There was a moment of silence .

Happy turned his head around, and clarity returned to his eyes . “What?”

“You promised me . I’ll bring them over for lunch tomorrow, but you’re not allowed to put on airs and pretend to be a boss . Also, I’m bringing another friend over . ”

“Boy or girl?” Happy asked reflexively .

Happy immediately regretted it once he asked that question . When he saw that Xu Xin was in high spirits, and her eyes instantly much livelier, he felt relieved as well . He noticed that he had been overthinking things .

“Alright, do as you please . Who is that person though?”

Even though he did not want to interfere with the matter, since the person could enter the place, it meant that their relationship with Xu Xin was pretty good, but he did not seem to have heard about it before, which was why he was a little curious .

“Xu Yao . ”

When Happy heard Xu Xin say the name, a violent layer of ripples appeared in his originally calm heart .

“Her?” Happy scowled, and a hint of wariness flashed in his heart .
