In Chen Feng’s opinion, some of the 100,000 cultivators that Liu Wuxiang brought over would be able to quickly advance to the Ascendant Immortal stage. Liu Wuxiang, An Hun and the rest were one such example. There was only half a step left between their present state and the Ascendant Immortal stage.

Pillars of light of varying colours rose up from the seemingly endless Eternal World. A sea transformed into mulberry fields, mountains collapsed, the earth split open. It seemed as though Eternal World was undergoing a massive change. The sky-vaulting pillars of light lasted for one joss stick’s worth of time before disappearing. But even then, Eternal World continued shaking.

“The time of fortune has come.” Chen Feng’s eyes shone brightly. The positions of all the pillars of light earlier were firmly fixed within his mind.

A great commotion was happening within Eternal World. Various immortal palaces emerged and legacies materialized. Treasures, weapons and artifacts belonging to geniuses kept appearing. This was the reason why the cultivators from other worlds had chosen to come to Eternal World.

“What a ferocious momentum!” Chen Feng had assumed that this large-scale incident would pop up one at a time in a gradual manner. Unexpectedly, tens of pillars of light would erupt at the same time. Every single one of the pillars of light represented a place of fortune.

Furthermore, the mountains and rivers kept transforming as more grotto-mansions and immortal serendipities emerged at a constant rate.

Chen Feng peered into the distance. With his eye power, he could see several additional islands appearing on the ocean surface. Some played host to various vegetation, some had ancient buildings and some were completely bare.

The one closest to East Dragon Island was only half a million kilometres away. Without even waiting for the orders from the higher-ups, many of the cultivators from the East Dragon Island Alliance had already – incapable of stopping themselves – rushed forward.

“As expected, just a congregation of loose sands.” Chen Feng shook his head.

Several Ascendant Immortals appeared before Chen Feng to respectfully salute him.

“Go follow them. Do not intervene first. Observe the situation before doing anything,” Chen Feng instructed them.

In Chen Feng’s opinion, although many places of fortune had appeared on Eternal World, the number of treasures that were truly at a high level was likely small.

There were differences between the sky-vaulting pillars of light earlier. Some were strong while some were weak. Take those islands that were close to East Dragon Island for example. Due to how weak the pillars of light there were, Chen Feng had no interest in exploring those places at all.

The transformation to Eternal World caused the world of cultivation to fall into a state of chaos. The two sides that were at war immediately stopped fighting. Instead, they rushed to snatch the treasures.

The large-scale war had ended, replaced by small-scale battles. Moreover, the number of fights there was even higher, leading to a greater number of casualties.

Nearly half of the hundreds of millions of cultivators from the East Dragon Island Alliance had left. Those who remained were either those with relatively weak cultivation bases or those with a steadier mindset. They believed that cultivating in East Dragon Island was the best choice for them. Upon arriving, Chen Feng inspected the place for a moment and found that only some Earthen Immortals could enter.

Looking at the hundreds of thousands of cultivators there, Chen Feng shook his head. Even Human Immortals were incapable of entering. Those Sky Human stage cultivators would only be able to watch the show. Additionally, this show was not that safe to watch. One careless mistake would result in death.

Chen Feng had no intentions of revealing himself. He instead utilized a secret technique to cloak himself. Next, he utilized his eye technique to quickly make his way through the restrictions. Restrictions of this level was not that effective against him. Thus, he was able to quickly enter. The moment he appeared, he had to face the attacks from two Earthen Immortals.

Chen Feng did not block the attacks. Neither did he retaliate. Instead, his figure flashed to disappear from sight.

“An expert!”

“This is bad!”

The two Earthen Immortals exchanged glances, both feeling shocked and grateful.

After arriving, there was no need for Tower to guide him anymore. Chen Feng was able to quickly lock down the aura of the Immortal artifact there. He bypassed layer after layer of restrictions to finally appear before the Immortal artifact.

“Low-grade Immortal artifact!” Chen Feng shook his head, feeling somewhat disappointed.

The item before him was a sword. It hovered in mid-air, emanating a faint-golden light and an aura that contained both killing intent and sword intent.

Decades ago, Chen Feng would have become excited upon seeing this Immortal artifact. He would think how he should go about obtaining it. The present Chen Feng, on the other hand, already possessed a Divine artifact and Immortal artifacts. There was also a batch of Dao artifacts just waiting to level up to the Immortal tier. Due to that, the allure of this low-grade Immortal artifact was no longer that great to Chen Feng. That said, even if he would not be using it, he could still give it to his subordinates. Either that or present it to his friends. Besides, he could also break apart the Immortal artifact and let the Longevity Tower devour it. That could increase its power slightly.

“Tower, if you need it, just go ahead and devour it.”

“Forget it. Items at this level are not worth my attention,” Tower replied lazily.

“Hand over the item!”

Just as Chen Feng was about to leave, several Earthen Immortals broke their way in. One of them immediately attacked Chen Feng.

Chen Feng casually raised a hand to shatter the sword beam shooting towards him. With a grasping motion, be brought forth a dimension. Following that, a massive combat puppet strode out from the dimension.

“The combat power of a high-level Earthen Immortal. Fellows, be careful.” After saying that, Chen Feng’s figure disappeared in a flash.

“That fellow looks familiar.”

“That’s the Island Lord of East Dragon Island! Why did we end up bumping into him? How unlucky!”

“The item here has been taken away. We should go check out some other places.”

“We should deal with our present issue first!”

Back then, Chen Feng had sealed up this combat puppet. After it was released, the combat puppet sensed that the Immortal artifact that it was supposed to guard had disappeared. Thus, it directed its fury at the cultivators there.

“Guys, join forces! Let’s defeat this combat puppet first!”

After bypassing the restrictive barriers there, Chen Feng saw several Earthen Immortals joining forces to fight an Ascendant Immortal. Not too far away were a few jade pillars. Sealed within the jade pillars were magic treasures, medicinal pills, scriptures and some other items. As Chen Feng was trying to get a better view of the items there, the two sides attacked Chen Feng at the same time.

One Ascendant Immortal and eight Earthen Immortals. Back then, they had entered this place at roughly the same time. Thankfully, the eight Earthen Immortals were on the same side. Due to that, they were able to cooperate well and fight the Ascendant Immortal. However, Chen Feng’s appearance changed everything. Thus, without even discussing it beforehand, both parties came to the unanimous decision to finish off this newcomer first.
