《Everlasting》Chapter 1175 Killing Again and Again

As expected, the attacks that they were firing towards Chen Feng abruptly disappeared as the two of them swiftly lunged towards the Six Daos XXX. By obtaining just one mid-grade Divine artifact, their power and status will rise greatly.
“Chen Feng, the Six Daos XXX is our sect’s sect guardian treasure. It must not be lost.” Dao Monarch Heavensdao swiftly sent Chen Feng a secret vocal transmission.
“If you want to snatch something from me, you will need to at least be a Gold Immortal.” Chen Feng’s figure flashed and he re-appeared before one of the two cultivators. Next, a piece of withered bone appeared in his hand before stabbing towards the cultivator.
Competing for the Six Daos XXX had exhausted a portion of the two cultivators’ power. Thus, when Chen Feng appeared before him, it was already too late for this half-step Gold Immortal to spur his power to defend himself. Moreover, the withered bone in Chen Feng’s hand was also a mid-grade Divine artifact.
And so, the withered bone punched a hole through the half-step Gold Immortal’s body. What happened next was most terrifying to behold. Immediately, a concentrated stream of life force was pulled out from the wound and the flesh there melted while his soul power withered. This was the Divine artifact’s ability.
Before the half-step Gold Immortal could even scream, the withered bone had left two more bloody holes on his body.
On the other side, the Six Daos XXX kept spinning. The circle of light it fired out had enveloped the other half-step Gold Immortal. He became like a mosquito trapped in a spiderweb. The more he struggled, the tighter it became. Finally, the circle of light sliced him into pieces.
Chen Feng had killed off several half-step Gold Immortals in quick succession right after appearing. This display of ferocity stunned the entire battlefield. And then there were the variant wyrm’s group of four butchering the Heavenly Immortals. Due to all of that, the Starsource Order’s side fell into a state of chaos. That was particularly true of their half-step Gold Immortals who could not even muster the courage to go fight Chen Feng.
Bang!
The variant wyrm put on a display of might. Unleashing his strongest killer move, he killed off the half-step Gold Immortal that he was eyeing right from the start in one fell swoop.
Boom!
Suddenly, the passageway connected to the Celestial Longevity Plane that Chen Feng opened up closed. That said, it had lasted longer compared to the time when Tun Ri’s group opened it. Additionally, thanks to Chen Feng’s special status, the Celestial Longevity Plane had poured in even more of its essence power over and the cultivators there were able to swiftly recover from their wounds. Even those who were dying was saved from death’s door. Those few breaths’ worth of time had produced a highly astounding result.
As expected, someone intervened in the end. When I return, I will be sure to settle this score. Chen Feng kept the Six Daos XXX and withered bone. Earlier, Chen Feng had displayed formidable power, seemingly killing his opponents with ease. In truth, however, he had to go all out for it. He did not have enough strength to continue using these two Divine artifacts. Next up, he replaced them with another Divine artifact, the Soul Demise Bow.

The longbow’s bowstring was pulled again and again and every beam of light it fired out meant the death of an enemy cultivator. Using this Divine artifact, Chen Feng killed off 13 Heavenly Immortals in a row. Just as Chen Feng was about to kill off the 14th one, a dazzling light shot towards Chen Feng’s head.
A half-step Gold Immortal from Immortal Sword Sect finally utilized his flying sword technique against Chen Feng. At the same time, Chen Feng also sensed a formidable killing intent lurking in the dark.
Using an assassination technique in front of me? Chen Feng revealed a scornful smile and the Longevity Wings on his back flapped. A mighty hurricane was formed and it blocked the flying sword coming after him. Next, space shook as Chen Feng disappeared from sight.
Following that, a black line flashed through space. In but half a breath’s worth of time, Chen Feng had re-appeared. Only, there was someone else with him, a dead cultivator in black.
It was the assassin from the Immortal Slaying Pavilion.
As someone who had also cultivated the Dark Scripture, the assassination technique that Chen Feng utilized earlier was one of the strongest secret techniques in the scripture, the Void Slash of the Dark Night. Only, due to the differences in constitution, Chen Feng was not as proficient in it as the Dark Kirin.
A total of five half-step Gold Immortals had died to Chen Feng. Due to that, all the cultivators in the battlefield were filled with shock. As for those on the Celestial Longevity Plane’s side, they were all brimming with excitement.
Witnessing Chen Feng kill his opponents as one would cut vegetables, Qing Shan and the others – despite having known that Chen Feng was strong – felt themselves at a loss.
How did he become so powerful? The thought went through Dao Monarch Heavensdao’s group. However, they quickly came to an understanding. Chen Feng must have obtained Divine Monarch Six Daos legacy. Strangely though, why wasn’t he displaying the secret techniques from the Primordial Scripture of the Six Daos.
“The Young Master is mighty!” The cultivators from the Celestial Longevity Plane shouted simultaneously, strengthening the atmosphere of power around Chen Feng.
The cultivators from the Starsource Order, Immortal Sword Sect and Immortal Slaying Pavilion, having fallen into a state of chaos, began retreating. The momentum on Chen Feng’s side was too strong and no more half-step Gold Immortals dared to go forward to challenge him. They dared not even join forces to fight him.
With the enemy retreat, the crisis was lifted. But Chen Feng’s eyes, which surveyed the battlefield, revealed only killing intent. It was not that he did not want to kill off all the enemy cultivators, but he was lacking in strength. That said, now that the war had begun, his side will surely be the one to emerge victorious.
Of course, taking care of present matters took precedence.
“Greetings, Young Master!” Although the cultivators from the Celestial Longevity Plane were badly wounded, they had still saluted Chen Feng in an orderly manner, excitement evident in their mannerism.
“Fellows, it’s been tough on you all. Heal up your wounds first. That which was inflicted upon you all, I will be sure to have the other party repay us, ten times over!” Chen Feng said.

After that, Chen Feng turned towards the cultivators from the Six Daos Sword Faction.
“I was the one who dragged you fellows into this.” Chen Feng felt somewhat apologetic.
“Ha ha ha! The Starsource Order and the others have been targeting us for a long time now, This disaster was just a matter of time. Rather, if you fellows hadn’t appeared, we might not have been able to endure this long,” Dao Monarch Heavensdao said with a smile. The sect was not destroyed in the end. This was already the best-possible result.
“However, you are now the Faction Premier of our Six Daos Sword Faction. Thus, you will need to deal with the follow-up matters,” Dao Monarch Heavensdao continued.
“Faction Premier?” Chen Feng was taken aback. He quickly recalled Dao Monarch Hell mentioning that before.
“You fellows are serious?” Chen Feng turned to look at the other half-step Gold Immortals.
“If this was in the past, we would have to seriously consider this. But things are different now. Without a formidable backer, it will not take long before our Six Daos Sword Faction face destruction. Besides, you have obtained Divine Monarch Six Daos’ legacy. According to the agreement, you are now our Faction Premier,” Dao Monarch Heavensdao said.
“Greetings to the Faction Premier!”
Following that, all the disciples of the Six Daos Sword Faction stepped forward to greet Chen Feng. Some of Chen Feng’s old acquaintances felt their hearts stirring greatly. Back when Chen Feng first joined the Six Daos Sword Faction, he was only an outer disciple. Unexpectedly, he would one day become their Faction Premier. His position was above that of Dao Monarch Heavensdao and the others, the true master of the Six Daos Sword Faction. That said, thinking back to his grand display of might in killing off the half-step Gold Immortals earlier and his background, no one opposed this. Naturally, they were also aware that any opposition from them would be useless.
“Brother Chen, it looks like you will have a busy time next. We’ll have to say goodbye here.” Qing Shan and Duan Shuiliu approached Chen Feng. In the earlier battle, the number of cultivators that the two of them killed had exceeded 300. They had completed Chen Feng’s request.
“Let’s meet again in the future. I won’t be escorting you fellows,” Chen Feng said with a smile, not forcing them to stay.
Qing Shan and Duan Shuiliu had long since wanted to get away from Chen Feng. Seeing Chen Feng agree to it, they did not hesitate to quickly book it.
“Young Master!”
The variant wyrm and space-time extra-terrestrial creature arrived. By then, the Heaven Hoaxing Technique that Chen Feng embedded into their bodies had stopped working and turbulent auras spread out from their bodies. Chen Feng knew, their Heavenly Tribulations were about to descend.
“Go find a remote place to undergo your tribulations and come meet me after you succeed.” Chen Feng showed no hesitations in instructing his two followers. With enough strength, this relationship – of a superior and his subordinates – will always exist.
“Young Master!” Tun Ri and the others stepped forward, excitement on their faces.
“Tidy up the battlefield and treat the wounded first. Your injuries are quite severe. Rest up. We can chat again later,” Chen Feng said.
Chen Feng then turned to regard the Primordial Mountain Range, which looked like an apocalyptic landscape. He knew that things were going to get hectic soon.
Tun Ri did not immediately leave. Instead, he said, “Young Master, Senior Dark Night might be in trouble.”
The news startled Chen Feng, who then recalled that he did not see the Dark Kirin on the battlefield.
“I understand.” Chen Feng nodded and secretly stirred his Dark acupoint to utilize a secret technique from the Dark Scripture. It did not take long before he found the Dark Kirin’s aura.
Let’s go check it out. Fearing that something might have happened to the Dark Kirin, Chen Feng did not stay idle. Instead, he left the Six Daos Sword Faction, swiftly making his way through space.
Soon enough, Chen Feng managed to establish a connection with the Dark Kirin.
“Chen Feng, you’re back?” the Dark Kirin asked. Hearing that, Chen Feng grew relaxed.
“Yes, how are you doing?”
“I am fine. Only, I am currently trapped. You be careful. The other party must have set up other traps. Also, they are cultivators from the Celestial Longevity Plane.”
“Don’t worry. I will be arriving soon.” The Longevity Wings flapped and Chen Feng’s speed rose, allowing him to quickly locate a dimension within the void. The Dark Kirin was trapped inside the dimension.
Chen Feng’s divine sense emerged and he kept scanning around with his gaze. In the end, he brought out the Undying Heaven Sword. With a slash, he cut open a crack on the dimension’s barrier before rushing in with a flash.
It truly is the work of a member of the Longevity Clan. However, there is a trace of the Celestial Malla Plane as well. Not long after Chen Feng entered the dimension, Chen Feng came under attack. Twelve cultivators in identical suits of armour, assuming a domineering formation, attacked Chen Feng. When he saw them, Chen Feng instantly broke into a smile. The light in his eyes, on the other hand, turned even colder.
Just as his opponents were about to arrive, Chen Feng charged, a sword in hand. Next, the sword stabbed into the centre of the formation from a peculiar angle.
The spot that Chen Feng attacked was very special and the united team of cultivators was instantly dispersed. Although no one was killed, their formation was broken, resulting in streams of chaotic power flowing about. Following that, the twelve cultivators found that they required a much longer time to get into formation again.
Who is this person? He was able to pinpoint the weak point of our formation so quickly! Is he also from the Celestial Longevity Plane? The thought emerged from the minds of all present.

Forged in Fear and Fury - An Apocalyptic LitRPG
In an attempt to prevent Earths ensuing demise, it is ripped from the void by an entity known as The Totality. It is then fused with a Lost Dungeon World to increase its inhabitants chances of survival in a new, system-enhanced universe. Cade Vale barely avoids death in the first second. Will he be able to overcome the rigors of this new world and survive? Will he be able to carve a new life out of the aether for himself and those whom he loves most? ...Will he be able to avoid becoming everything he hates in order to do so? Artwork by Kayla Basciano - Instagram: vulpix1323 Inspired primarily by the systems in The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound, The Genesis System, and The New World as well as by Savage Divinity, Azarinth Healer, and Shovels in Spades in general. I haven't been able to get these worlds out of my head and I've been waiting for something to fill the void left by the hiatus of Genesis, but so far nothing has scratched that itch as much as ProfoundMagician was able to with the world he created. I figure if I'm going to be thinking about this stuff as much as I do I might as well get better at writing while playing with a number of those ideas that I love. I have a number of specifics and events I want to show in the story, but a lot of the fun is coming up with ways to branch those together cohesively. This is an attempt to alleviate my depression by channeling my creativity into a hobby. Hopefully it's as enjoyable to read as it is to write.

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
