"Sisters, how do we appease our viewers? They are demanding for the interview of the Chronos squad! Now they are calling us liars in the comments!" the interviewer from the FDS Press Company worriedly urged Miss AN and the team manager.

It had been half an hour since their live broadcast was paused because they assured the netizens to get the members of the Chronos squad to join their show.

Some of their viewers prepared questions for the group but after more than ten minutes of waiting, they started throwing nasty comments that made the interviewer almost cry.

"Eh? Miss, why did you tell the audience that you will interview the Chronos squad in a moment? I have told you that the squad rejected our invitation. They have their own press to handle their publicity!" AN frowned at the staff of the press company. In her mind, the interviewer was at fault for being in a difficult situation.

AN had informed this woman and her team manager about the Chronos squad rejection, but still, the woman insisted on promising the public that the group would show up eventually.

Although the two of them were both staffs of different companies and had to work together, AN was struggling to deal nicely with the interviewer.

"Sister, if I tell the audience that the Chronos squad has their own private press, then we will lose our views! We have an exclusive contract with your organizers, why can't we interview the Chronos squad?" the interviewer questioned.

"Why don't you try to ask the group again?" the interviewer added. She was certain that the tournament organizers can force the Chronos squad for an interview because of their exclusive contract.

"This squad has really a difficult attitude! That ugly girl sounded so firm that I cannot argue with her words. Nevermind! Since they refused to be interviewed, we can inform the viewers that their team captain felt ugly and does not want to show her face on the camera!" the team leader suggested.

The moment the Chronos squad sat on the lounge for the third elimination round, the team leader who wanted to interview them burst into a full rage.

She even encourages the staff from their press company to give bad commentaries against the squad.

"Team leader, that's not right!" AN apprehended.

"There is no other way. We need to silent our viewers! Then, I will just set to interview you, sister. And then, you will tell the public about the status of the Chronos squad?" the interviewer clarified.

"Okay! We can do that! Ask me about the Chronos squad then I will explain why they are not available in the camera," the team leader agreed and made few scripts for their show.

AN shook her head in disapproval. "It is better to tell the public about the truth. If we tell them about the private press of the Chronos squad, the viewers will understand. It is not good to attack the squad with their personal flaws."

"You are just new in this industry! Some things need to be manipulated to stay on the top! Just stay silent and observe!" the team manager glared at AN.

"With the exclusive contract in our hands, we can sue the Chronos squad for not appearing in this interview!" the interviewer supported with an arrogant tone.

AN became speechless. She remembered her encounter with Sofia and her shoulder slightly shivered. The young lady seemed to hold a strong opinion and does not care about the publicity that they offered.

"But if this thing backfired, it would be a more huge loss to your press company," AN gently warned the interviewer however she was already ignored by them. The two proceed to begin their interview and disregarded what she just spoke.

'I have a bad feeling about this but since you ignored my charitable advice, there is nothing I can do.' AN released a frustrated sigh then slowly left the room.

Once the interview began, the netizens started to roast the press company. While the team leader expected that they would gain public sympathy, it did not happen. Instead, it only gave them a worst result.

Their viewers were gradually converted into bashers!

Hundreds of comments defending the Chronos squad started to pile up in the comment section that made the interviewer panicked. She felt dizzy just by reading some of the public opinions.

Drake rushed the door opened and witnessed his crew on the verge of fainting. "What is wrong? Why are the ratings of the company dropped?"

"Y-young master, the Chronos squad rejected our interview because their team captain had a pimple on her face. I was just telling it to the public. However, they got angry and started bashing us," the interviewer quickly stood straight as she responded.

"They rejected our interview? We have an exclusive contract in this tournament! Drag them here if they are not willing to come! Hmmph! Just bunch of brats who does not know what's good for them!" Drake instructed. His face turned dark after hearing the word rejection. It was something that he could not accept.

"They can't refuse this interview! Maybe, you did not explain to them the consequences?" the woman beside Drake questioned. She was the head of this FDS Press Company crew, but she did not monitor her team. Instead, she accompanied Drake leisurely.

"They are in-game now, but after their match, we will do as you say, young master!" the team leader agreed.

"Never mind, I will deal with them personally!" Drake waved his hand and exited the room.

The team leader quickly ran towards Drake at full speed. "Young Master, the tournament does not allow it. Disturbing the players in their booths will disrupt their focus. Only us, can go to them. You can only wait here. My staff and I will surely get those brats to come, even if they are unwilling!"

"Oh? I don't need to follow that trivial rules!" Drake insisted and continued to move his feet towards the player's booth. The team leader and AN turned silent and followed his lead.

The moment they arrived on the player's booth, there were three figures sitting on the sofa.

A murderous aura instantly emitted around Drake after recognizing the figures.

"What are you doing here?" his tone become deadly while his eyes darted to the person that he feared to show up.
