My Fierce Tigress Wife Chapter 4

The next few days proceeded as usual.
Fight, make tiger cubs, sleep… he even hunted once.
Until the sixth day, Wang Hu—who was still thinking about a solution—suddenly discovered that the day had passed, and that silly girl hadn't come to fight with him or make a tiger.
He took the initiative to come to the cave with doubts in his mind and roared softly.
The next moment—
Roar~!
An extremely vigilant hostile roar came from the cave, and in a blink of an eye, the beautiful figure appeared in Wang Hu's eyes.
Wang Hu took a look and was relieved; she was all right.
It was fine as long as she was alright. He didn't even pay attention to her naked hostility.
He was used to it.
He took a few steps back and came outside the cave, ready to make room for battle.
However, a few seconds later, Wang Hu was a little puzzled.
This silly girl did not follow him out of the cave!
She still looked like she might pounce on him at any time, but Wang Hu knew something was wrong with this silly girl that he had grown to know.
She didn't even follow him out of the cave. It seemed that she didn't mean to go to war.
The silly girl wasn't going to fight him anymore?
He froze for a moment, pondering about the reason in his heart.
Her craziness definitely did not weaken suddenly. There must be a reason for it.
Tired?
Not yet recovered?
No, it had been a day, and she also went out hunting… not like she was tired.
What was more, even if she was tired, she shouldn't take such a stance against him based on his understanding of this silly girl.
His pair of tiger eyes scanned carefully and finally stopped on her stomach.
Could she be pregnant?
His spirit was lifted, no longer suppressed. He stared straight at her belly as if there was a ray of light.
Suddenly, the tigress instinctively took a half step back and growled, seemingly startled by this gesture.
Wang Hu took a deep breath and suppressed his agitated heart. He was not sure yet and could not celebrate yet.
Could not celebrate too early…
He reluctantly suppressed his emotions, sorted out his thoughts a bit, and decided to return to the cave to calm down and think again.
He backed away and left slowly. According to what he knew—if the tigress was pregnant, she would be extremely sensitive and cautious.
Male tigers would be driven away, and they would give birth to cubs alone.
He didn't want to agitate the silly girl that might already be pregnant.
She was silly from the start; who knew what would happen if she was agitated?
The tigress slowly retracted her posture after Wang Hu disappeared from her line of sight and looked at her stomach with a pair of cold eyes. For the first time, gentleness and wisdom appeared from it.
She then retreated back to her cave.
Wang Hu circled around in his cave, unable to calm down.
He might have a child!
In the past forty years of life, he had been constantly struggling.

The word 'child' was now so precious to him.
After a long time, the tiger's eyes blinked after he managed to barely calm down.
It was not confirmed. He had to be sure first.
However, a series of preparations must be made immediately before they were confirmed.
First of all, he had to keep a good eye on this silly girl.
A female tiger would find a secretive place to give birth after she was pregnant. This silly girl would also likely leave secretly, and she must be watched.
He had to at least know the cave she found and where she would be.
Yes, no more sleep from now on.
She might leave at any time so he had to watch her all the time, wait for her to go out from the cave hunt and return, and then take the opportunity to sleep and hunt.
He had decided.
He had to be careful… to act immediately, move some grass and animal skins in the cave to the entrance of her cave, and keep his eyes on the cave not far away under the cold wind.
He also had to sort out the things he had thought of these few days.
It didn't take long for Wang Hu to see that silly girl exit the cave. He became alert, cautiously waiting for her to walk away and quietly following behind.
He didn't know if he had been discovered along the way, but he felt that this silly girl seemed to be looking for something, specifically such remote places.
He was both happy and depressed.
Happy because he guessed it was right. The silly girl was really pregnant and had plans to go out and live alone.
Depressed because she really wanted to leave him and live alone.
Wang Hu seized the time to hunt after she returned to the cave after searching for a few hours.
After a few hours, he did not gain anything so he didn't continue and went back to the cave to rest.
He needed to seize every minute of his time observing that silly girl.
It went on like this for several days. He might be a little tired, but Wang Hu could not help it.
On this day, he continued to follow sneakily; his mood was both good and bad.
Good because this silly girl found a remote and hidden cave and was arranging some things. It was basically a confirmation that she was really pregnant and was going to leave him to live alone.
Bad because how was he to get close?
There was only one way left after he contemplated.
He quietly left with joy and helplessness.
Sure enough, from this day on, the silly girl did not return to the original cave.
On the third day, Wang Hu dragged a half-eaten antelope to the outside of the silly girl's cave, slowly approached, put down the antelope meat, and walked away to hide and watch.
Within two minutes, the most beautiful figure among the tigers walked out of the cave, came to sniff the antelope meat, raised his eyes, and swept into the distance.
After a few seconds, she lowered her head and bit it.

Wang Hu was overjoyed watching from a distance. She was willing to eat it!
However, that happiness evaporated as he saw that silly girl bite the antelope meat and dragged it away. Wang Hu followed and saw her throwing the meat a few miles away without taking a bite.
Wang Hu looked on, speechless. This foolish girl!
She wouldn't know it was from me, would she?
It was very possible that—while she was silly and headstrong—she was definitely very intelligent, and it was not strange to know this meat was given by him.
As for throwing it a few miles away, it's normal.
If it was left there, the smell of blood was likely to attract other hunters and expose the location of the cave, which was not good for baby tigers.
This was why he only gave her half an antelope's meat instead of a whole antelope.
It would take several days to eat a whole one antelope. The smell of blood was too strong, not good.
He let go of this matter after thinking for a while.
He did not believe that that silly girl would not eat it if he continued doing it for the little cub.
Right now, it was time for him to do what he should do.
His sturdy and powerful limbs dashed for several miles like a gust of wind and jumped onto a large rock. The majestic and domineering body was extremely cold against the freezing wind.
He looked around, the quiet rolling mountains in sight.
Ten seconds later, he jumped off the boulder and ran straight in one direction, seemingly because he found the direction he was looking for.
There was a naked coldness in his eyes.
He ran for nearly a day. He took a break and came to the entrance of a cave.
Roar~!
A provocative roar sounded.
Roar~!
A few seconds later, a tyrannical roar came from the cave.
A behemoth mammal ran out—brown hair, more than one meter tall at the shoulder, and a fat body like a big rock.
It was the other top hunter in this mountain forest.
A grizzly bear!
Wang Hu looked at it coldly. That body that weighed more than 400 kilograms did not make him feel any fear.
This male bear was one of the most powerful guys besides him in his territory.
There was no doubt that silly girl would have no chance of winning if she were to encounter it. She would definitely die with her stubborn character.
Therefore, this male bear could only die prematurely.
It was hibernating at this time so she shouldn't be able to meet it. However, one could never be too careful. Just in case the hibernating bear woke up from hunger to find food. He could not allow any accidents.
There should be no animal that could threaten that silly girl and his unborn child in his territory.
The killing intent reached its peak! The tiger's mouth opened, his sharp claws popped out like a knife, and he immediately rushed forward with a gust of wind.
Roar~!
The strong wind swept through, and the grizzly bear noticeably had a weaker aura when it saw Wang Hu. After a few steps backward, it backed away again and again.
It was frightened.
Roar~!
With the restless and warning roar, the bear straightened its body while retreating, trying to deter the enemy in front of it.
Unfortunately, Wang Hu had to kill it.
In the blink of an eye, the huge body approached, accompanied by the strong wind, and the fore palm pierced over.
Roar~!
Pushed to the limit, the grizzly bear was completely furious, and the huge bear paw slapped it down.
Wang Hu twisted his tail, and his body—over two meters long—made an incredible ninety-degree turn, avoiding that palm in that instant.
The powerful waist and abdomen strength, the ultimate sense of balance, the appalling dynamic vision response nerves, the skills to reach the pinnacle after many battles, the vividness and full of beauty…
That every moment when the grizzly bear leaned forward too hard, Wang Hu's claws firmly grasped its belly, and his fangs bit its shoulders.
In an instant, blood would be seen in two places.
Roar~!
The painful roar exploded, and the grizzly bear squirmed frantically.
Following his strength, Wang Hu bit out a piece of meat fiercely and then dodged.
Stepping back a few meters, blocking the direction of the cave, gazing over coldly… looking for another opportunity…
Faced with such a behemoth creature, Wang Hu didn't have the idea of winning with one hit because it was too difficult.
The strength of this bear was too great. Even if he bit its neck, he was not sure if he could suppress it with his weight and strength.
That way, even if he were to win, he would inevitably be injured.
Therefore, if he wanted to kill it, he could not be anxious or use the method he used against other animals. He had to find the right way.
Over the years, he had killed three bears in total and had become very experienced.
Take his time… like now.
Roar~!
There was another roar, and the grizzly bear's fur had stained a lot of its own blood. Blood was still gushing from two wounds, especially where the piece of meat was gone from his shoulder.
It retreated again, facing Wang Hu. It might be in a rage, but it was obvious that fear prevailed and the bear wanted to escape.
However, it was also clear that turning around and fleeing would only mean death.
It could only step back a bit, suppressing the opponent with a roar.
Wang Hu took a light step forward when the other party took a step back, and he would take a step forward in a gesture of rushing to kill.
After retreating more than ten meters in a row, the grizzly bear also seemed to understand completely. The big cat in front of it was going to kill it with no room for negotiation at all.
Under the panic of pain and death, it went completely crazy, roaring and throwing itself at Wang Hu.

Viceroy's Pride
This story could be about the Tellask Empire, ruler of a thousand suns and faced with imminent peril at the hands of the Orakh hordes. It could be about Paltai Amberell, the scion of a noble elven House, fallen upon hard times and seeking to find the key that will restore his family's name and save the Empire itself. It could be the story of his voidship, The Viceroy's Pride, powered by magic and crewed by a team of crack marines as they search for adventure and the solution to the Empire's myriad problems. Instead, this is the story of Daniel Thrush, human electrical engineer, befuddled researcher and survivor of the debacle that was first contact with a spacefaring civilization. Due to a combination of luck, magic, hard work, and more luck he is thrust into the center of events as Earth is shoved onto a much larger stage rife with semi-immortal elves and magical kingdoms that predate the Earthly invention of agriculture. Earth is outnumbered, and we have precisely one wizard. Dan. He's not very good at it, but he's going to have to learn in a hurry or watch everything he knows get torn apart by massive spacefaring empires straight from the pages of a fantasy novel. ---------- Some readers have noted that the MC tends to be weak willed and pushed around a bit. A significant portion of the story is his character growth into not being a pushover (i.e. him being passive is in the early chapters on purpose). I'm just including this caveat/warning to make sure that readers aren't surprised/upset and that they stick with it until he learns to stand up for himself. His arc begins to crystallize around chapters 25-27. If that's too long to wait, I get it, I'm just trying to do my due diligence and warn you that the character development is a bit of a slow burn. This is NOT a harem novel. Nothing against them, just not what it is. --------- Updates Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday Feel free to bother me on our discord- Discord!
