Xie Eun leaned back in her chair,exhausted once again. She frowned at the time realizing that she had stayed in the office past midnight again. This seemed to have become a habit that she would have to get rid of. She was missing her hubby. Even though they spent their nights together she somehow felt that there were miles between them. This was because most of her time was spent in the office and attending classes. The only time she was him was when he came to pick her up and even then she fell asleep most of the time,much to her consternation. The last few weeks had been too much on her and she wondered how her poor hubby handled everything for so many years. She wanted to tell him to not pick her up but the selfish part of her wanted him because that was the only time they would get to spend together. Looking at the date,she realized that soon it was going to be a long weekend and this time she was not going to spend it inside the four walls of the office. Picking up her jacket,she walked out of the office with a determined look on her face. She was not going to come here in the next two days.

In the underground parking, a small car was parked in an inconspicuous place. The driver in the car,leaned back in his seat and his eyes were closed. The opening sound of the elevator doors had him open his eyes as he looked at the face of his exhausted wife rushing out. Straightening up,he opened the door and walked around the car to open the door for her. But instead of getting in as she usually did, Xie Eun ignored the door and hugged her husband straightaway. Her head resting on his chest,her arms wound tight around him,she simply closed her eyes and breathed him in. A smile graced the face as he looked down on his wife's head and an unknown stiffness left his body as Yu Seok too was able to simply hold her after so long.

They were still in the newly married stage and now had to face so many hurdles in their path,cutting into the time they could spend with each other. There were times when he saw her struggle and wanted to take over so that she could just relax. But he knew that something like this would do her more harm than good. And now he could see the results of the sacrifices she had made as Lu Enterprise went back on track and would soon finish it's first quarter under her leadership.

Finally, Xie Eun lifted her head and looked up into her husband's eyes,"I love you."

It has been so long since his girl had said this and Yu Seok smiled as he realized that he would never get tired of hearing her say this. Pecking her on the nose, he finally moved back and guided her into the car and drove off.

As was the norm, Xie Eun fell asleep in the car and was carried into the room bu her husband. Sleepily, she wondered to herself that her husband really pampered her too much. She really needed to do the same for him. And she will..in the morning. She moved into him when he finally joined her and slept peacefully.

The next morning the two people slept until the sun was high in the sky. Xie Eun had carefully switched off her phone so that she would be unreachable. Opening her eyes, Xie Eun carefully looked at her husband. She realized that she was not the only one who was exhausted. He too had suffered because of her. Staring at him,her fingers tips slowly caressed his face as she realized how thankful she was for having him by her side. Guess it was time for her to pamper him as well. It had been really remiss of her..

Leaving the warmth of her bed and her husband, Xie Eun walked out of the room. Today she was going to work hard on pampering her husband. Walking into the kitchen she opened the refrigerator door and looked inside. Spying the bread there,she took it out and a few eggs. She then opened the search engine and carefully looked up a recipe. In her little interactions with her husband's assistant she had understood that sweet bread was one of the dishes that her husband usually had for breakfast when they were working. She had never even known that her husband had a sweet tooth! after the ingredients were gathered, she breather deeply, closed her eyes and joined her hands praying that no mishaps occurred and slowly broke the eggs into the bowl. She almost screamed in joy when the first egg broke properly. And then the second and then the third.

The next thing,she looked at a recipe and added the milk and castor sugar and essence before whisking it thoroughly.

"Cut the bread into slices and dip in batter one by one and then place on the iron griddle."

Her eyes squinted,she peeked at the recipe again and again before placing the bread on the griddle. Feeling jubilant, that she was nearing success, Xie Eun then crossed her arms and waited for the sizzle and aroma that the recipe talked of. She waited and waited but could see nothing. She frowned and sniffed deeply, why was there no aroma of the sugar caramelizing? After staring and staring she finally found the reason and wanted to kick her self!She had not turned on the stove! Pouting,she turned it on high and the first toast thus resulted in a burnt, charred 'french' toast.. Discarding it, she then tried another batch this time on the slow and observing the toast properly. Finally she was able to find success in the third try and carefully plated the dishes on a tray.

Just as she entered the room, Yu Seok had started to stir. Placing the tray on the small coffee table in the nook, Xie Eun tiptoed to her husband intending to tickle him awake. But just as her hand extended to tickle, her wrist was grabbed and she was pulled under her husband.

"Aiyyyaaaa" Xie Eun screamed before her husband buried his face in her neck. She felt herself reacting wildly and knew that if he had his way their breakfast would go wait. She poked at his naked shoulder and tried to push him off with all her might! But he simply snuggled closer and said,"You smell like my favorite breakfast..let me eat you a bit."

Xie Eun simply rolled her eyes at this and poked him again," That is not me!I made you breakfast! Your favorite! It is thankfully quite simple and I only burned a few toasts before succeeding.." This had Yu Seok's eyes snap open and he jumped up to check over. "Are you alright? Did you hurt yourself?" His sharp eyes scanned her from head to toe looking for any injuries that she may have caused herself. She simply rolled her eyes and said," I am perfectly unharmed. Look there."

Her eyes sparkled as she used his distraction and jumped out of the bed. With a flourish,she presented,"Breakfast in bed for my awesome husband."

Yu Seok was stunned at this and could only stare at the surprise had prepared for him. Smiling at her, he gently took the tray from her and placed it aside and then kissed her deeply before murmuring,"I had no idea you were such a cheesy romantic, my little Eun-a."

Soon after the breakfast, the two people lazed about,sitting in each other's arms just soaking in the peace. But this was soon interrupted by the ringing of a bell. Yu Seok frowned at the interruption but walked out to check who had dared to come. Of course it was none other than his own brother. Before he could even fully open the door, Yop Shiro had swiftly entered their home, honing straight towards Xie Eun. Spying her sitting, he said,"Sister in law! Save me from my brother! I did not mean to disturb you but I am simply a messenger and once I have delivered the message I will leave you two alone." Yoo Shiro had already spied his brother's black face and understood the situation correctly when the door had opened. Giggling at him and this totally unexpected behavior, Xie Eun let him hide behind her. Shaking his head at the antics, Yu Seok ignored his brother and picked up his laptop to work. These last few weeks the bond between the two brothers had strengthened and Yu Seok had slowly come to accept his brother's ridiculous personality..Xie Eun looked at the childish man in astonishment and asked,"So Mr Messenger?What brings you here?
