budget to purchase the manufacturing rights of Traceless Hand's Float Drive System together with its main magic structure.
"He was young. His revolutionary mana artifacts were something. No one can even reverse engineer his Float Drive magic structure." President Eun sighed even as she remembered how well protected the place was. She couldn't cover her impressed reaction a while ago.
"That's right, he has tons of unique ideas and the scary thing about it is that he possess the ability to make it happen." The young man said in agreement. Many mana technicians have brilliant minds but almost all creative mana artifacts can only become theories and inspiration until it can be made by future generations. Aside from that, they even received news about the Ultrasonic Burst that Wallace had revealed in the recent TMAC.

A while ago, Wallace had shown them a few of his defense mana artifacts so they could adapt and suggest a defense system that can be complemented with his. She remembered Wallace told them "your defense turrets might not be good to pair with my lasers."
They were confused at first but when Wallace showed them the laser cannon. They were amazed by its destructive power. When they momentarily asked how did he produce one, he dismissed them by telling that it was just a simple light spells that were put together forming a very intense light.
The three did not believe him but kept in mind the existence of this scary mana artifact. With their words, Wallace even learned that unmanned laser cannon was beyond their level of technology. He was told that only a Grade A Mana Artifact with Grade 3 Magic Structure that was equipped by a Battle Mage can achieve the same level of power it has shown.
Unfortunately, Wallace can't mass produce the lasers and it only has a limited number of uses before the materials would collapse in extreme heat. It all lies to the raw materials he can procure to improve its ability and prolong its lifespan.
In the end, the company must complete the installation within 3 days. It is quite fast already considering that they still have to construct a fortified room and still needed to get construction permits to the city hall office.

During his free time, Wallace continued his research for alternative sources of energy in preparation for his journey in the other country. He couldn't believe that nuclear energy is not existing on this planet.
His tenacity in finding the truth bore fruit in the morning before the class started. His face was unkempt, obviously tired as he lacks sleep but a smile can be found on his lips, he couldn't hide his happiness in finding the truth about it.
The day when Wallace assisted his seniors to create the Armor Tech, he created a Compact Mananuclear Reactor to sustain its operation but it's principle works entirely differently. Only the name has similarities in what Wallace has planned to create.
In short, his sleepless nights made him understood that the existence itself of mana suppresses nuclear fission reactions by blocking the movement of free neutrons. Of course, nuclear fusion which does not rely on neutron emission would be unaffected by the ever-present mana.
"I already know the problem, but how can I resolve this?" Wallace muttered as he shakes his head. This problem stops the planet to have nuclear weapons and obviously, nuclear power plants.
He checked the time and noticed that only 22 minutes were left before the class would start. He would be late for sure.
At the very least, with his enhanced body, he still has enough energy to attend the class even with the lack of sleep.
