Si Jing watched shocked as the girl who had dated him for so many years but only ever held hands or hugged in private had jumped into the arms of a strange man and kissed him.He had conveniently forgotten that he was he one that had insisted in keeping everything a secret when she had first agreed to be with him which had actually caused Xie Eun to suppress her real self and inhibit herself, slowly retreating into her shell.It was only as his security guard came to him slowly and pointed out the fact that people were staring that he came back to reality.At that moment,his phone started to ring and on checking the ID,he realized that the call was from Chairwoman Lu.

Answering the call,he heard the message and with a curt,"hmm.I'll be there and left the scene."The reason he had come to the cafe,forgotten. He had heard the news this morning and been shocked to know that Xie Eun had indeed become the most coveted CEO's student.Amazed at this,he had thought to convince her later and introduce himself as her fiance to CEO Wolf first. But he had been denied entry and even when he had claimed that he was his student's fiance,the security guards had not budged and insisted that he bring his fiance along. Si Jing cursed in his heart.If only Xie Eun had told him earlier of her acquaintance with CEO Wolf,he would have already kicked that old woman and her granddaughter to the curb. And he and Xie Eun could have been together happily. It was only as he reached home and his parents wrinkled their noses at him did he realize how horrible he smelled. Once again, he frowned at Xie Eun's odd behaviour and started to discard his clothes,getting ready to meet those women again.

Lu Yeona had already smashed the things in her grandmother's office and was now directing her wrath at the poor employees in Lu Enterprises.That Neil Long had ground them and this stupid lawyer into dirt.And her grandmother,who had assured her that their plan was fool-proof had been able to do nothing but sit there quietly.

And soon her next target was here.The moment Si Jing was escorted into the office by the assistant, Yeona threw a file at his feet.He looked down but made no movement to pick it up.Instead, he simply turned to the Chairwoman and greeted her with a polite nod. In a then sardonic tone, he continued,"It seems today's meeting did not go as planned by the Chairwoman.But I have already played my part.You wanted Xie Eun to be distracted till her twentieth birthday and I did my part in exchange for the help you gave my company.Now chairwoman Lu, our transaction is finished and I have no interest in setting up a new scheme.So, let this be the last time that you summon me."

Lu Yeona scoffed at this and walked up to him nose to nose,"No it is not.You failed your task!You had one job!To keep her occupied with you!But she made a fool out of you!Xie Eun has been married for two years!You haven't just failed.You failed miserably!"

In a moment, Si Jing felt anger course through him. In a harsh voice, he asked,"What nonsense are you spouting?"

But then, it was Chairwoman Lu who interrupted,"As it happens, Si Jing, Yeona is telling the truth.Xie Eun was married the day after she turned eighteen.I have always kept an eye on her but Indid not expect this.But I don't blame you for this.That girl had us all fooled.So now I want to know your opinion.Do you still want her?Or not?"

Actually old lady Lu was asking him if he wanted to teach her a lesson or break her up with her husband..Si Jing thought back to the scene from this afternoon.She had humiliated him and he had taken it silently assuming that he was the one at fault.But she had played him?Whatever he had done,he had reasons but she had toyed with his heart..The scene of her running into the arms of another man flashed in his head and he felt the rage in his heart.How daring of her to think she could make a fool out of him!But, he looked at the old woman.What did she get from this.They had already lost today, he could already guess that from the office's state.This woman was not someone who would do anything out of the good of her heart."What do you gain from this?"
