Everything was explainable if that was the case .

He turned to look out into the distance .

In the faraway horizon, Jin Sidao and several other Heavenly Immortals stood in the air, with a trembling Wang Zhenren staying behind them .

He was almost wetting himself!

He had caused such a huge commotion for payback?

It was a little unbearable!

“Throw him here!” Jiang He said, pointing at the unconscious black-robed Divine Envoy Jin Sidao was holding .

Jin Sidao did as he was told and dumped him with a wave of his hand, and Jiang He pulled him with a grabbing motion before striding forward and vanishing .

He appeared in outer space in the next instant .

The Divine Mountain was in the distance, hovering and exuding a force that could match innate soul treasures . Atop it, Zeus was sitting cross legged in his hundred thousand feet form, his body exuding powerful divine might .

Behind him was earth, a pale-blue planet orbiting quietly .

Then, a flash shot out from the capital of the Hua Nation and arrived beside Jiang He with a rushing sound .

Wang Hou!

Communicating with Jiang He with acoustics, he soon understood the full course of events and could not help scowling and whispering, “The gods of the west are returning so flamboyantly only for you to slap them in the face… it would be weird if they didn’t attack you . ”

He then looked up at Zeus and added, “His strength would not lose out to average Demi-Saints’ . However, us combining and the power of the Star Map could easily suppress him . ”

“No need . ”

Jiang He waved him off and chuckled, “I had never used my powers since reaching Grand Luo, and I don’t even know how much my martial arts cultivation adds to my combat ability . It is time to fight without holding back today and test my limit . ”

He took a step forward and continued, “I’ll soon shift the battlefield deeper into outer space . Judge the situation and repel any shockwaves from the battle so that the cosmic bodies here would not be destroyed too much, therein affecting Earth . ”

As he spoke, he held up the black-robed Divine Envoy and growled, “Is this a Divine Spirit serving you, Zeus?”

Zeus lowered his gaze and frowned from above the Divine Mountain .

Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom, spoke then, “Godfather, he is a Lesser God under my command . Before this, we teleported him back to Earth with a technique so he would set things up for us, expanding our influence when we return to Earth . ”

Zeus nodded at those words and spoke flatly in Ancient Greek, “He is indeed a Divine Spirit form our Divine Mountain, eastern cultivator…

Jiang He understood his meaning by studying his brainwaves, and hence cut him short, sneering, “Doggone it . Your people have hurt my people, and so I’m here to reason with you… and yet you send your elites to kill me . It seems that fighting is inevitable today . ”

Splat!

Jiang He crushed the Divine Envoy by clenching his fist .

Whoosh!

Raising his sword, Jiang He sliced toward Zeus from the distance .

Zeus appeared a little confused on the Divine Mountain .

Damn it!

You were the one getting in our way, even killing three of our Overdeities . How the heck did you turn out to be the one speaking reason now?

Bursting out instantly, he repelled Jiang He’s attack with a punch . Mystics of varied elements then swirled and a taboo spell was cast, wildly bombarding Jiang He .

Light flickered over Jiang He’s body and a set of superior-grade acquired soul treasure materialized .

Treasure radiance flashed atop his head, and up to eight mediocre-grade as well as superior-grade acquired soul treasures flew out . They came in different shapes and sizes, all of them for defensive use, such as jade tower, ancient bells, and golden gong .

Jiang He charged all those defensive acquired soul treasures with a single stroke and veins of flashes descended to defend Jiang He stalwartly . There was a messy clanging once Zeus’s blow landed, knocking each soul treasure, and yet Jiang He was not hurt at all .

Zeus almost coughed blood .

How was he supposed to win this?

The gods atop the Divine Mountain felt their eyes widen while to the rear, Wang Hou facepalmed, not willing to look .

And yet, Jiang He thought nothing of it at all .

In gaming, most players would either be free-to-play or whales, and Jiang He believed himself to be a whale at best, having just around a hundred mystic treasures more than the others .

Yuan Killer Sword in hand, he instantly approached Zeus and engaged him in a melee, leaving him utterly frustrated!

Hie combat ability could match average Demi-Saints’ and he was definitely a class above Jiang He .

He was most proficient in Thunder Dao and his grasp toward the rules and mystic of the thunder element had reached new heights… and yet, Jiang He possessed the Innate Thunder Dao Form .

Though his Innate Thunder Dao Form was actually acquired, he would not lose out to a real Innate Thunder Dao Form . This kept him immune from thunder attacks, even converting Zeus’s attacks into his own power .

And with the many defensive acquired soul treasures weakening the blows…

Zeus’s assault did not even scratch Jiang He!

His Yuan Killer Sword, on the other hand, was destroying part of Zeus’s body once it touched him . Most importantly, Jiang He’s attack was laced with a spiritual attack, destroying Zeus’s divine body while maiming his spirit as well .

That was when the Divine Mountain quaked, and a mountainous form crashed toward Jiang He .

However, a light abruptly shot out and shrouded the Divine Mountain, holding it where it was .

Wang Hou’s aura then erupted . Directing the authority of the Star Map, he then sneered, “This is a fight between Jiang He and Zeus . Brothers of the rest, please don’t interfere!”

Zeus’s face dropped even as he fought Jiang He, and he turned, transforming into a thunderbolt to escape . Though he might be fast, but would he win against Jiang He’s teleport?

The two men hence chased each other deep into outer space .

A day later…

Whoosh!

A thunderbolt landed on a withered, uninhabited planet .

Right now, Zeus no longer retained his human form . Blood soaked through his entire body and his aura was completely weakened—he sat, leaning on a rock and feeling out his body with a sunken look . “At least eighty percent of my divine power has been destroyed, with my strength cut by forty percent and my spirit maimed as well… I’ll definitely die if this continues!”

His divine mind extended, but he could not sense Jiang He’s presence at all .

He could not help feeling his heart being strung up…

He was chased endlessly over an entire day, and he was almost falling apart… would that eastern cultivator give up now?

Surely he would not be hiding somewhere, ready to ambush him?

And yet, his face dropped at the next instant—

“Oh no, the Divine Mountain!”

“Someone is assaulting it!”

He promptly got up, turned into a thunderbolt again and returned .

By then, Jiang He had long since returned . Yuan Killer Sword in hand, he was slashing wildly at the Divine Mountain while cursing, “Isn’t that dog such a good runner?”

“One full day…”

“I couldn’t even pause to drink up my own spit!”

“I shouldn’t have fought him alone if I knew, and have Old Wang suppress Zeus with the authority of the Star Map . I could have cut him down in a few strikes instead…”

Screams echoed over the Divine Mountain .

The many Divine Spirits were blowing up, leaving only divinities that floated in the mountain .

Up above, the shielding divine light was beginning to collapse, and a few more sword strikes would completely destroy the divine mountain itself .

That was when a thunderbolt flashed in the distant and Zeus appeared, bellowing, “Stop!”

His thoughts were in a disarray, and he had even planned to make peace with Jiang He .

At worst, he would not to return to Earth and tell that damned eastern cultivator about the providence he grasped…

And yet, ‘stop’ was all he managed to say .

“Minister Wang!”

Jiang He promptly turned, charging at Zeus while roaring with acoustics, “Star Map!”

Getting the idea, Wang Hou charged his Star Map, and every cosmic body promptly erupted in dazzling luster . Like silk threads, the starlight shot toward Zeus, who was left stunned for an instant before trying to dodge and escape his encirclement by turning into a thunderbolt again .

But Jiang He had already reached it .

A sword light cut off his escape just as the Star Map’s authority descended!

Zeus felt as if his body had dropped into the mud of a swampland, the massive energy preventing him from flying normally .

Another sword light struck .

The searing sword light containing thunder and immeasurable power rapidly enlarged in Zeus’s eyes and he screamed, “No, don’t kill me… I know a secret, a great secret…”

Splat!

His voice was cut short and his body crumbled .

Jiang He unleashed over eighty sword strikes at once, completely decimating Zeus’s divine power and destroying his soul . Reaching out and grasping, he collected the Overdeity’s divinity that contained thunder power and exclaimed in surprise, “Huh…”

“Minister Wang, what was he saying just now?”

In the distance, the Divine Mountain was shaking violent and wails could be heard from atop the mountain . With Zeus’s fall, the many living Divine Spirits’ religion completely collapsed!

With that, the God King of the West had fallen .

“No!”

“Godfather…”

“The Godfather is immortal, he wouldn’t die!”

“Kill that eastern cultivator to avenge Godfather!”

Battlecries echoed from atop the Divine Mountain then!
