Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 2

Wallace abruptly woke up, startling the small birds eating his leftover food on the ground before he lost his consciousness.
He was trying to remember all those dreams he had. A world where technology was so advanced that humans could conquer even the galaxy. It was such an absurd dream but felt so real.
As he tried to dig more in his memories, another surge of pain struck his brain. It was so painful that he couldn't muster any strength to scream. He lost consciousness again immediately after.
Wallace was a 2nd-year student of the Leonhearts Academy of Magic and was studying to become a Magic Engineer. He was an average student but dreamed to be a successful Magic Engineer someday.
A while ago, he rode a bus and left the academy to visit his family living in a small town near Beirun Forest. As he alighted and walked for about 10 minutes he saw the familiar signage.
"Welcome to Red Star Town"
It was the same old signage. Due to the policy in the academy, he could only come home about 2 or 3 times a year.
Instead of immediately going back home, he thought of visiting the Luna lake which was about 5 minutes' walk on the left of the town and taking a chance to see if the thousands of red star flowers planted near the lake had bloomed. It was normally around this time of the year that they started to bloom.
He was planning to capture a few photos in his mobile device to show them to his friends at the academy. His stomach grumbled as he walked, he rode 2 buses and had about 8 hours of a journey after all. He opened his bag and ate the snack he purchased before his travel.
It was at the moment when he was about to get closer to the lake that his mind went blank and he lost consciousness. He woke up after a weird dream and experienced a surge of pain digging through his brain.

It was already getting dark when he woke up again. But this time his eyes had two different lights.
"Impossible."
It was the only word he could think of as he was trying to get a feel of his body.
For some unknown reason, the Wallace of the outer space and Wallace of this Earth have merged. There was no conflict in his mind but he felt overwhelmed by this discovery at first.
Fifteen years of someone else life merged into his body. A different world where no magic existed but a purely advanced form of technology allowed human civilization to reach the apex.
Conquering humanity's short lifespan to allow people to live a thousand years, enhancing genes to have superhuman bodies, technology so advanced that Wallace from this Earth was left shocked.
His confusion only lasted for a few seconds and something jolted his mind before he closed his eyes again and after opening them, the two different lights in his eyes had somehow merged.
"Father, just where did you send me?"
This world where 'Wallace' had descended seemed like an alternate world. The Wallace here was looking exactly like him. He felt some kind of conspiracy going on here.
Wallace shook his head and got up.
He was 'Wallace', it didn't matter whether it was from space or this Earth.
He started walking back home as it was starting to get dark. He was trying to sort his mind as well. The memories of the two lives were all very clear.
"I need to look for my body to confirm everything."
All his doubts about his identity would be cleared once he saw and confirmed that there was 'Wallace' who descended here on this Earth.
Of course, he would like to check the spaceship as well. As the technology it contained was far above what this planet could offer. This planet had mixed of magic and science after all. Advancement in science was poor as most people still relied on magic or usage of Mana.

Wallace made up his mind. He needed to check out where his spaceship landed. He remembered the scenery where he alighted and when he was still above with the spaceship. He planned to use all possible resources he could have just to get wherever it was. The first thing he could think of was actually to check the library in the Academy.
He could already think of a possible location but left it on his mind for now until he could gather more information or evidence as it was likely to be located in a different nation.
It would be difficult if the location was in another nation due to his identity as a student. Even if he skipped school he might not even be allowed to enter another nation yet.
He had five days of vacation before going back to the Academy, he still had plenty of time to plan his next action.
As he was nearing his home, he met familiar faces and was noticed by them. He politely returned their greeting without being awkward.
He was now standing in front of a house. This was his home. He smiled thinking about this as his other home was a huge spaceship.
He opened the door and found his father's back sitting in the living room watching the news on the television. He noticed his mother as well as preparing dinner for the family.
He smiled and announced his presence.
"I'm home."

Cosmic Bulldozing Team
"Welcome to the Cosmic Bulldozing Team! CBT for short... references to any other acronyms are purely coincidental." Breve has one exceptional gift: an inborn potential for Resurrection magic. The cost? Every other healing spell she casts is absolutely paltry in comparison to the rest of her race, making her family outcasts within her society. That potential alone, however, classes Breve as a Rank A Healer. By what metric? Well, by the crazy elf lady who’s about to destroy her planet. Wait, what? Here's the low-down: her planet has been targeted by the Cosmic Bulldozing Team, which, as their name suggests, operates in the apparently lucrative business of destroying planets. This comes with the unfortunate side-effect of also murdering everyone who lives there. And Breve would’ve been killed, too, if she hasn’t unintentionally passed their audition for a new healer. Unwillingly saved by the people who just annihilated everything Breve ever knew and loved, she’s dragged into a massive spaceship before, without a moment’s reprieve, being assigned missions to sally forth and commit the same atrocities on other planets. And with Breve's home lying in a pile of celestial bedrock, it seems that cooperating is the only option. And she will cooperate, or so help her, they'll send her back whence she came: into the void of space, where the smashed rubble of her planet now drifts along. "Buckle in, rookie: you've got some planetary destruction ahead of you." (Updates every 2 days.)
