Yu Seok finally had an answer that he was looking for when Elder Yoo slipped up and mentioned this last line. Quietly,he asked,"Why does Lady Lu hate Xie Eun? If it is just about the will then both are her granddaughters and if it is about gaining control then she could have just manipulated Xie Eun without the girl being none the wiser."

Elder Yoo however did not answer the implied question in the statement and instead asked,"Yu Seok?Are you not curious about the past? Are you not going to ask me anything about that. You have lived as an orphan in spite of having a family..I want to ask if you have been well. Have you suffered a lot? Are you not curious about your parents deaths?About your twin's life?Anything?"

The old man felt angrier by the second. He did not think that his grandson was wrong in asking about this but he wanted to know his grandson also!He wanted him to be a family and not someone who was dealing with his business. He stubbornly set his mouth,refusing to give any answers until Yu Seok talked about himself!

Yu Seok saw the mutinous and child like temper of the elder and deciding it was not worth discussing his life,he was about to leave when his cell phone rang with a message. It was Xie Eun asking about the old man and reminding him to take care of the man until some family came over..Sigh..He typed out a message to Yoo Shiro.."come and collect grandfather."

Looking at the old man,he noticed that the man was indeed a bit pale and the nerves on his forehead were getting prominent...so he simply said,"it was tough in the beginning as I had no idea of who I was or where. But I was stronger than others and smarted so no one dared to bully me. Later on I was adopted by someone in the military and trained there as a soldier. It is also why I still have links with the Army though I have been discharged honorably."

Elder Yoo knew that his grandson was just shortening the truth but he was satisfied with what little information he had received and curiously asked,"And Xie Eun? How did the two of you get married?Do you love her?"

This time Yu Seok refused to answer and asked again,"Elder Yoo,if we can get back to the topic of Chairwoman Lu??"

But the old man simply stared at the clock and pressed a button on the table,indicating the others to come in with the food. Immediately the food was brought in,cutting off the quiet atmosphere. Once the servers had gone out,Yu Seok repeated his question but was ignored..

Finally unable to endure,he said,"Elder Yoo. Please stop wasting my time."

The old man finally looked up and said with sereneness,"Are you talking to me?Then you need to address me properly and you will have all your answers, if you keep calling me as a random elder then naturally I will not be obligated to answer to you..So if you are willing to change the form of address,I will answer you!"

The two men sat and stared each other silently. The old grey eyes and the young green ones.Both stubborn and unmovable. Finally Yu Seok wa the one who put aside his arrogance and said,"Grandfather.Please tell me more about the Chairwoman Lu.."

Nodding,Old man Yoo gave a big smile and even as his eyes teared,he kept himself in check and said,"Eat eat!And then grandfather will tell you."

"You give a finger and your arm will be grabbed..",Wold thought of how this saying was perfectly true. But he also accepted a fact in his heart. He had seen through the old man's stubbornness that he really cared for him and thus he was willing to bend. There was a time in his life he had craved a family and even though now he only considered Xie Eun his family,in time their children will be able to have a bigger family with a great grandfather..

After a quiet meal,Elder Yoo could see that his grandson's patience was at an end and thus he replied,finally,"I don't know much but I do now the Lu woman hates Xie Eun because she is not her biological granddaughter..She tried to treat her step daughter well in the beginning of their marriage but the old man's daughter was headstrong and stubborn. After much time, the two people's rift ended when Xie Eun's mother married her father and went away. But by then the husband and wife had drifted apart and could only stay together for their adopted son. The Lu girl probably blamed Xie Eun's mother for it and I believe she had also celebrated her death at the time..But that was the final blow in her relationship and the couple would have separated because of this. But then Chairman Lu also passed away and he had stipulated such a will.Naturally she was angry..Because she had been left with responsibility and a threat on her head while those who had offended her were already gone. If Xie Eun had stayed away,I believe everything would have been fine.
