Meanwhile, Kang Oh checked on Red's condition. Fortunately, he was still unconscious. Giving it everything he had and beating Kaik as soon as possible had been worth it.

He could hear the door open. The Poison Scorpion, Scapi, peeked in through the opening.

She had remained on standby outside of the door. When she could no longer hear the sound of fighting, she slightly opened the door.

Kang Oh and Scapi's eyes met. He gestured for her to come inside.

"Did you really beat Red... W-What is that!?" Scapi looked at the shackled Red in disbelief, but was even more shocked once she saw the abyss beast eating the snake.

"Nothing to worry about," Kang Oh said curtly.

"What do you mean 'nothing to worry about'!?"

How could he even say that?

"How do I leave this place? Will a return scroll work?" Kang Oh asked.

"Yeah. Boss, or Red, is in no shape to stop you, so a return scroll should work," Scapi said.

"I see." Kang Oh nodded his head and looked her over.

'She has a huge bounty on her head too.'

Was there any way for him to capture her too? Unfortunately, there wasn't; he had agreed to leave her alone until Red was completely dealt with.

'That's so unfortunate. Unfortunate indeed.' Kang Oh had a bitter taste in his mouth.

"I don't like the way you're looking at me." Scapi stared at him. She was basically saying, 'I know what you're thinking.'.

"Be careful." Kang Oh smiled like a villain. 'I'll catch you someday too.'

"Hmph." Scapi snorted. 'You'll catch me?', she seemed to say. However, her thoughts and actions were completely different.

'I'll never get involved with him ever again!'

When she assumed control of Red Moon, she would cut off all contact with him.

Kang Oh was a monster amongst monsters, and was the one who'd defeated Red; the same Red that was supposedly invincible within the confines of the Shadow World. There was no way that a mere high ranker like her would be able to stand up against him.

"By the way, we were pretty loud. Will Red Moon really just stay put?"

"I sent them all away," Scapi said.

"I see." Kang Oh slightly nodded his head. Then, he received a system message.

[The Abyss Predator, Ubist, has consumed the Abyss Eating Snake, Kaik.]

[Ubist's appetite has been sated. Closeness has increased slightly.]

He could barely recognize Kaik.

'Did it drop anything?' Kang Oh looked around, but he didn't see any glittering items. 'Ubist didn't eat all of them, did it? Aw, c'mon. No way.'

Kang Oh shook his head and tightly gripped Ubist.

Ubist's powerful abyss energy spread everywhere. He'd already seen this sight before. Ubist was getting upgraded.

[Ubist's satiation has reached 100%.]

[The demon sword has become even stronger!]

Once he pulled Ubist out of Kaik's corpse, the snake turned into black smoke. It was as if it never existed in the first place.

Kang Oh grabbed the chain rather than look over Ubist's updated information. He needed to focus on his work first.

His main priority was leaving the Shadow World and taking Red to the Security Bureau before he woke up.

Kang Oh immediately ripped a return scroll. He didn't even bother saying goodbye to Scapi.

He left behind glittering powder on his way out and completely disappeared. Then, Scapi's eyes shined with greed.

"Now then."

It's time to take control of Red Moon!

Once Kang Oh exited Altein's intercity transfer gate, all eyes were on him. They were curious who was dragging the bundle of chains.

However, Kang Oh's armor was well-known to people by now, and his face had also been revealed.

There were obviously people who recognized him.

"Huh? It's Mr. Kang Oh!"

"Predator Kang Oh!"

"Mr. Kang Oh has shown up!"

"Who did he bring with him?"

One player cautiously came up to him. "Mr. Kang Oh, it's an honor to meet you. Who did you bring with you?" they asked.

"Red," Kang Oh replied curtly, and dragged the bundle of chains.

"Red? Who's that?" the questioner tilted their head. Then, a light bulb went off in their head. "Murderer Red!" they yelled.

"Kang Oh caught Red! He caught Red!"

That caused a huge commotion.

News that Kang Oh had caught Red spread far and wide, and people gathered around Kang Oh.

After all, Red was Numbers rank 7! He was known as the Worst Criminal and Murderer! He was more notorious than his Four Heavenly Kings put together!

It was shocking to see Kang Oh dragging Red's body along in chains.

"Waa! Hooray!"

"Hooray!"

Those who'd fallen victim to Red Moon's evil schemes began to cheer, and the people who followed Kang Oh began to grow exponentially.

"Please come in!"

"Welcome!"

The Security Bureau workers greeted him outside. It seems like they'd heard the news.

"Please come inside quickly."

One worker led Kang Oh inside, while the other yelled, "My apologies, but no one can enter the Security Bureau. Please understand!"

"Oh, c'mon."

"Yeah, we want to see Red's face!"

They voiced their complaints, but the worker stood his ground.

"No!"

Meanwhile, Kang Oh deactivated his skill, and Red opened his eyes, which were even darker than blood.

"Kang Oh!" Red looked like he'd kill him. His eyes were the very definition of 'murderous'.

"I-Is this Red?" The worker looked shocked. It seemed like they were surprised by Red's snake face.

"That's right."

"Please give me a moment. I'll go and check."

"Go ahead."

The worker came over with a magic mirror. They shined the mirror onto Red, and the name 'Red' was clearly reflected in the mirror.

"It is Red!" the worker yelled.

"What are you doing? Put some cuffs on him and throw him in jail!"

"Yes, sir."

The workers busily moved around. In the meantime, Red's eyes were glued to Kang Oh's face.

"Do you have any last words?" Kang Oh asked.

"This won't be the last time you see me," Red said coldly.

Kang Oh grinned. "You know, everyone I put in jail so far has said that to me."

"..."

"You'll be put in there for life, so why don't you just delete your character and start fresh? Live an upstanding life next time!" Kang Oh tapped his shoulder.

"Kuhaa!" Red opened his mouth and tried to bite him.

Then, a worker came over, grabbed Red, and started beating him with his baton.

"Stop it, you!"

"Hold it right there, you trash!"

Whack! Whack!

"Kang Oh, Kang Oh, Kang Oh!" Red chanted.

"Shut up, you bastard!" The worker put a giant gag in his mouth.

"Euuuup!"

He couldn't understand what Red was saying. However, his murderous eyes said it all.

'Kang Oh, I'll destroy everything that you hold dear! Just you wait!'

"Yeah, have a nice time." Kang Oh waved his hand indifferently.

You usually don't need to be afraid of anyone who says something like 'This isn't the last you'll see of me!'. He probably didn't need to fear Red either.

"We finally have the Worst Criminal. This is all due to your efforts, Mr. Kang Oh." The worker grabbed his hand and expressed their heartfelt thanks.

Murderer Red.

He had massacred six cities, and had set fire to ten villages. He repeatedly killed innocent NPCs and players too. Moreover, he was the one who created the criminal organization, Red Moon. He was like the source of all evil.

"May I receive my reward now?"

"Of course. I'll prepare it immediately."

The worker quickly brought out a gold scroll. It was a gold scroll worth 100,000 gold.

"Here you go."

"Thank you." Kang Oh grinned. 'Oh, yeah!'

There was another cause for celebration soon after.

[The Worst Criminal, Red, has been locked up. He has received a life sentence.]

[As per the Sabra's Contract, you have received a gold scroll worth 100,000 gold from Scapi.]

Kang Oh checked his inventory. The glittering gold scroll was definitely in there.

"Uhaahk!" Kang Oh raised his fists into the air.

'I made a ton of money!'

'I probably would've died.'

Darion recalled that dizzying moment.

He and Burkan had been fighting for their lives against the Evil God Worshippers. There were too many demons surrounding them, and the Evil God's Disciples were strong too.

However, Darion had gritted his teeth. He would survive until reinforcements arrived!

Unfortunately, no matter how long he waited, reinforcements wouldn't come.

'I have to at least save Master!' Darion thought, watching Burkan fight the two disciples.

Plus, his symptoms were getting worse; the poison was sapping all of his energy.

Ultimately, Darion lost his focus, and the Evil God Worshippers' wicked spells slipped through his guard, causing him to fall to the ground.

The impatient demons rushed at him.

'This is the end!' Darion closed his eyes, but death didn't come for him just yet.

"Open your eyes, Darion!"

Although he was battling two disciples, Burkan found the time to launch an aura, annihilating the demons coming Darion's way. In exchange, Burkan left himself open, allowing Lubatchi to land a punch.

Whack!

Burkan's body flew into the air and then rolled onto the floor. Lubatchi was known for his overwhelming physical strength, so even Burkan wouldn't remain unscathed.

"Hehe, it's over." Cannibal Garup charged at Burkan.

"No!" Darion tackled Garup with everything he had left.

Unfortunately, it had little effect. Garup looked at him as if he were joking, and then threw Darion over to a horde of demons.

'This really is the end of the line for me!'

Darion anticipated his death for real this time. However, someone rushed in and caught Darion.

"Are you alright?" It was a familiar voice.

"Mr. Dion!"

He never thought he'd be so happy to see his face.

"Uhaaa!"

"Save Lord Burkan!"

"Kill them all!"

The 100 Fighters rushed into battle. That was the last thing Darion saw before he lost consciousness. And now... Burkan and Darion were able to escape the Evil God Worshippers' base with the help of Dion and the 100 Fighters.

They truly were lucky. It was as if Rakan himself had been watching over them. As said, if the 100 Fighters had even been a minute later, then Darion would've died.

"Contact Lord Mahakan and Master Valan. Tell them that we've found their main base, so we have to strike immediately," Burkan said.

They'd found their base, so it was only a matter of time before the Evil God Worshippers fled. They needed to attack before then.

"Understood." Dion nodded his head.

The churches' elites gathered in one place. The supreme commander was the High Priest of Blood and Iron, Mahakan.

"We're going to annihilate the Evil God Worshippers!" Mahakan yelled.

"Uoooh!" the churches' forces yelled, raising their morale.

The churches' elite troops headed for the Daltrak Region. However, Nazaran was nowhere to be seen. He was bedridden with a sudden illness.

Nazaran suddenly opened his eyes. However, his eyes were different from usual. They glowed with a dreary, wicked light!

"I finally succeeded." The Evil God's High Priest, Amak, smiled wickedly. "Hehe!"
