Sword Among Us Chapter 200 – Wipe Out
Translator: EndlessFantasy Translation Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation
When Situ Luoyu heard Happy’s words, he finally put away the mannerisms of a mediator and good person. His expression turned cold and indifferent, and a hint of wariness appeared on his face.
“As expected of the third in place on the Famous Person Rank, you live up to your name.”
“Hmph.”
When Solitary Perpetual Joy landed on the ground, his hands were still slightly numb. He cast Situ Luoyu a glance before he glared at Happy in anger. The derision in his eyes had already disappeared, replaced by great wariness and solemnity.
In truth, when Situ Luoyu attacked, he had also thought that Situ Luoyu wanted to stop the fighting. But one of the two palm strikes Situ Luoyu delivered was fake, and the other genuine. The palm strike toward him was weak and powerless while the palm strike toward Happy might have seemed weak as well, but at the moment before he struck, Situ Luoyu had revealed fatal killing intent!
This meant that the entire act of Situ Luoyu trying to mediate the fight had been fake. In reality, he had wanted to use the chance to work with him to injure Happy, and perhaps even kill him. Once Happy was badly hurt, the elites of the two sects could work together and easily kill him.
But Situ Luoyu had not expected that Happy would actually notice such a hidden move.
The moment Situ Luoyu attacked, Solitary Perpetual Joy lost control over his body, and he was forcibly moved to take Situ Luoyu’s palm strike in Happy’s place.
And Situ Luoyu was also very unlucky.
Not only was he struck by Solitary Perpetual Joy’s palm strike, but Happy had changed the direction of his attacks and executed a few Stormy Shadowless Kicks on him. He was caught off guard and suffered internal injuries on the spot because of it. He was then sent flying into the distance.
Many people did not manage to see all of that clearly.
However, it was not difficult for them to guess based on two’s expressions that Situ Luoyu’s shady actions had been dissolved by Happy in a timely manner.
“Sect Master Perpetual Joy is arrogant and conceited, and Sect Master Situ is diabolical and a schemer. They’re actually birds of a feather…”

All-powerful Medicinal Stone had noticed what Situ Luoyu had wanted to do. He smiled coldly and took two steps forward at an opportune moment. “Judging by the looks of it, Chivalry Sect must have been set up by you lot, right?”
He swept his gaze over the elites of the two great sects, and quite a number of people sported regretful and ashamed looks.
They said nothing.
When they sensed the displeasure from the sect members behind them, Situ Luoyu and Solitary Perpetual Joy frowned.
“A man who is destined for great things will not bother himself with small matters.” Situ Luoyu’s tone was dark. “You will experience all of this if you become a sect master in the future, but there are also things that you will never be able to understand!”
Right when he said his final phrase, his gaze turned cold. He raised his arms high and brought them down without any hesitation, causing wind to roar. He then gave his order in a firm tone. “Kill them!”
“Let’s go!”
Happy had been prepared for Situ Luoyu to turn on them. Before the people from the two sects could act, he hissed words of caution, and his party retreated together.
“Thinking of leaving?”
Situ Luoyu smiled coldly. Since he had decided to fall out with Happy, he should at least make sure that the other party died once so that they would not pose a threat to him for some time. Hence, he made the decision to ensure their death in Fox Cave! Right away, a messenger pigeon was sent to the other people in the second level to surround Happy and his party.
Only the unfamiliar middle-aged man seemed to possess a high-tier lightness skill in Happy’s party, so it was basically impossible for them to shake off the pursuit.
Twenty or so strong players dashed out of the chamber and chased after them like a swarm of bees.
‘This is bad!’
All-powerful Medicinal Stone felt like ants were crawling all over his skin.
He had not expected that Perpetual Joy Sect and Fallen Feathers Sect would have such deep ties with each other, to the point that they would take the initiative to cause them trouble. He was incredibly uneasy when he saw things progress to such a state.

He was the only one in their party who could move about at ease among their enemies. He could not be held back, but Happy, Little North, and Thunderous Battle only had normal low-tier lightness skills at Grandmaster Realm. It was practically impossible for them to escape.
But he was the one who had planned their operation …
“Go first! I’ll hold them back for some time.”
All-powerful Medicinal Stone whispered to Happy, but what he saw before him was a face that was not alarmed or panicked at all.
Happy calmly threw two throwing knives behind him before he cast a glance at an exit ahead of them. It was not too far away. An amused look flashed briefly through his eyes, and he softly said, “Listen, once we go there, split into two groups. Head either left or right, and hide behind the wall!”
The trio was stunned silent, but when they saw Happy’s confident gaze, they nodded vigorously at the same time.
Twenty or so powerful players chased after them, and the distance between them became shorter bit by bit.
Whoosh!
Whoosh!
When they arrived at the tunnel that was so narrow that it was less than sixteen feet wide, All-powerful Medicinal Stone and Thunderous Battle listened to Happy and shifted to the left while Little North moved to the right. They vanished from the sight of the elites of the two sects who were thirty-two feet away from them.
“After them!”
Solitary Perpetual Joy and Situ Luoyu possessed lightness skills, so the two of them led the chase.
“Don’t let them escape!”
While Situ Luoyu was saying that, the two of them suddenly noticed Happy toss something behind him. The object looked round and shone with a dim, metallic shine. It did not seem to be a hidden weapon.
However, the two of them still instinctively became wary and uneasy. They turned to the side and let the metallic machine that looked like a fruit move past them.
‘It’s a machine!’
When the object flew past them, their uneasiness grew by one hundred fold. The next moment, they heard the clear sound of a metallic trigger being activated inside the machine.
“This is bad!”
“DODGE!”
Shocked, the two sect leaders urged their qi to circulate faster in order to restore the strength of the true qi around them protecting their bodies.
The people behind them all activated their body fortification techniques!
Faint light of all colors appeared around the bodies of everyone in the group. They stared at the pear-shaped metallic object that was about to land on the ground with awe and fear in their eyes.
Thud!
At the instant it landed on the ground, some sort of mechanism seemed to have been activated. With a clear sound, it opened up and revealed… densely packed black needles!
Bang!
The ground trembled, and sphere-shaped black light flashed in the cave.
In just an instant, the countless black needles that were as thin as the hair on a cow vanished from inside the pear-shaped metallic object without a trace.
The elites from Perpetual Joy Sect and Fallen Feathers Sect only saw black light shine before they were stung by countless mosquitoes. Instantly, their bodies felt light and numb.
‘What’s going on?’
The group felt that their bodies had turned stiff. The true qi that protected their bodies was all automatically dissolved.
They looked at each other at a loss. Blood dripped down from their bodies, and soon, countless tiny red dots appeared on their faces. They looked absolutely horrifying!
Situ Luoyu and Solitary Perpetual Joy were among the injured. Even if they had high-tier body fortification techniques protecting them, they still could not stop the endless thin needles from reaching their bodies. Countless tiny puncture wounds were left on their skin. Their Dantian regions were destroyed, and they stood on the spot while covered in blood.
The twenty or so people soon became twenty bloody people!
No one knew who was the first to be unable to stand.
Bang!
The person fell to the ground face-first, showing no signs of life. Soon, all the elites of the two great sects seemed to have been infected by some kind of fatal virus. They fell to the ground one after another, and that included Situ Luoyu and Solitary Perpetual Joy, whose faces had become stiff and cold!
