Sword Among Us Chapter 225 – Swordswoman Momo
Translator: EndlessFantasy Translation Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation
Happy did not care about the “proof” Spirit Crusher had. The sight of him attacking ruthlessly and deeply intimidated every single one of the Five Venoms Sect Members.
Happy did not stop attacking either. He had been ambushed by hundreds of Five Venoms Sect Members in his previous life, and he had to endure the pain of being bitten by countless venomous insects. He died many times, and that experience was not something a person could endure! The pain and anger that was etched deep into his bones was something no one else knew, and Happy could not tell them either.
Five Venoms had never won people over by virtue.
What a joke. That vice sect master of Five Venoms had always been someone who stood outside the battlefield while commanding his venomous insects to attack others with a cold expression on his face. And he was trying to use justice and morality to restrict Happy’s movements right then?
He was just asking for death!
Happy threw away Spirit Crusher’s limp and lifeless corpse. He completely ignored the venomous insects that came from two Five Venoms Sect Members and pounced on him in anger. He just attacked with a palm.
His palm strike was delivered softly, and it brought with it a powerful gust that tore through the air. It was like an invisible wall.
Countless poisonous insects crashed into that wall and froze for a moment. Then, they were torn into innumerable shreds.
The normal venomous insects were very fragile. Even the additional damage that was brought by Wind Spirit Spin was enough to tear them to shreds. They could not even threaten Happy’s body fortification technique.
Little North had already reacted to the situation.
He activated his Illusory Spirit Body, and with a pair of poisonous palms that stirred up a foul stench, he easily tore open the chests of two Five Venoms Sect members. He did not stop after that though.
He turned around and charged into what little remained of the crowd! Since Happy had decided to slaughter them, he would naturally not have any sort of misgivings about the situation. He worked with his Mystical Realm zombie’s strong body and its fearless personality to reap lives like the force of a whirlwind. Wherever he went, only a deserted place was left by the time he was done!
The dozen Five Venoms Sect members did not manage to last for more than half a minute under their hands. All of them had died.

In the end, only three people stood in perfect condition outside the ancient tomb.
“Hmph, villains.”
Once Momo saw how the duo killed others, she finally believed in Spirit Crusher’s accusations.
‘That bad person is right. These two are not good people either!’
At that moment, Little North moved through the corpses all over the ground and stopped in front of Happy. His expression said that he found things to have become incredibly troublesome. “Boss, we can’t continue like this. First it was Thousand Dragons Sect, then Perpetual Joy Sect and Fallen Feathers Sect, and now, we offended Five Venoms as well. If we add them to the sects you offended in the past, I feel like we offend numerous wherever we go. If this goes on, won’t the whole world be filled with our enemies?”
“You actually have the guts to say that?” Happy rolled his eyes in Little North’s direction in resignation. “What was I supposed to do? Let Five Venoms kill you?”
Little North chuckled, touched the back of his head, and did not say anything else.
“We’re still okay this time. Five Venoms… Hmph! Judging by how their sect acts, they aren’t good people either. If we offended them, then so be it. But in the future, restrain yourself, don’t act on impulse so much. It’s not worth it to attract unnecessary trouble for some small benefit,” Happy said.
“Okay.” Little North nodded.
Their conversation comforted Momo a little. She felt that she had at least not saved an ungrateful bastard.
“By the way, this swordswoman is the one who saved me just now. If it were not for her, I might have already turned into food for those venomous insects.”
Little North finally remembered that his savior was still beside him. He quickly dragged Happy over to meet her.
Momo could not be considered as a great beauty that could make the whole world fall for her, but she had a pretty and clean face, which made her very pleasant. Her eyes were especially attractive. They were very lively and left a deep impression on others.
“By the way, I haven’t asked for your name yet, savior.”
Little North looked at Momo and smiled in a very attentive manner. Unfortunately for him, Momo ignored him completely. It was his fault, however, for bringing along two zombie puppets that just served to ruin the atmosphere wherever they went.
“Momo. Spelled M-O-M-O.”
When Momo spoke, she was also very cold and indifferent. She was completely different from when she had passionately saved Little North.

“Hello, I am Little North’s friend, Happy. Thank you very much for what happened earlier!”
Happy had already composed himself. He smiled, placed his fist in his palm, and thanked Momo. His actions were rather suited for the occasion.
“My name’s Little North,” Little North quickly added.
Momo nodded. She paused for a moment before her eyes landed on Happy, and she blinked. “Don’t mention it. But you said you’re Happy. Are you the one on the Famous People Rank?”
Happy smiled and gave an ambiguous answer. “I should be.”
“I’m also on the Famous People Rank. My name is Little North,” Little North anxiously reminded Momo. It looked like he had fallen in love at first glance, and Happy felt like throwing him into a hole so that he would not embarrass himself.
“No wonder then that the people from Five Venoms were so afraid of you. As expected, it is you. Alright, I won’t bother you now. Goodbye, and don’t forget your Hoof Shadow.”
Momo lifted her sword and jumped on her horse. She snapped the reins and left the place that was now filled with corpses, all sorts of venomous creatures, and filth. She could not bear the smell in the area.
Little North wrapped his fist in his palm with Happy, and his shouted in a very loud voice, “Let’s meet again sometime!”
“Enough already, she’s gone now. Will you snap out of it?”
After watching Little North staring into the direction that Momo had disappeared even after half a day had passed, Happy rolled his eyes behind him in an irate manner.
But to his surprise, the very first sentence Little North said after he turned around was, “Boss, I think I’m in love.”
And he did indeed look like an idiot in love.
Happy was stunned for a second. He then placed his palm against his forehead and sighed.
“Next time, don’t tell me this sort of thing. Look over there.”
He pointed at Hoof Shadow, and the legendary top-class high-grade horse finally brought Little North’s soul back to his body from wherever it had been while it was following Momo around.
Little North’s eyes lit up. He quickly ran near Hoof Shadow while shouting excitedly. “Boss, I’ll give you one million five hundred thousand taels of silver for this horse please, thank you very much!”
While he spoke, he prepared to bring out his Horse Plate and retrieve the heavily injured Hoof Shadow.
“WAIT!”
Happy broke into cold sweat when he saw the scene. He had barely managed to cry out in time to stop Little North.
“Two million taels of silver!”
Little North gritted his teeth and confidently added another five hundred thousand taels of silver to his original offer.
The trip to Fox Cave had allowed the four of them to earn quite a lot of money. They had managed to earn more than four million taels of silver just from selling high-tier martial art manuals. They also managed to get some money from the players they had killed, and there was also the spoils they got from Dead She-wolf. They were all not lacking in money.
But Happy ignored him.
There were actually a few ways to capture a horse. One of them was the most common method of killing the horse and having the horse drop a Horse Plate, but there were people with really bad luck who would not be able to get the Horse Plate.
The other method was to seize the horse while it was heavily injured. Players could use a Horse Plate and take the initiative to capture the horse. Once they brought the injured horse into a Horse Plate, it would appear there. But if a player used this method to obtain the horse, they would need a long time before they could use the animal, which made it very troublesome. There was also the risk that the horse would flee once it recovered after absorbing the energy from the Horse Plate.
That was why Five Venoms had wanted to kill the horse to get the Horse Plate.
It was Little North’s turn right then, but since he was a fan of Hoof Shadows, he did not seem to want to attack, but to use the second method to capture and placate the horse.
It had to be said that this method was pretty good. However, before he did this, Happy did not wish for the chance that they ran into after so much trouble to slip through their fingers.
Once he cried out for Little North to stop, he moved to the nearly dead Hoof Shadow that was huddled in a corner. He crouched down, brought out a normal lancet knife from his Universe Bag, flipped the Hoof Shadow to reveal a spot where there was a square and white lanugo, and swung his knife down.
“Boss!”
Little North’s face turned pale when he saw it.
