Luckily, there were small steps cut into the wall of the cliff, and it was still relatively easy for them to climb. Of course, this ‘ease’ was expressed towards Heavenly Jewel Masters; any ordinary human would find it extremely difficult to climb up.

As they continued up the steep cliff, it was almost a thousand metres before the terrain grew gentle once more.
