This blade of light was very strong, even containing a soul attack and pure killing intent. This was the reason why Lonesoul was unable to regenerate his arm after it was severed.

The broad Longevity Wings promptly retracted, but the power of laws began emerging, stream after stream of them. Due to that, Chen Feng’s speed rose by a notch. Next, however, he felt his back becoming lighter and it felt as though his whole body had been ripped into two. Only then did he realize that the blade of light had cut off one of his wings. It had even cut off the laws within it.

He was terribly shocked. Even so, he did not falter. Power surged and the Longevity Wings returned to its original state. It then flapped furiously to send countless wind blades at the Space-time Slaughterer.

“Go all out! No matter what, we must kill off this big fellow!” Gold Immortal Heavenshine’s sword transformed into a 10,000-zhang-long astral sword and the power within him gushed out madly. After cutting the Slaughterers before him to pieces, the astral sword then transformed into a wyrm, which lunged forward to bite down on the Space-time Slaughterer’s head.

“Divine Lightning Arms of Seven Flashes!” The Limitless Disc in Gold Immortal No Worries’ hand flashed again and again, releasing seven bolts of lightning. All seven were different from one another, even in colour. They then fused as one to transform into a new lightning bolt. Flashing again, it then struck the Space-time Slaughterer’s body, tearing away its thick aura. Lonesoul pounced on the opening, the sword in his hand stabbing into the Space-time Slaughterer’s body. Sword energy blew up again and again and the colossal Space-time Slaughterer finally moved.

The instant it moved, the teleportation passageway on its back disappeared and the number of Slaughterers stopped rising. It was as Chen Feng and the others had surmised. However, this also meant that they were now in danger. Even when the Space-time Slaughterer could not move, it could already display such power. And now that it no longer needed to maintain the teleportation passageway, it would be able to unleash all its power.

For that reason, the very moment the Space-time Slaughterer began moving, Chen Feng sensed great danger. He had sensed this feeling of danger before. It was back in the East Extreme Immortal Palace, when he was being pursued by the great hand.

But after hearing the voice of the Space-time Slaughterer, a thought that could not be contained emerged from his mind. Even if the four of them were to join forces, they would still be no match for this Space-time Slaughterer.

“Friend Longevity Celestial, the situation doesn’t look too good,” Gold Immortal Heavenshine was the first to say.

“Naturally. This is a big opponent.” Chen Feng nodded, the Longevity Wings flapping slowly. The power of laws within his body stirred. The Space-time Slaughterer aside, even the countless Slaughterers around them would not allow them to leave. The thousand plus half-step Gold Immortal stage Slaughterers will not be easy to deal with.

“We won’t be able to leave. This fellow has already targeted us,” Lonesoul said, bringing out a talisman. After the talisman burned away, his severed arm recovered and even the state of his body returned to its prime.

“If we go all out, we might still a chance to survive,” Lonesoul said, taking the lead to attack this time.

Chen Feng was the second to attack. Before attacking, he had already utilized the Divine Eyes of Heavenly Insight to investigate the Space-time Slaughterer’s state. The result was better than expected. He was able to see some of the changes happening to the power within the Space-time Slaughterer’s body. He shared the same opinion as Lonesoul. This was not a suitable time to be running away. And so, wielding the stone lance, he charged forward. Back then, Lonesoul’s sword had managed to stab into the Space-time Slaughterer’s body, disrupting its actions of teleporting more Slaughterers over. This proved that they had a chance.

Gold Immortal Heavenshine and Gold Immortal No Worries exchanged glances. However, before they could rush forward, two attacks arrived before them. The half-step Gold Immortal stage Slaughterers were actually joining up to attack as well.

Not good!

The same thought flashed across the minds of all four. They had made a mistake. They failed to consider the possibility that the other Slaughterers would join a fight between Gold Immortals.

With this, their already diminutive chance to win disappeared.

But they still did not have an opening to run away. Chen Feng clenched his teeth and his heart pumped vigorously. The stone lance in his hand then created a series of overlapping after-images as it flew forward. Even though the attack was fired out after Lonesoul charged forward, it managed to overtake him. A whip lashed towards Chen Feng, sharp and ferocious-looking spikes covering the surface of the whip. Every one of the spikes was releasing a mysterious repulsive force. The Longevity Wings flapped furiously and Chen Feng felt his whole body becoming lighter. At the same time, a formidable power flowed out from his body and he grasped the stone lance, swinging it to collide against the whip.

A formidable yet resilient power coursed into Chen Feng’s body, but he spun and fired out yet another attack. Although there was a feeling of pressure, it was not impossible to defend against.

But a second whip then appeared. This whip was different from the first one. Its surface was smooth, but it was also faster. Speeding through space, it arrived before Chen Feng in a flash, where it then straightened itself. Surprisingly, it wanted to pierce right through him.

As Chen Feng was facing the two whips, Lonesoul was facing three different types of whips. Compared to Chen Feng, his situation was even more dangerous.

One of the whips struck Lonesoul’s body and he grunted. Despite being a Gold Immortal, his flesh was ripped out and cracks appeared on his soul.

Although the whip failed to pierce Chen Feng’s body with the attack, it did send him flying. At the same time, Lonesoul was wounded once more.

In the face of this colossal Space-time Slaughterer, both Chen Feng and Lonesoul were in a complete disadvantage. As for Gold Immortal No Worries and Gold Immortal Heavenshine, they were besieged by the other Slaughterers. They were simply incapable of helping out.

A sword array. However, it can only last for a brief moment. Chen Feng’s eyes lit up only to turn dim. It would appear that Lonesoul had no other choice but to turn to defence to buy time.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Several whips kept on striking the thick barrier of swords. Every strike would cause the barrier to shake and Chen Feng could tell that the barrier’s power was gradually weakening.

Chen Feng, though, was incapable of helping Lonesoul. Two beams of light were shooting towards him, one from the left and one from the right. Additionally, there were also several whips sealing up all other pathways.
