~ Lee Gaming Squad Booth

Anyone who would take a look at all the gadgets sprawled on the mini table could easily tell how rich the people occupying this booth. Branded and latest versions of laptops and mobile phones were placed casually while their owners were also holding other expensive phones.

There were three females chatting about the latest brand of shoes. They were comparing the design of the product without minding the pricey tags on every item.

"I think I'm going to get the pink shoes!"

"Yes, it suits your style! I'll ask my mom to have it delivered to your address!"

From head to toe, these females were adorned with gold and branded clothes.

It was not because they had a sponsorship with the brands but because their parents really owned or had a share of the companies producing such brands.

On the other edges of the sofa, two men were busy looking at their phones. They did not seem to be distracted despite the giggling sound of the three females sitting at the center of them.

One of the males was Brent, the founder of Lee Gaming Squad. He was watching on his phone a live stream of a quest from a MMORPG game.

While the other youth on the opposite edge was also not an ordinary person. He was the son of an airline company owner.

These five participants from the Lee Gaming Squad felt complacent and did not really think much of their championship match. They were more busy with other kinds of stuff that was totally unrelated to the tournament.

"Young master Brent, the Chronos squad is too shameless! Have you seen their video?" the youth with a slender body and a messy hairstyle complained without removing his gaze on his phone. Although he called Brent a young master, the manner he spoke it does not sound like an honorific.

"Shameless? Why?" Brent spoke with a distant and emotionless tone. At the same time, the live stream on his screen indeed with an explosion.

The three females also glanced at the youth who opened up the topic. They were too curious of what makes the youth called their opponent shameless!

"The tank, CEO UNRIVALED is claiming to be your friend? Hmmph! How can she, a commoner, have a connection with our likes! She must be dreaming!" the youth answered without hiding the contempt in his face.

"Ohh? William, don't be so quick to judge that young lady! My brother really knows her," one of the females reprimanded the youth.

"Are you serious?" William finally looked up and gave them a surprised look. Disbelief was also evident in his eyes.

"What did she say?" Brent interrupted before his sister could respond to the youth. He then placed his phone on top of the laptop and glanced at the man.

"Well, this is the interview! Have a look at how ridiculous her claims are!" Williman quickly showed his mobile screen as it played Sofia's video clip with Jing Jing.

The group watched together with different expressions on their faces.

"Ohh," Brent only muttered after the short video ended. He then glanced at the booth of the Chronos squad and saw the group was having a thorough discussion.

Brent suddenly excused himself and stepped out of their booth.

As he left, the two other females were quick to voice out their opinions about the interview.

"That user of CEO UNRIVALED is indeed bold! Hehe Even if we are on the same squad, I don't even dare to call young master Brent a friend!"

"That's right! She actually claimed that she knows our young master? Wow! Young master Brent must felt insulted!"

Hearing this typical comment, Brent's sister rolled her eyes and flapped her hair. She just confirmed to them that her brother knows Sofia but it would seem as if her words were ignored by the two females!

She remembered Sofia once vividly as she tried to recruit her before. She even thought that the lady was her brother's girlfriend!

"That is like a public post! This CEO UNRIVALED is just a commoner who wants to use the fame of young master Brent as her stepping stone!"

"Well, I don't even think if young master Brent---"

The two females continued to speak but one of them was not able to finish what she wanted to say.

Their line of vision followed at the figure of Brent, walking and then entering the booth of the Chronos squad!

"Wow! Young master Brent is going to confront them personally! We should see how this lady would react!"

"Right, come on! Let's see!"

Without another word, these females left the booth leaving Brent's sister and William alone.

The man who had a momentary speechless raised an eyebrow while watching at the retreating figures of his teammate.

"I just told them that Sofia and my brother know each other. What are they expecting to see there? They actually did not believe what I say or they became deaf?" Brent's sister spoke loudly.

"Yeah... Well, I believe you. Young master Brent has a distant character. But when he watched the video, he looked amused," William nodded.

"I have tried to recruit CEO UNRIVALED on our squad once. But she was already forming the Chronos squad so I did not manage to get her. When I mentioned my brother's status, she just brushed it off and told me that they knew each other. My brother also confirmed it to me," she recollected.

"How did they know each other? The gap of their status is really big!" William wondered. He then scanned the comments sections of the video and started reading the opinions of its viewers.

"I remember asking Brent about it. He told me that CEO UNRIVALED is like a 'senpai' to him. They meet in a MMORPG game and she was basically teaching him how to conquer quests on the game," she plainly answered.

"I believe you but that really sounded unbelievable. Young master Brent is already good in playing games, even before!" William muttered.

"You can see it for yourself! Go and have a look!" the lady said and started browsing at her laptop again.

"I will! There is still time to rest anyway," William stood from his seat and quickly followed the two females.

Meanwhile, in the exit area of the gym, the noble figure of Grace started to attract people.

"Miss Grace, have you seen the man your father talked about? Did you have a talk?" a personal assistant quickly walked towards the noble lady as she exited the gymnasium.

The assistant was wearing a black suit and a tiny earpiece was connected in her earrings. She was almost the same age as the noble lady but unlike the gentle aura of the lady, this assistant had a glint aura of wildness in her eyes.

"Mr. Ching is rather cold. But I notice that Mr. Lee is also joining this tournament! It's quite interesting but the place is too crowded," Grace replied as the wind slightly falters the hem of her dress.

"Ohh, that Mr. Lee... Yes, did create a gaming group. Anyway, how is it?" the assistant asked.

"I didn't approach them. I changed my mind," Grace rubbed her hands and looked around the entire area.

"There are so many people here! We must come back to your penthouse now. It's dangerous to stay here." the assistant guided the noble lady towards the limousine who was already waiting at her on the side of the street.

Three people who went out to grab some snacks quickly noticed the noble lady. They immediately took out their phone and photographed the beauty.

With her presence, the ground where she stood seemed like on a different realm.

"My gosh! Grace is actually watching here!"

"I took a picture of her perfect beauty! I must tell my parent that she is here!"

"We are so lucky to see a goddess!"

Grace nodded her head while smiling at the assistant but remained silent. Right after she stepped out of the exit door, she had been very cautious of her surroundings. She doesn't like to talk with strangers but for some unknown reason, she approached Sofia.

"There are teens who are taking you a photo. We must hurry to get out of this place, Miss Grace!" the assistant gently pushed her back to enter the limousine.

The noble lady looked flawless in every aspect. The way she spoke and move to the way she dressed and look. She was indeed an embodiment of a goddess!

Grace was not a famous celebrity but her profile was distinguished by the citizens in the district.

She was the daughter of their mayor! Her family holds a strong political power and that nobody dares to approach her for there were several bodyguards who always accompany her.

"I don't understand why my father is insisting on Mr. Ching. If it is me, I will go to Mr. Lee. He was more successful than Mr. Ching!" Grace spoke after sitting comfortably inside the vehicle. The assistant can only give her a sympathetic look and sat next to her.

As for the reason why Grace requested to visit the place without bodyguards, even the assistant could not make a wild guess.
