Chen Feng felt his divine sense becoming constrained and he was simply incapable of sending it forward. With a thought, however, he was able to immediately enter the Longevity Tower.

“Senior, what is the meaning of this?” Chen Feng asked.

“Do you still not understand? Hand over the Longevity Tower. If you obediently hand it over, you will still have a chance to reincarnate.”

“And if I don’t?”

“If you don’t, your soul will be obliterated. Even a Gold Immortal would be incapable of bringing you back to life.”

“I’ve heard that senior and Bi Qing and friends through life and death.”

“Yes, but that has nothing to do with you, kid. Enough, I have lost my patience. Hand over the Longevity Tower and I can help you resolve Eternal World’s problem,” Xian Yun said, his hand stretching out. Even though Chen Feng was inside the Longevity Tower, he felt a formidable power encaging him.

“As expected of a Heavenly Immortal.” Chen Feng’s figure shook slightly and he recovered the ability to move.

“If that’s how it is, I’ll bid senior goodbye.” After saying that, Chen Feng mobilized the Longevity Tower to leave.

“You want to leave? Do you think you’re a True Immortal? Come back!” Xian Yun grasped with his hand, causing the Longevity Tower to spin. However, it continued to – slowly – fly away. After making several spatial jumps, it made its way through a distance of over five million kilometres.

“You think you can escape like this? Not so fast!” Xian Yun then stepped forward to pursue the Longevity Tower, catching up to it in just a flash. With another grasping motion, he grabbed hold of the Longevity Tower. The Longevity Tower responded by releasing strands of faint-yellow light. The strands of light intertwined one another to instantly encase Xian Yun.

“Fine, I will go in and have a look.” Thus, Xian Yun allowed the suction force to bring him into the Longevity Tower. He had his own plans for this. Since finding out that the Longevity Tower was a Divine artifact, countless plans had been forming within his mind. In his opinion, the most suitable one was for him to enter the Longevity Tower, making it easier to refine and control the Longevity Tower.

It'd be a lie to say that this was not a risky move and that he was not concerned. Only, due to the allure of a Divine artifact, Xian Yun decided to risk it. Besides, this was just a clone. He need not fear death. Even if this clone were to be destroyed, he would only lose some energy.

“Let’s not talk about that. Xian Yun, are you really thinking of taking action against Chen Feng?” Bi Qing took a step forward, a hint of condemnation in his tone.

“Senior, be careful! He might attack you!” Chen Feng appeared as well.

“We are brothers. Xian Yun will not attack me.” Bi Qing shook his head.

Another Bi Qing appeared there. The Bi Qing that was sealed earlier transformed into a stream of cyan light.

“Did you really kill Third Bro and Fourth Bro?” Flames were already dancing within Bi Qing’s eyes.

“Whether or not I killed them is not important. What is important right now is obtaining the Longevity Tower. Bi Qing, this is the Longevity Tower, a genuine Divine artifact! By getting our hands on it, we will be able to live forever!” Xian Yun said, his voice trembling with excitement.

“You have not answered my question. What you said earlier about Third Bro and Fourth Bro, is it true?” Cyan-coloured energy streams surged all around Bi Qing’s body. His eyes became like flames and a ferocious aura with seemingly no equal charged out from his body.

Due to his rage, Bi Qing actually broke through to the high-level Ascendant Immortal stage. Without even waiting for his cultivation level to stabilize, Bi Qing linked up to the Celestial Clearblue Plane and a cyan pillar of light made its way through the Longevity Tower and into Bi Qing’s body. Bi Qing grunted and his cultivation base rose again to the peak-level Ascendant Immortal stage. But even then, his aura continued to rise.

“Half-step True Immortal!” Chen Feng exclaimed.

“Anger is also a form of power.” Tower appeared beside Chen Feng. At the same time, Prince Blood Edge, the four great Yao Overlords, Patriarch Heavenly Sword, Heavenly Premier Absolute and the other mid-level Ascendant Immortals appeared inside the Longevity Tower.

“Looks like you fellows have prepared an ambush in advance. Are you fellows planning to ambush me?”

“Still, if it’s just you fellows, it’s probably not enough.”

After saying that, Xian Yun turned to face Bi Qing again. “That’s right, I killed Third Bro and Fourth Bro. In the past, I would have felt some respect towards you. But now, you are only an Ascendant Immortal. You are far from a match for me.”

“For the sake of that treasure?” Bi Qing’s eyes were spouting out flames. And yet, he was no longer looking as agitated as he was earlier. Even so, Chen Feng could still sense the atmosphere of sadness coming from Bi Qing.

“They have their own story as well.”

“Those who do not look out for themselves will be destroyed by the world,” Xian Yun replied.

“If so, I will not feel guilty about killing you!” Bi Qing took the lead in attacking. Even before this, Bi Qing had been able to fight against a True Immortal. And now, due to the breakthrough, Bi Qing’s combat power had become over 10 times stronger.

After beating everyone back, Xian Yun directly made his way forward to appear before Chen Feng. Killing Chen Feng was a very important objective for him now that he had entered the Longevity Tower.

Suddenly, Chen Feng shouted as well and a blade of light materialized from thin air to furiously slash towards Xian Yun.
