"We can overturn this with full defense! As long as our base will not be destroyed yet. We can do this!" the assassin user of Lee Gaming squad declared.

"They say, a good defense is the best offense! Let's do that! We can do an epic comeback!" William muttered encouraging all his companions to maintain their enthusiasm.

The moment the giant mutant was summoned, the Lee Gaming squad players also turned silent. All of them were looking at the map and painstakingly watched at the giant mutant as it marched towards their territory.

The group tried to relax their fingers for the next clash that would happen in no time.

On the large screen, the viewer's perspective was constantly changing from the base of the Lee Gaming squad to the giant NPC. Then it showed Claire's assassin that was also moving side by side with the mutant as it left out from the Chronos base. Her movement was swift as if the character was gliding in the air.

But, this assassin did not follow the path where the NPC had taken. Instead, she moved towards the jungle then passed to the river until she reached the top lane.

With this action, everyone who was watching the game instantly realized that the Chronos squad would be doing a split push!

It was a common technique to divide the attention of their enemies. One that would be very suitable for their situation as they had already gained the upper hand.

"Wow, the assassin will solo the top!"

"Well, her stats are very good. Even if she will solo, her opponents would not be able to easily kill her!"

"I wish I can play like this assassin gameplay!"

The audience immediately voiced out their stands. Another discussion broke out but some of them also reprimanded them to stop.

"Shhh, let us focus on watching the match!"

"Please, silent for a while!"

"Ughh! Quiet please!"

In the end, the bleachers became silent and all the audience intently focused their attention on the large screen. It was as if these people were in a theater and they have reached the most suspense part of the movie!

"The Chronos squad will be pushing two lanes, leaving the middle lane untouched. Destroying the three towers would give their enemies a chance to gain more time to extend the game!" the older voice of the older commentator echoed across the ears of the silent audience.

"Ohh! This is now the most challenging part for the Lee Gaming squad. This situation is so hard to defend! Will this be the last struggle that they will face before we will witness the victory?" the younger commentator announced with a hint of worry in his tone. He somehow sympathized with the Lee Gaming squad. If this squad would be defeated, their preparation and the number of resources that they had used, for the battle would be wasted.

"That's right! We can't tell if they can manage to defend their base but we can see that it would be very hard. They need to deal with the giant mutant and the four enemies in the bottom lane..." the older commentator made a dramatic pause as he tilted his head hinting that he was trying to think deeply.

"And then the assassin is also going towards the top lane. Attacks from both sides will make the Lee Gaming squad's defense weak!" the older commentator continued to narrate.

At first, he assumed that the Chronos squad would just go all their way into the bottom lane. But, after seeing the assassin moving away and went to the top lane, he had realized the group was indeed adept at the game. They were not just following the luck but they also have their own strategy to push their enemies to the corner.

After a minute of marching, the giant NPC finally arrived on the side of Sofia.

ATTACK!

Another attack signal flashed upon the mobile screen of all Chronos squad members. The signal came from their tank, CEO UNRIVALED.

Then, a realization hit all the members of the Lee Gaming Squad. It was something that they have not thoroughly thought about. Their enemy could use a hook and snatched them if they were not too careful with their distance. Not only they needed to defend their base, but they also had to pay attention not to step within the range of CEO UNRIVALED!

"Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!" William clicked his tongue non-stop after he made this new realization.

"Let's go! Do your best, guys! Move backward!" he added then his tank jumped towards the area of the giant mutant.

The gunner followed and produced five bullets to hit the NPC. Then, the mage summoned lightning to help deal damage. On the top lane, their assassin and fighter were facing Claire's assassin.

At the same time, the attacks of the Chronos squad blasted their area. Clark's mage summoned fire and wind easily to cut the movement of their enemy.

The moment Clark successfully hit and stunned the mage of the Lee Gaming squad, Sofia's hook followed to grab her. The mage had been really their target for the magical damage from her lightning was too troublesome to deal.

This time, the mage was completely immobilized. Seeing the scene of the character being grabbed away from her allies, the younger commentator could not help but wince. He had seen the mage was also hooked earlier but she managed to escape. However, it would seem that she could no longer escape this adversity!

"Oww! Oww! Oww! That's a very good combo from the Chronos mage and the tank!" the older commentator voiced out what his companion was thinking.

Within just a couple of seconds, the Lee Gaming squad mage died in a very pitiful manner. The most ironic thing about her death was that the one who got the last hit was the Chronos marksman. The only character that they had been looking down for was its low damage stats!

"One down from the Lee Gaming squad. It is now 5 vs 4! The Chronos squad continued to push their way but the defense of the Lee Gaming squad was still tight despite their situation!" the older commentator continued to narrate after noticing that the giant mutant was not yet attacking the base of the Lee Gaming squad. This giant NPC was being blocked by Brent's marksman.

"The tank from the Lee Gaming squad once again activated its ultimate! But this time, he is pushing away his enemies!" the younger commentator supplied.

"Oh no! The top lane!" one of the audience shrieked then it was followed by the sound of the speaker announcing for the double kill!

Since the perspective was focused on the giant NPC, they had not seen the full action of what had happened on the top lane. The only thing that the audience saw was that the two other Lee Gaming squad members died tragically under the hand of Claire's assassin!

"Please, replay!" an audience started and before the other people could shout to demand a replay, the large screen already showed another window revealing what had happened on the top lane...

...It was a 2 vs 1.

The first one to initiate the clash was the fighter executing its ultimate towards Claire's assassin. She was kicked by the Lee Gaming squad fighter and sent flying on the air. In the process, her character was suspended in the air and the physical damage from the kick almost took down 75 percent of her HP.

Before Claire's assassin could retaliate, the Lee Gaming squad assassin also followed to silence her, creating an effect that would not allow her to use her skills for a few milliseconds...

Claire's assassin was completely immobilized under the teamwork of the two opponents. The time was quick but Claire utilized this to open her inventory and sell two of her items. Then, she clicked the shop and bought two red blades.

This trading of items was done in just a blink of an eye.

And the moment all the stun effects wore off from her character, the assassin's blades flew in the air and she leaped sideward to snatch the fighter on the side.

Her HP was low but she did not seem to back down even if there were two enemies in front of her.

"The courage of this assassin user is admirable! She did not retreat? The Chronos squad players are really gambling their HP! If I were the one using the assassin, I would have retreated!" someone sitting on the front side of the bleachers voiced out his admiration after seeing Claire's movement.

In that simple action, her HP gradually recovered. One thing that made all the audience dropped their jaw.

"What an insane life steal!" all the audience roared together with their hands clapping at the sight of Sofia's HP recovery. Joy were evident in their eyes as if what they had just seen in the replay was worthy to be celebrated!
