Chapter 539: 539
Chapter 539: Follow My Instructions!
Jiang He’s single punch was plain and ordinary, lacking any style.
However, the Sky Demon Emperor panicked.
He somehow felt impending death from that plain and ordinary punch!
In fact, he felt the world was pressing down upon him from that simple punch.
He tried to evade by instinct… only to find that the punch had sealed him in place, and he had no other solution except to brace the punch!
“Sky Demon Split!”
Kaboom!
A towering Sky Demon Qi erupted out of the Sky Demon Emperor’s body, which instantly crumbled into strands of Demonic Qi.
The Demonic Qi appeared to contain an unusual energy within. Even if it was caught inside Jiang He’s array, the Sky Demon Emperor’s Demonic Qi was stirring a small area within it, causing waves of ripples as if a rock had been thrown down a watery surface.
At the same time, the Demonic Qi entered a curious space as it flowed along the ripples.
It was a secret technique that the Sky Demon Emperor himself had created. It combined the Sky Demons’ innate talent to send himself to a different dimension in order to evade attack.
And yet…
It was useless.
Jiang He punched out.
The rippling pace blew up with loud cracking sounds—the single punch had dispersed the Demonic Qi that the Sky Demon Emperor had turned into.
In the very next second, the Demonic Qi began to converge three hundred feet away, assuming the appearance of the Sky Demon Emperor.
Be that as it may, his aura was now immeasurably feeble. It was clear that Jiang He’s punch just now had maimed him.
Panic showed on his weak face, and he could not help exclaiming, “No… impossible… you’re not a Grand Luo!”
“Who said I wasn’t?”
Jiang He smiled faintly before punching out again.
On the other hand, the Sky Demon Emperor could neither run nor hide, and had to fight him head-on.
He was the Patriarch of the Sky Demons and one of the strongest Demi-Saint across worlds… but even if he had lived endless eras and had innumerable techniques at his disposal, he could not use any of them against Jiang He.
Then, the second punch reached him, blowing up his body directly.
And then came the third…
The Sky Demon Emperor’s body broke down into Demonic Qi again, but before he could materialize a physical body, Jiang He punched him into pieces.

After that, Jiang He stretched out his fingers and grasped from the distance…
Poof…
The single strand of Demonic Qi was instantly crushed into nothingness.
Lightning and thunder cracked abruptly in the space beyond the array, and there was a downpour of blood rain that covered over five million kilometers of space.
Hence, the many living planets in the Sky Demon Constellation, far away from the celestial battlefield, suddenly began to shake.
There were earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions… various world-ending calamities erupted at almost the same time.
As blood rain drizzled from the skies, the Sky Demons that lived across the dozens of living planets all looked up toward the horizon… they saw a profound figure materializing, which soon crumbled and disappeared.
On Sky Demon Star, a Grand Luo who had been in seclusion for years suddenly rushed out.
His aura was improving in strength by every passing moment, and he directly ascended beyond Grand Luo to become a Demi-Saint.
And yet, he showed no joy. Fear could be seen all over his face as he stared at the crumbling figure at the horizon, mumbling, “No… that’s impossible… the patriarch would never fall!”
The Sky Demons were too lesser a race!
That was why the Sky Demons’ depth and Fortune Qi only granted the birth of a single Demi-Saint.
Be that as it may, despite the newly ascended Demi-Saint Sky Demon’s reluctance to believe that his patriarch had fallen, there was no faking the cultivation tier that he had just reached and the Dao presence around him.
***
“Eh?”
“This world… is generating some phenomenon?”
Jiang He gasped in surprise, and soon noticed that the aura he laid out was quaking violently… clearly, the fourteen Demi-Saints that he had ensnared in his illusory array had managed to break through.
Still, Jiang He had expected all that.
After all… he only had novice knowledge about arrays.
He had already passed the test since that array he laid out so casually could hold those fourteen Demi-Saints for so long.
However, once they were free from the illusory array, they were promptly restrained by the sealing array, although that was not much for them.
As all fourteen Demi-Saints combined their strength, they broke the sealing array in the space of three breaths with brute force.
“After that, they would reach the guard array, which is tougher and could last ten breaths, whereas the death array would three…”

Jiang He’s expression was somber. “Fourteen Demi-Saints… I have ascended my martial arts and directly reached the pinnacle of the fourteenth-tier after, and my combat ability would not lose out by much against peerless Demi-Saints like the Nether River Patriarch.”
“Even so, Demi-Saints are not to be underestimated!”
“I would have a hard time guarding against them if they work together!”
“Unless… I could fight them from close range!”
Martial arts and immortal arts had their respective advantages.
Cultivators strengthened their own physical body with the energies of the world.
Every move and technique of someone at the level of Demi-Saint could invoke Dao itself.
On the other hand, martial artists strengthened their own bodies.
They would claim the world’s energies and mold it to their own use, relentlessly strengthening their own body like Jiang He had done, in which a chaotic world was instantly materialized in his own body, giving birth to Eternium.
Now, his punches could destroy all techniques.
A martial artist being close to a cultivator was no different from a warrior being close to a mage.
Though it appeared to be a long process, it all occurred in a split second.
In a single breath, Jiang He ascertained his next combat strategy.
He would attack first, and kill them one by one!
Whoosh!
He disappeared in a flash.
By the next second, he had quietly appeared in the sealing array, behind a Demi-Saint God.
Sensing something, that Demi-Saint promptly turned to find a fist that keeps increasing in size.
“No!”
He cried out in panic, but the punch landed on his head even before he could utter another word.
The Demi-Saint God appeared weaker than the others.
If there were six ranks to Demi-Saints, the Nether River Patriarch, the Stoner Patriarch, and the Grand Mage of Xuandu stood at the top.
The Immortal Hermit of the South Pole, the Jie Sect’s Daoist of Many Treasures, and Cloudy Sky Fairy Child would stand at the second rank.
The Sky Demon Emperor could more or less be ranked third.
As for the fourth rank…
They were average Demi-Saints without powerful innate soul treasures and had not create any powerful godly techniques.
This Demi-Saint God, on the other hand, was probably of the fifth rank… he was just a little stronger compared to novice Demi-Saint.
His head exploded from Jiang He’s single punch, and his spirit could not even escape before Jiang He caught and subjugated it.
“Jiang He?”
“It’s that human!”
The other Demi-Saints all attacked once they came to a realization. But even as their mystic treasures and godly techniques rained down on Jiang He, he laughed and braced the first wave of attack, before leaving while coughing blood—the Demi-Saints tried to pursue him, but were still inside the sealing array, and they could not catch up to Jiang He at all before they broke the array.
They stopped in their tracks, each of their expressions immeasurably somber.
After a while, another Demi-Saint God hoarsely said, “Is that really the human named Jiang He?”
“No!”
“Impossible!”
One of the Demi-Saint Demons exclaimed in shock. “My patriarch told me that Jiang He is merely Grand Luo, and yet that person just now withstood our mystic treasures and godly techniques directly. He would not lose out to Senior Brother Heartless—how could he be Jiang He?”
Senior Brother Heartless of the Demon Race was another superior elite who would only lose out against the Grand Mage of Xuandu and the Nether River Patriarch, one who stood at the top among the second rank of Demi-Saints.
At the moment, blood rain was pouring outside.
The many Demi-Saints’ expression changed.
They realized that the Demi-Saint God whom Jiang He had just subjugated had fallen!
***
“I killed another Demi-Saint…”
Right now, Jiang He was showing no joy, and was scowling instead!
“I can only gain such an outcome once… the remaining thirteen Demi-Saints would definitely be prepared now, and ambushes are basically impossible!”
Having been attacked by a large wave of mystic treasures and godly techniques, Jiang He was critically injured.
Nonetheless, faint golden light glowed over his wounds.
Soon, they recovered entirely thanks to Eternium.
At the same time, Jiang He merely thought for an instant before his eyes lit up—
“I got it!”
“If this move succeeds, all those Demi-Saints would die!”
He waved his hand, laying down several sealing arrays.
“My sealing arrays could capture worlds, and keep this area enclosed.”
“As everyone knows, detonation within an enclosed area would generate explosions of the highest magnitude…”
Jiang He waved his hand again and summoned fifty foreign pesudo-Overdeities.
Then, feeling insecure with only fifty, he simply took out every last foreign pesudo-Overdeity from his Farm and said, “Everyone, follow my instructions.”

My father scolds me sharply. I flinch at the anger in his voice and quickly retract my hand, inches from the trunk of the tree. "Sorry father, I couldn't help it. The trees are just so beautiful," I whine turning towards him. His face softens slightly and he scoops me up into his muscled arms. I wrap my small arms around his neck and bury my face into his shoulder. He hugs me tightly and carries me away from the forest. "Why can't we go into the forest?"
