Tainos's death was the first domino. Moby Dick would be the next.

Kang Oh immediately fought Moby Dick.

At around that time, Irene, who'd been commanding her squad against Kang Oh's guardians, got a chance to catch her breath.

She saw Tainos's corpse and slightly furrowed her brow.

'This isn't good.'

Kang Oh was too strong. It seemed like he was even stronger than Dukeram.

Moreover, his guardians were posing a problem.

They were no ordinary guardians. Kang Oh had reinforced them a ton, so they weren't easy to beat.

'Summoning guardians... How did he do it? If we'd have known about this, then we would've weaponized them too.'

Giant Soldier and Moby Dick had fought the Beast Squad for so long that their weapons/shields were worn out. Breaking them with Sarahoff was a piece of cake. Their armor also suffered the same fate.

The Evil God's silhouette indiscriminately clawed at these defenseless individuals, but Kang Oh's twin demon swords were far fiercer and sharper.

Moreover, getting damaged by Kang Oh would activate the Hell Greatsword's Awful Pain effect. It also seemed as though Rip Apart activated once every three attacks too.

There was a reason Tainos had been defeated so easily. It wasn't because he was weak.

But it was like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound. They couldn't stop Kang Oh.

'He's too strong.' Moby Dick's face darkened. Kang Oh was one crazy bastard; a crazy strong bastard.

Moby Dick, who'd replenished some of his HP, MP, and Stamina, took on Kang Oh once more.

Of course, he didn't think he had a chance. He planned on using his shield skills to hold out.

Moby Dick's hands shook from the force of impact.

Kang Oh was as strong as Tainos. However, his swordsmanship was on par with Dukeram. Plus, getting hit by him meant you were in for a world of pain.

'As expected, I can't beat him.'

They needed at least three captains to beat him. Dukeram would be a match for him too. However, they didn't get any reinforcements.

Moby Dick's shield, as well as the three squads, weren't in good condition. This was the fate of anyone who fought against Kang Oh.

"Let's end this."

Sarahoff struck a single point on Moby Dick's shield.

Bam!

Moby Dick's shield broke apart like a four-leaf clover. Since his shield was all that kept Kang Oh away, his fate was decided.

"Stop him!"

"Captain!"

All the Moby Dick Squad could do was throw themselves at Kang Oh.

However, the Evil God's silhouette ripped them all apart.

Meanwhile, Demon Sword Sarahoff shattered Moby Dick's armor, or more specifically, his breastplate.

His jet-black blade pierced through Moby Dick's chest.

Abyss Predator!

His blade unleashed a deluge of darkness, which swept through Moby Dick and any enemy troops in the vicinity.

"Guaaahk!" Moby Dick writhed in pain. The others did the same.

He truly was the Empire's greatest shield. All of his subordinates had died, but he alone had survived.

That didn't bode well for him though. Lasting this long meant that he had to experience the awful pain for that much longer.

'Just kill me already.'

Moby Dick lost his will to fight and knelt to the ground.

Kang Oh gave him what he wanted.

Swish!

It was a clean swing. It was enough to deplete the rest of Moby Dick's HP.

Moby Dick's severed head rolled onto the ground.

'Now Irene's the only one left.' Kang Oh turned his head.

However, he saw Irene and her troops retreating in perfect order.

He could also see the Elephant Corps rushing in. Their commander, Ould, was at the forefront.

They were originally fighting against Taker's Iron Horse Squad. The knight of knights, Sir Olando, had crossed blades with Taker.

The Elephant Corps had managed to defeat Taker and the Iron Horse Squad. After that, they rushed over to offer Kang Oh assistance.

As soon as she saw the Elephant Corps' elites, Irene and her Glacier Squad retreated from the battlefield.

"Tasha, turn back into a sword! The rest of you, follow me!" Kang Oh placed Demon Sword Blood in his inventory, and flew through the air on Wakaiser's back.

Violf, Redman, Indra, and Teynos followed him.

Teynos was so slow that he got farther and farther away from them.

"Let's follow Mr. Kang Oh. It looks like he's heading for the Eagle Corps," Ould saw Kang Oh fly on Wakaiser's back and said.

"Yes, sir." Olando, who had a fashionable moustache, nodded his head.

"Follow me men!"

Ould and the Elephant Corps' horses galloped across the battlefield.

The Battle of the Nazrak Plains.

They headed for the place where this battle would end.

Kang Oh observed the battlefield from atop Wakaiser.

'There he is.'

There were a ton of sand soldiers, Alliance troops, and Imperial troops there.

Kang Oh also saw Gheor, Han Seol, and Jegal.

They had sent all of their soldiers into battle. Now, there would be no reserve troops or reinforcements available.

There was no fighting in the other areas, which meant that victory and defeat would be decided here.

It seemed like the Iron Horse Squad and the Glacier Squad had joined up with the main force.

There were all sorts of battles going on here.

Two prominent figures, Bart and Eric, were fighting each other!

Meanwhile, Kuskal was battling Dion and Viper.

However, they were all like fireflies before the light of the moon.

The Invincible Gladiator, Burkan versus Emperor Dukeram!

It was a tremendous battle.

However... The battle was going differently than Kang Oh had expected.

They were just ordinary soldiers.

Kang Oh instantly took care of them with Ubist and Sarahoff. His power was overwhelming!

The Empire's strongest and/or their rankers came at him next.

"Kang Oh, I've always wanted to fight you."

It was one of the Empire Guild's high rankers. His name was Fried Seaweed. He wielded two gently curved blades.

"For the Empire."

One of the 1st Corps' Desert Warriors, Artal accompanied him. He was strong enough to win 2nd place in the desert's Golden Fighting Tournament three times.

The two charged at Kang Oh simultaneously. What fools.

A sharp horizontal line rapidly approached them from Demon Sword Ubist.

"Uheok!"

"Keok."

They cried out briefly.

Fried Seaweed and Artal had died instantly.

Those witnessing this felt goosebumps on their skin. The rumors of Kang Oh's monstrous strength weren't exaggerated.

Kang Oh 'smelled' like Valan; the smell of invincibility.

"Get out of my way," Kang Oh said curtly. He didn't want to waste Gluttony on them.

The crowd parted on both sides.

'Please just go!' they all thought.

Tramp, tramp, tramp.

Kang Oh quickly passed through.

The atmosphere was so heavy that they couldn't even breathe. It was the result of Kang Oh's immense pressure.

As he passed, the Evil God's silhouette clawed at them with its four arms.

The soldiers clenched their butts and their legs shook. One bad move and they'd even piss themselves.

At some point...

"Shit!"

Kang Oh kicked off the floor.

Stab!

Dukeram's sword, Max Cain, had pierced through Burkan's body.

"Brother!" Kang Oh instantly closed the distance, and swung Ubist downwards.

Dukeram's lips curled upwards. He seemed almost excited to see him, and swung Max Cain at him.

Their blades clashed, and sparks popped out like firecrackers. At the same time, the two warriors' eyes met.

"Viewers, it's Kang Oh. Kang Oh has appeared!"

What a hit!

Burkan and Dukeram's fight was followed by a battle between Kang Oh and Dukeram!

The excited network correspondents yelled at the top of their lungs.

"It's a fight between rank 1 and 2. This will determine who's actually the strongest!"
