“Right now, it doesn’t matter how many enemies we kill. Do not forget, we still do not know if Patriarch Carefree and the others are still alive or not.” Chen Feng did not lower his guard. This was a trap and Chen Feng did not believe that this was all their opponents had in store for them.

A cyan-coloured sword beam broke through space and Bi Qing flew out from the space beyond the spatial rift. Behind him were Patriarch Carefree and Patriarch Heavenly Yang. Only, the two of them were already badly wounded. Without waiting for them to say anything, Chen Feng brought them into the Longevity Tower.

“Profound Truth has died while only a minor portion of Heavenly Enigma’s soul is left. As for the 600,000 cultivators we sent over, more than half had died,” Bi Qing said, stretching his hand to reveal a sphere of energy. Patriarch Heavenly Enigma’s face could be seen within the sphere.

“Island Lord Chen, save me!” Patriarch Heavenly Enigma cried out wretchedly.

Chen Feng nodded and the Longevity Tower exerted a suction force to suck Patriarch Heavenly Enigma inside. His soul was the only thing that remained of him. Rather, it was a damaged soul. Something like this was a good item for any cultivator, something that they would fight one another for. And yet, Patriarch Heavenly Enigma had managed to escape. Only, it would be incredibly difficult to recover. Of course, that was not an issue for Chen Feng.

“I will help you rebuild your body,” Chen Feng told him, hints of killing intent emerging from his heart. His forces had suffered from serious losses this time. Furthermore, they were still in the dark as to what would happen next.

“Unexpectedly, the Divine Wilderness Temple is actually a legendary Divine artifact. I really didn’t expect this,” Bi Qing said.

There were the cultivators from the Boltfiend Clan with indistinguishable facial features and cultivators from the Lightning Plane clad in armour that flashed with lightning radiance. Additionally, there was also Heavenly Premier Ninelink, who led a group of cultivators from Heavenly Firmaments Palace.

There were up to 20 Ascendant Immortals there, all casting predatory gazes at Chen Feng’s team of four. At the same time, strands of power descended to support the 20 Ascendant Immortals. As a result, their auras grew stronger and every single one of them was a match for Heavenly Premier Absolute.

Two cultivators from the Boltfiend Clan had taken action at the same time and lightning radiance suddenly burst out to form a giant lightning net, which moved forward to wrap up Chen Feng.

“Quite the fast reaction.” Chen Feng revealed a derisive grin and his eye technique activated. Finding a weak point, he abruptly sped forward.

Chen Feng broke through the lightning net. By then, Heavenly Premier Purple Glory had already responded. Not only did he not evade, he instead fired out a swift attack. It was none other than an immortal technique from the Heavenly Immortal Technique.

“Attack!” Bi Qing’s figure flashed forward and he unleashed his sword techniques, which enveloped several opposing cultivators. At the same time, he rapidly linked up to the Celestial Clearblue Plane, hoping to receive its support. As expected, as he was attacking, a stream of power made its way through the depths of space to strengthen him, allowing his cultivation base to rise considerably.

Bi Qing’s face, however, darkened somewhat. This time, he had failed to rise up by one level. It meant that the barriers that their enemies had set up were able to affect his attempt to link up to the Celestial Clearblue Plane.

“Since you fellows want to die, I will grant you your wish,” Chen Feng said and his palm swished to send the Longevity Tower flying forward. It shot towards one of the cultivators from the Boltfiend Clan.
