It was none other than the Dark Kirin, who was hiding in the dark. His move succeeded and he caught the golden-armoured cultivator. This was not just a simple grasping move. Rather, the golden-armoured cultivator had become sealed within a Dark Dimension. Most importantly, the Dark Dimension was shrinking and the golden-armoured cultivator sealed within shrank alongside it.

The golden-armoured cultivator fought back, unleashing formidable attacks against this move. Seeing that, Chen Feng grew concerned. No matter how powerful the Dark Kirin was, he had yet to reach the True Immortal stage while this golden-armoured cultivator had the power of a True Immortal.

The Dark Kirin’s attack smashed one of the golden-armoured cultivators, sending his figure flying. Chen Feng was quick to pounce and a massive astral blade pierced the golden-armoured cultivator’s body, killing him.

Two streams of black light swiftly flew out from the Dark Kirin’s eyes. In just the blink of an eye, the streams of black light had entangled the other two golden-armoured cultivators.

That’s the Nocturnal Lightsurge and Shackles of Darkness! However, not even an Ascendant Immortal would be able to display such power with those moves. Chen Feng felt puzzled.

A bluish-green sword beam pierced through one of the entangled golden-armoured cultivators while the Dark Kirin slapped the last one to death with one swing of his paw.

Next, the Dark Kirin’s massive body rapidly shrank, transforming into a black-clad youngster. He hovered before Chen Feng, his black clothes covered with bizarre-looking patterns. His face appeared aloof, like the incarnation of darkness itself.

“Senior Dark, just now…” Chen Feng had wanted to inquire about what happened earlier.

“That’s the power of the Dark Scripture,” Dark answered coolly.

Hearing that, Chen Feng immediately understood and he did not ask any more questions. Instead, he turned his attention to Bi Qing. By then, Bi Qing had more or less healed up. That said, he continued to absorb the power of the Celestial Clearblue Plane to heal himself.

Finally, the aura of the Celestial Clearblue Plane disappeared. Bi Qing’s figure shook and his cultivation level fell back to the mid-level Ascendant Immortal stage.

“Is this truly the end? Would it be this easy?” Bi Qing appeared somewhat dubious.

“The Immortal Plane is willing to accept this loss,” Chen Feng said smilingly. Despite saying that, though, he was quickly gathering his power.

As expected, after just several breaths’ worth of time, the space before them was suddenly sliced open and another golden-armoured cultivator stepped forward. This time, the invisible aura that this golden-armoured cultivator emanated caused the surrounding space to shake in a fragile manner.

“There is no need for you fellows to worry about that. I will give you fellows a chance to live. Just come quietly.” The golden-armoured cultivator hovered firmly before the three of them, exhibiting an extreme state of calmness.

Suddenly, a black passageway appeared behind the golden-armoured cultivator and the Dark Kirin’s attack arrived. However, the golden-armoured cultivator casually dealt with it.

And so, the battle began.

Only when facing a real True Immortal did Chen Feng realize how terrifying such an existence was. If it weren’t for the many Immortal artifacts serving as a means of protection, just a simple thought from the True Immortal would have been enough to kill him off.

Bi Qing was only at the mid-level Ascendant Immortal stage. He no longer possessed the combat power that he had back then. Thus, after just one confrontation, he was badly wounded. Following that, he entered the great array as well and worked with Chen Feng to mobilize the great array.

He could see a massive scripture appearing above the Dark Kirin’s head. It had a simplistic appearance, but black-coloured flames kept radiating out from it. However, there were two words shining with golden light on it. The two words were none other than ‘Dark Scripture’. Again, Chen Feng was someone who had cultivated the Dark Scripture. The moment the Dark Kirin brought out the Dark Scripture, the Dark acupoint within Chen Feng’s body roared. The Dark Talisman inside spun non-stop to link up with the aura of the Dark Scripture, bringing Chen Feng a great deal of benefits.

Additionally, the Dark Scripture had also linked up to the Dark Plane, allowing it to receive the support of the Dark Plane. Thus, Chen Feng felt his Dark acupoint growing ceaselessly. “The Dark Scripture!” Seeing the scripture, the golden-armoured cultivator was initially shocked. Next, however, he laughed.

“Unexpectedly, I would run into the Dark Scripture formed by the essence of the Dark Plane. Lucky!”

Chen Feng watched as the golden-armoured cultivator fired out a punch at the Dark Scripture. The simplistic-looking punch contained the power of True laws and immortal dao laws. Everywhere it went, light would surge forward and the darkness around it was blown away. Even the Dark Scripture was shaking violently.

The Dark Kirin had long since assumed his real body, but even his colossal body – supported by the power of the Dark Plane – was incapable of stopping the golden-armoured cultivator’s attack. The golden-armoured cultivator who was in the midst of fighting the Dark Kirin frowned as he sensed a slight foreboding feeling. Just as he was about to check it out in detail, Bi Qing’s attack – unleashed using the great array – arrived at the same time as the Dark Kirin’s attack.

Although the golden-armoured cultivator was confident in himself, he did not act carelessly in the face of the attacks. On the contrary, the golden-armoured cultivator was feeling very wary. He knew quite a bit about the Dark Scripture and how powerful it was.

“All right! Let’s do it!” Chen Feng held the Longevity Tower in his hand as the Longevity Wings abruptly unfurled from his back. It spread to a span of over 500 kilometres.
