This move from Dao Monarch Asura instantly shocked Ta Luotian and the others, giving him an atmosphere of greatness. Tun Ri’s group, on the other hand, felt their will to fight churning.

“Self-renewing Soil. I didn’t think that a minor sect like the Six Daos Sword Faction could possess something like this. A pity, there’s too little of it.” Ta Luotian finally recollected himself. The earlier scene had only managed to shock him, not leave him in panic.

The hearts of Dao Monarch Asura and the others lurched as a foreboding feeling immediately beset them.

When cultivators stepped out from the warship, the faces of Dao Monarch Asura and the others turned dark. A total of six half-step Gold Immortals had descended upon this small valley. Add Ta Luotian and the Night Peddler into the equation, the other party had a total of eight half-step Gold Immortals. Additionally, 30 high-level Heavenly Immortals also emerged from the warship.

“Are you trying to scare us with this bluff?” Dao Monarch Secularism scoffed.

“You will know soon enough if it is a bluff or not. By the way, all of you will die today. So, whether or not the Six Daos Sword Faction is destroyed is no longer your concern.” After saying that, Ta Luotian attacked. Working together with the Night Peddler, they began massacring the Heavenly Immortals.

“Even if we die, we’ll drag you down with us!” Dao Monarch Asura and Dao Monarch Hell unleashed mutually-destructive moves. Although they were able to stop their enemies, they ended up taking severe injuries.

“As long as you tell me where Chen Feng is, I can let you fellows go right now. If you take too long, I fear that your Six Daos Sword Faction will truly face obliteration,” Ta Luotian said after killing off two more Heavenly Immortals.

“Dream on! If you have what it takes, come on and fight us! What kind of ability are you trying to display by killing off juniors?!” Dao Monarch Secularism flashed forward, moving away from his opponent to charge Ta Luotian.

The power of asura and carnage was astounding. However, in terms of combat power, Dao Monarch Asura was actually not as strong as Dao Monarch Secularism. And yet, Dao Monarch Secularism was still incapable of matching the combined might of Ta Luotian and the Night Peddler. After a brief battle, he was forced to retreat.

In the face of the heavy casualties on their side, Tun Ri’s group accepted that they would die here. Thus, they simply fought on without a care about what would happen in the end, wanting only to inflict as much damage on the enemy side before they died. Dao Monarch Secularism’s group, on the other hand, was different. They had to consider the circumstances of the Six Daos Sword Faction. And so, they became distracted and their combat power fell.

A brilliant light suddenly spread out high in the sky to form a dome-shaped curtain of light, encasing all the cultivators within.

“Aurora Barrier,” Tun Ri said.

“Looks like we really won’t be getting out this time.”

“That’s fine. Dying like this is not bad. A pity. I wonder how the Young Master is doing?”

“Fellows, since we cannot escape, let’s bring out everything we have!” Dao Monarch Secularism said and a golden stream of light – like a fountain – surged out from his body. First, it formed a golden suit of armour over him. Next, his aura kept climbing until it was infinitely close to that of the Gold Immortal stage before stopping. The terrifying aura he exuded made him seem more mysterious and formidable. The sword in his hand swung and the resulting sword light was nearly 30% stronger than before. As a result, ten high-level Heavenly Immortals were killed off.

The Six Daos Sword Faction was under attack by an army and its immortal mansions and grottoes had been terribly damaged.
