The light of the sun was bringing warmth to the world as it was your regular day in Fuyuki city. People were doing their own thing even if the snowstorm yesterday delayed them a little.

On the highest floors of a huge building, a man was working on his desk while checking some files. The files accumulated after the snowstorm when he couldn't come to his job, so he sighed while putting a file on the desk.

"I should try to finish them quickly…" The man stretched his arms while looking at the window before he said " Just what is going on in this city? A gas leak after a gas leak…"

The man couldn't help but to complain at these 'gas leak' accidents that Fuyuki city has seen in the past days. Shaking his head, the man wanted to go back to his job, but then he widened his eyes.

When the man fell down, blood started to leak from his mouth and eyes before it floated around.

At the sewers under the building, the place was normal with the same disgusting smell in the air. However, that didn't last long before it started shaking slightly.

A huge amount of blood rushed from the nearest exit and flooded the whole sewers under the building before it rushed towards the next location.

More and more blood flow to the sky as it started to turn the area into crimson red. The blood in the sewers also started to leak a little as it made a small river in the middle of the city.

Far away from the building, a horse was running in the air. The wind was howling around him because of the speed as it left some glass windows broken when it passed them.

With each step, the horse was leaving sparks in the air, like it was stepping on a burning land while passing a huge distance in seconds.

"A blood sacrifice ritual, huh?... But for what?" Leo stared at the crimson river as he was analyzing the ritual.

From the first look, the ritual is a sacrificing one, which consumes the blood of a long of victims to achieve something, but Leo couldn't see what was behind it. It was like the ritual is just an empty shell with no purpose except killing and sacrificing.

"Sacrifice?..." Ritsuka looked at the blood dyeing the city red behind her as she muttered those words.

"Ah, the usual satanic rituals" Leo said as Ritsuka couldn't help but look at Satan, who was driving a horse made in hell.

"You shouldn't bother with those bastards that try to use your name to justify their acts" Nero frowned when she heard Leo's words.

Leo looked at Nero in front of him before he closed his eyes and said " It's not like I cared about them in the slightest. They are just wasting their time"

Nero wanted to say something, but she didn't get the chance because of the area under them… Exploded.

Blood started to leak from Buildings and streets, like it was under high pressure before they exploded. Red blood rushed towards the sky like a fountain and covered the area with a red shade.

Leo stared at the huge amount of blood in front of him before he let go of the horse reins and raised his right arm. Particles of light appeared around him before they gathered into the Holy lance, Rhongomyniad.

The blood started to group in the sky. In less than a moment, it became numerous spheres of blood. The spheres started beating slowly before they exploded.

Creatures that resemble a large worm with a mouth filled with teeth appeared. They were made from red blood and something like mud. The worms raised their heads before they howled.

"RRAAAAAAAAA---" Hideous screeches rushed towards the sky, but before they continued. A golden beam of light rushed towards them.

The light blinded the surroundings as it was crushing all the blood in the air. The worms didn't even look at the light before their skin started solidifying. Under their screams of agony, they turned into ashes and disappeared from this world.

"Shut up!" Leo said while waving the holy lance in his hand. Honestly, their screams were so annoying that it gave Leo a headache.

However, the blood soon recovered and increased even more. The blood became a fog in the sky which filled the area immediately.

The whole area around Leo became like a monsters' spawning zone. Worms and different creatures appeared, but this time, like they were controlled, the worms didn't howl like idiots. They rushed instantly towards Leo as their sharp teeth reflected the light.

"Nero" Leo said in a quiet voice before Nero nodded and jumped from the horse towards the sky.

Leo pulled the reins of Made In Hell before the horse kicked the area behind him.

The kick was so strong that it made the air vibrate while knocking the monsters away, however, that wasn't all.

"WHAT?!" The kick made Ritsuka, who was in the back, fly away from the horse. She did a few flips in the air before she was caught by Nero.

At this moment, The blood on the ground became a small river before something was manifesting on it. A huge tiger that reached 50 meters high appeared from the river as his body was flashing with electricity.

Nero, who was in the air, raised her sword before injecting a huge amount of mana in it. The sword ignited on flames before Nero waved in a circular motion.

A wave of fire burned all the monsters around her before she used them as a platform and jumped higher into the sky with Ritsuka.

The lightning tiger on the ground opened his mouth before shooting a huge column of electricity at Leo.

Leo didn't even glance at this attack before Made In Hell kicked the lightning and crushed it into sparks, which left a shock wave in the air.

"Hmph!" Looking at monsters around him, Leo raised the lance slightly. The light on the lance defied the physics laws and started to spin. The light became a spiral around the lance as a buzzing sound was heard because of the speed.

Suddenly, Leo's sleeve, who is Venom, moved a little before some runes joined the spiral and began to turn around the lance.

Uruz (ᚢ) means the Auroch, a wild ox, Physical strength, and speed.

Sowilo(ᛊ) means the sun, success, power, elemental force, and cleansing fire.

These two runes forming a link can increase the purifying power of the light and heat while strengthening the power and speed of attacks. Theoretically, it's possible to harness some power from the sun using these runes, but that needs a complicated array of runes. However, the user here can even make stars on the palm of his hand.

Those two runes appeared multiple times around Rhongomyniad before the light grew stronger and the area became hotter. A spinning red-golden orb appeared on the tip of the lance before Leo raised it up high.

"Burn…" With those words, the miniature sun was shot from the lance and rushed towards the ground.

The sun grew larger in the air while burning all the monsters around it before it reached the tiger.

Its speed and power were strengthened because of the Uruz rune, which made it smash the tiger body into sludge before the area exploded with light.

A wave of heat and flames rushed to the surroundings as the whole area was smoking. The river of blood wasn't spared as it began to evaporate instantly.

The monsters and river of blood vanished instantly under the heat of the sun, leaving a smoking street filled with the smell of charcoal.

Leo pulled Made In Hell's reins again before he rushed towards the two girls in the sky.

Nero and Ritsuka fell from the air before Nero changed her flight direction and landed on the horse.

When everyone sat down again, Made In Hell kicked the air and rushed in the church's direction. He easily broke the sound barrier and left the area with a few sonic booms.

"How was the flight?" Leo asked with a grin, which made Ritsuka, who had a few spins in the air, roll her eyes.

"Hahahah!" Leo laughed at this reaction while Made In Hell finally left the business area of the city.

A cemetery appeared from afar, which means the church is just around the corner.

"Is that the church?" Nero asked as Leo nodded at her words.

It was an old building surrounded by a lot of trees. Although it was linked with the city, strangely, the atmosphere here is very dull and creepy, like it's screaming for people to not come here.

"Are you really okay with coming here?" Ritsuka asked after she recovered from the sudden flight.

"Hm?" Leo had a confused expression on his face, which made Ritsuka say " Won't you get weaker at the church or the holy land?"

"Weaker? A Beast won't get weaker because of these things, especially if it's this church. The amount of faith here is very low that it's sad" Leo grinned while looking at the church in the distance.

"Can you see the faith on the land?" Nero raised her eyebrow while looking at the church.

"Of course, I can. I'm an angel before a devil. I can tell you now that I'd believe this building is a satanic church more than a holy one" Leo shook his head with a frown because the church in front of him carried a lot of sins.

"Like I said, I'm an angel and these are just the basics. Even though, I don't really understand" Leo shrugged his shoulders while driving Made In Hell towards the church.

"You don't understand" Ritsuka didn't know where this talk was going as Made In Hell flew down towards the church.

"You can say, I really don't understand the reason behind God's judgment. I know God is the wisest and all his actions have wisdom behind them, but I… I really can't understand" Leo closed his eyes slightly before he said " And I'll probably disagree with them, even if I understand"

Ritsuka blinked her eyes while looking at Leo. Why does she have a feeling that Satan is more of a believer of God than most people in the world?

"Your next line is… Then what do you think about God?" Leo grinned and said those words before Ritsuka said " Then what do y-... What?"

"I still got it" Leo nodded with satisfaction before he said " For you question, God is God"
