The man then took out his gun and aimed it at the spot that the snake had just vacated..

Xie Eun who had just breathed a sigh of relief when the bullet whizzed by her face almost fell off the tree in terror and many aplinters entered her palms as she tried to regain her balance..She looked at the place where the bullet had come from and saw a greasy goon with chipped fromt teeth grinning at her,his gun pointed straight at her.His message was clear that either she come down or he would shoot her..Xie Eun pretended to be shaky as she narrowed her eyes at the make of the gun..She could tell thatbit was one if the latest models and mostly accurate.She calculated whether she could take her chances and throw her shoe at him or her purse...But then another ten men raced inside and Xie Eun knew that she was now toast.By the time she got off the tree on the other side if the wall,they would have surrounded her..Guess she would have to go for a Plan B..

Slowly,Xie Eun jumped down from the branch and onto her knees.Her palms were full of splinters, bleeding and stinging while her knees were bruised..

The moment she was back on her feet, the man who had kidnapped her walled forward and pointed a gun to her head and slapped her across the cheek,"You bi***!No wonder the young master wanted us to subdue you!A rich man like him would want little delicate flowers!Not a cat that climbed trees!Don't worry!After tonight you will not even be able to walk straightly let alone climb a tree."

Xie Eun took another blow to her heart as she realised that it was Si Jing who wanted to ruin her and arranged these trash men..Her heart which he had already broken,hurt even kore as she thought how much he hated her.She wanted to hold him and ask whatbshe had done to deserve such treatment..

Another filthy man touched her arm, jolting her back to the present and she reacted with instinct.In the next moment, the man was on the ground and his gun in her hand.She pointed the gun around and slowly moved back..

The kidnapper laughed atbger and said,"Little girl!Do you even know how to use that thing?Come here quietly and we will be gentle with you, maybe.Or else.."

In answer to this threat, Xie Eun unlocked the safety on the gun and fired an empty shot near the kidnapper's feet.The fools did not know that she had grown up amid guns and rifles..Keeping her gun raised, Xie Eun slowly moved a bit back and with her gun still pointed at them, she bent and picked up the beaded bag that she had discarded to keep her hands free for climbing the tree. She was going to use this chance to escape..She was already calculating the distance and manoeuvre to reach the gates when one of the men's eyes moved a bit to the left.Immediately recognizing the threat that there was someone behind her,Xie Eun turned quickly but it was already too late and a man struck her on the forehead with a thin metal pipe,causing her to keel over and collapse.Rushing forward the man pulled out the gun from her hand and another(the one whose gun she had snatched) kicked her in the stomach violently as he vowed to be the first to ruin her.Just as he was about to wrap his hand around her hair to drag her inside,another man pointed at something on the ground and every person moved a few steps back in fright.Because the bag in her hand had opened with her fall and near Xie Eun, lay a black and gold visiting card with a wolf on it..But even as they planned to escape,they were too late..
