Chapter 593: 593
The Demon-God Emperor led three Demon Saints and three God Saints to the Machines’ territory, leaving Lord Swelling Sky and one Demon Saint of equal power to guard the Godly and Demonic Realm respectively.
He deliberately hid himself away from the vicissitudes of fate, so that the True Lord of Morality and Nothingness would have a hard time determining where they were going. When he and the Three Realms finally find out, they would be able to reach the Machines already.
And when the Three Realms finally arrived, they won’t be able to do a thing.
Either way, the Demon-God Emperor has decided that he would end Jiang He today—not even the True Lord of Morality and Nothingness would be able to save him then!

Meanwhile, at the Machines’ realm, the Machines appeared to be no weaker than the Insectoids, being one of the hegemons in the universe. However, their Saints were extremely wary against their Patriarch, and they even had an additional constellation compared to the Insectoids.
At the heart of their realm was a vast city.
It stretched on over 5,000 kilometers, and was covered in skyscrapers, with various floating craft weaving in and out of the city.
Robots filled the streets, though there was a difference among them.
The ones that really possessed intelligence and self-awareness looked no different from humans, and in fact resembled androids depicted in various comics and movies. The clumsy and huge robots were low-level creations with neither intelligence nor self-awareness, and being made meant that they are going to serve the superior machines.
Naturally, there were exceptions.
There were certainly low-level robots with a fractional chance of developing self-awareness. For example, the Machine that once defected to Jiang He was one such case, and it was a shame he blew up.
If the planet where their Patriarch dwelled was the most secret place of the Machines, then the giant machine city that float in the middle of the cosmos was the seat of power for the Machines.

Right now, at the 999th floor of the tower at the center of the city, an urgent meeting was being convened.
In the vast office, seven Demi-Saint Machines were summoned urgently, while their two Saints also participated via projections.
On of the Saints appeared somber, and said, “The human Jiang He had arrived at our domain and is warping towards us rapidly. Given his usual style, there’s a chance he would attack Machine City.”
That hunch is not unfounded since Jiang He’s previous actions did prove it.
Moreover, Machine City was at once the seat of political power and wealth. It’s a severe loss whether Jiang He destroyed or stole it.
“I agree!”
The other Machine Saint spoke. “Activate the Perpetual Motion Plug right away. I want the Machine City gone in an hour!”
Just beneath the enormous Machine City were countless powerful Motion Plugs, and the entire city could basically be moved like a spaceship.

Meanwhile, Jiang He was flying toward Machine City.
He had read about their kind’s data, since the Machines were also involved in the hunt on Jiang He just as he improved to Demi-Saint.
And he had kept that grudge ever since.
However, the True Lord of Morality and Nothingness had mentioned before that the Machines had deep pockets, and their Patriarch’s abilities unfathomable… Though he was not even a Saint in appearance.
Of course, the most important reason for Jiang He was that it was too far away from the Celestial Battlefield. Aside from the extended journey, he was vulnerable to attacks by the Gods and Demons if he were to be intercepted, so there was no way he could visit the Machines before since he was lacking in ability.
“Machine City… I heard that it was their seat of power and their wealth. If I could whisk that city away, it would be a new wave of EXP and Farm Points…”
Jiang He’s objective was clear.

As for the Machine Saints’ interference or even their Patriarch?
Would he even be bothered?
“Hmmm?”
Suddenly, Jiang He’s eyes flashed.
He felt a spatial ripple from the distance, and then saw that a gigantic city took the skies with a cosmic quake as it begins to fly toward the distant stars.
“The Machine City… is flying away?”
“Damn it!”
“My city is actually fleeing?”
Cursing, Jiang He give chase and soon cut into its way.
His aura was released, and the Second Saint in Machine City sensed it, taking to the skies as he cursed, “What are you doing, Jiang He? Are you provoking us Machine into a war against the Three Realms?”
As it took to the skies, the Saint was covered in layers of machine weapons while a machine treasure appeared.
Machine treasures were different from mystic treasures since they were forged by elite Machines through rare ores harvested, forged by technological methods.
One must never underestimate the power of technology.
After all, the Machines became one of the hegemon races only through technology and birthed two Saints, meaning that their technology did not lose out to cultivation.
In fact, they could manipulate space, time, and even Dao.
Jiang He reached out and pressed from the distant, stopping the Machine City from flying off.
Turning toward the Machine Saint, he chuckled, “So you’re the Second Saint of the Machines? Don’t you think you’re spouting nonsense?”
“Moreover, a war?”
“Didn’t you Machines consider that you already started one when you hunted me down?”
“Or did you think that the Three Realms would never dare to fight you just because of the Gods and Demons?”
The two Machine Saints were quite famous, but their names were too long, so Jiang He didn’t bother remembering it. Information suggests that their Great Saint was an equal to the Primeval Lord of Heaven, while the Second Saint was weaker than the Grandmaster of Heaven, but stronger than Lord Swelling Sky and his peers.
Still, Jiang He was most wary against the Patriarch of the Machines.
As for the other two… he did not even consider them a threat.
He did not even need to use his 129,600 clones he casted.
World Strength slowly extended and soon shrouded the entire Machine City.
Oom!
With just a thought, the vast Machine City was gone.
In the next instant, it appeared in the world in his body.
In Machine City, all Machine elites were shocked and took to the skies, but Dumbo had already led Jiang He’s followers to encircle them.
Outside, the Machines’ second Saint were still cursing when Machine City suddenly disappeared. Stunned, he bellowed in rage, “How dare you, Jiang He?!”
Kaboom!
A frightening barrage was unleashed instantly.
Various machine armaments were firing everything at Jiang He.
Laughing out loud as he nullified every attack with a single punch, he instantly unleashed Esoteric Word: Power, and punched out with the Fist of the Six Paths of Reincarnation.
Above his head, seven God-Killing Spears formed into an array of spears and shot out overwhelmingly, blasting both Machine Saints into pieces between breaths.
“Jiang He!” The Great Machine Saint arrived, bellowing as he sat on a nine-floored pagoda.
It was a great treasure of the Machines that the Machines’ master passed down.
And in the instant the tower appeared, all of space and time turned still.
Jiang He felt as if everything around him froze up as if it was water.
“Damn it!”
Furious, Jiang He barked, “You must have a death wish.”
With just a thought, a legion of figures flew out from his own body. As the horrific Saint aura combined, the still space and time shattered as 64,800 clones rushed towards the two Machine Saints, while the other 64,800 charged at the Great Machine Saint.

The Head That Wears The Crown
It's a tale as old as time. Boy goes to funeral. Boy gets sucked into a different world. Boy has to lead a settlement. Boy has to lead a settlement? Boy has to lead a settlement. This is a story about that settlement, and some other stuff. Maybe. Disclaimer: Not sure if it qualifies enough for a gore tag. There is a description of someone's death somewhere in this, but I don't think it is descriptive enough to justify a gore tag. Disclaimer part deux: I initially started writing this as background for another story but got so into it I just ended fleshing it out a bit. Disclaimer part tres: People love reading disclaimers don't they? It's why I've included so many. They're just for you. Disclaimer part four: I know, this is getting egregious. You're starting to find it less funny. Just wait till the twentieth disclaimer, it will start being funny again. Disclaimer part five: I'm kidding, this is the last one. I don't promise I'll read every comment or message, but I certainly welcome your feedback. Disclaimer part six: I lied, it wasn't the last one. I wrote this story without breaking it down into chapters. It just goes, that means that the chapter ends when it ends, not when there is a convenient break in the story. That means that it's very annoying for you as a reader since chapters can end mid sentence. Hah! Sucker! Disclaimer part seven: Get ready for slow updates. Who knows when this will continue. Toss it on read later and come back in fifty years. Disclaimer part eight: Cover Photo by Arthur Ogleznev on Unsplash
