"I'll explain everything to you, I'm just waiting for the right time for everything to finish well. But..."

Vino couldn't continue his words when his eyes caught Vira's cold eyes.

"I've heard everything, you don't have to explain everything to me--" Vira's sentence stopped, she held tightness in her chest.

"I can't say anything else, but I have to tell you one thing."

Vino's heart seemed to stop beating when he heard Vira's words. he couldn't imagine what would happen to him without Vira and their baby-to-be.

All those bad thoughts had already entered his head, he was planning to make things clear but it was the other way around.

"Vira, if you hear from someone else I hope that you don't believe that person."

Vira's eyes darkened when she heard her husband's words.

"What do you mean?"

Vino took a deep breath as if a heavyweight had hit his chest. "I don't know who you got this story from, but, I beg you to be patient and wait for an explanation from me. I ask for time to finish all this." Vino tried to explain.

"What do you mean," Vira repeated her question.

Vino was silent for a few seconds, he did not understand what his wife said, he thought for a moment. "What I mean is, I'm asking you to take the time to investigate what happened so I can find out what happened to--"

Vino's words stopped as soon as Vira's hand rose, asking her husband to stop talking.

"That's not it, I was asking about what you said about me knowing where this story came from."

Vino nodded his head. "Yeah, I don't know who you heard from."

Vira narrowed her eyes. "Sounds naive, what do you mean, who?" Vira asked a question with a sarcastic tone.

"It could be from Hazel, he could hear this story from the other side and pass it on to you. It could happen but--"

Vira smirked, she sat back down on the edge of the bed. "Why am I so upset to hear your words." She ties hair in her ears. "Sounds ridiculous and nonsensical, so I don't have to think twice about it." She took a short breath.

"Vino, I need some alone time," Vira said.

Vino nodded his head as if he fully understood his wife's wishes.

"I understand, I will leave you, you need time to rest, call me if you need anything." Vino was about to leave the room.

"No, I didn't say to stay and sleep in this room. I said about our household, I want us to have some alone time first."

Vino's hands clenched into fists. He took a breath and caught it in his throat. how could he let the pregnant Vira live alone, but forcing them to be together was selfish.

Vino took another breath.

"Okay," Vino whispered in a deep voice.

Sarah had told Jonathan not to see Vira shortly, but her father was impatient and insisted on meeting with Vira, the first meeting between Jonathan and Vira did not have a deep impression, and Jonathan regretted it.

"Father, I understand if you want to meet and acknowledge her as one of your daughters but, we better choose the right time, however, now is not the right time." Sarah tries to give understanding to Jonathan but it seems useless because Jonathan still wants to meet Vira.

Sarah could only pat her forehead, she was thinking hard about how to deal with Vira with the problems that had existed between her and Vira.

She should have succumbed to her little sister, but she started animosity instead, that was the start of a bad relationship.

"Sarah, are you going with dad?" Asked Jonathan.

Finding questions like that confused Sarah, she wanted to meet and have a warm chat with her little sister but then again, her relationship with Vira seemed impossible to warm up!

She regretted the fight in the past.

In addition, in this house, other people are reading books and pretending to be deaf. Sarah knew that Andrew had overheard the argument between her and her father but the young doctor didn't seem to be listening.

"Father, I will think about your invitation because I have to finish one of my tasks first." Sarah made an excuse as she turned to Andrew who was busy with his fiction book and laptop screen in front of his face.

He listened to Sarah's words but pretended to focus on online material on his laptop. He looked busy even though his ears were eavesdropping on Jonathan and Sarah's chat.

Jonathan turned to Andrew for a moment. He then approached Andrew in the main room.

"What does he want with that man?" Sarah whispered with a surprised face, she put her hands on her waist, not understanding the attitude of her father who approached Andrew.

Sarah could see how Jonathan greeted him in a friendly manner, his father even patted Andrew on the shoulder and they chatted like friends, Sarah raised her brows, she rolled her eyes.

"Ah, I don't understand the relationship between men!" her face sneered and then left the gaze on the two men who were chatting on the long couch in the main room.

Sarah went to the bathroom to clean up, she wasn't lying to Jonathan, she did have a business to settle with Andrew, and they couldn't wait too long to get into big trouble.

After Jonathan left, there was only Andrew who was still sitting in the main room, and Sarah who had just finished taking a shower.

She plopped down on the couch not far from where Andrew was sitting.

"Aren't you tired of staring at the computer screen for hours, you're also reading a book," Sarah said while ruffling her hair, she was drying her hair without a hairdryer.

Andrew turned his head for a moment then stunned, he immediately averted his gaze to Sarah and returned to his laptop screen.

How come, a woman looks relaxed with wet hair and a transparent white t-shirt that shows the lacy bra she was wearing. Andrew thought, a clear blush in his ears.

Sarah peeked at Andrew's computer screen for a little peek, then she leaned back, she looked relaxed in a white thin shirt, black leggings that formed her long and beautiful legs.

she brushed her hair with her fingers and tossed her hair back, the hair that fell naturally seemed to match her stern face.

Andrew could see the reflection of Sarah's face from the edge of his laptop monitor and it was very disturbing, his healthy and regular heartbeat suddenly turned chaotic.

"Looks like you're busy, alright, we'll talk another time."

Sarah had just lowered both feet to the floor when Andrew's hand gripped her wrist quite firmly, she was startled and stared at her wrist which was caught by Andrew.

"Ah, sorry, I'm not busy. Let's talk!" Andrew nervously threw Sarah's hand, trying to adjust his facial expression so Sarah wouldn't misunderstand his attitude. He had to maintain his authority as a doctor.

"Good," Sarah answered briefly, she sat back with her back straightened. Why is she so nervous like Andrew?

"So what should we discuss first?" Andrew asked, raising his hands, he smiled slightly, trying to calm his pounding chest.

"Ah, should I go back to America?" Sarah's first question took Andrew by surprise.

Andrew looked confused. "Vino asked me to look after you there, but he already knows that I failed to take care of you, I am waiting for the punishment leisurely at this time."

Andrew's answer made Sarah chuckle as she smoothed her dry, light hair.

"You're a friend or an errand boy, you're very obedient to Vino." Sarah scoffed.

"We are close friends, we knew each other when we were little, he was a good boy and I liked him," Andrew said.

Hearing Andrew's words made Sarah surprised.

"You and Vino have known each other since you were little, do you know him as Vino or Vina?" Sarah became curious.

Hearing Sarah's question, Andrew's face turned red.

"Ah, don't tell me you like Vina!" Sarah's guess was right on target.

"What kind of relationship is it between you two? You make me suspicious!" Sarah's eyes narrowed, she probed.

"No, don't get me wrong, I'm a straight man."

"Oh, yes!" Sarah did not believe Andrew's confession, she shifted her position closer to Andrew.

Andrew pulled his body spontaneously.

"Tsk, you said that you were straight!" Sarah puffed out her chest and seduced Andrew with her sexy and beautiful body.

Andrew tried to restrain himself but,

"Could you step away a little bit!" He asked Sarah.

Sarah was getting excited, she leaned in closer, unfortunately, one of her palms that was resting on the edge of the couch slipped, her body fell right on top of Andrew's.
