“Eh?” Chen Feng was surprised. Logically speaking, his aura of a Human Immortal should have caused the Great Yaos to run away in fear. And yet, these Great Yaos were all charging at him with the willingness to die. In fact, they revealed no fear. This action of theirs proved that there was something else going on.

Chen Feng then reached out with his hand and performed a grasping move. As a result, one of the Great Yaos was captured. Next, Chen Feng’s divine sense quickly entered its sea of wisdom. It did not take long for Chen Feng to understand what was happening.

So, they are under the control of others. No wonder they would show no fear towards death. Chen Feng nodded. Following that, he shouted, his soundwaves reverberating out like thunder throughout Skytour Island.

There had been over 100,000 water yaos attacking Skytour Island. Those at the Great Yao stage number at least 1,000. As they were in the midst of ferociously attacking Skytour Island, however, the thunderous soundwaves shocked them all, causing a change to come over their eyes.

Due to that, the momentum behind their assault faltered. Next, Chen Feng pressed down with his palm and the aura of a Human Immortal enveloped the island, killing off countless water yaos in the process. Some of the water yaos that were lacking in strength began growing fearful and they quickly backed away. Due to that, the pressure that Skytour Island was facing gradually lessened.

Although there was still a high number of water yaos attacking the island, the situation had improved considerably.

“Greetings, Island Lord. You’ve finally returned. We were almost incapable of holding on.” Immortal First Day and another Human Immortal quickly arrived before Chen Feng.

These two were part of the Human Immortal quartet that Chen Feng had subdued in the past. They would usually act together with two other Human Immortals. At that moment, however, the others were not there.

After seeing Chen Feng, the two of them grew relieved. At the same time, they also grew shocked at the aura emanating out from Chen Feng’s body.

The two of them exchanged glances, thinking, Chen Feng has grown stronger again.

“Where are Patriarch Skytour and the others?” Chen Feng was quick to ask.

Chen Feng’s face was an unreadable mask. In truth, he believed them. In Eternal World, the surface of the ocean was greater than that of land. There were countless islands and grottoes within the ocean. Additionally, the number of water yaos and water monsters living within the ocean was so high that they were practically uncountable.

In the past, East Dragon Island’s power was somewhat limited to the shallow ocean area. It was closer to the land. Thus, the forces from the distant ocean were not an issue for it. However, now that it had expanded farther into the ocean, getting targeted by the distant ocean forces was only natural.

Although Chen Feng had the intention of expanding his territory, he also knew that he had to take it slow. Unexpectedly, while he was gone, East Dragon Island’s territory would expand so quickly.

Chen Feng knew of the Starry Islands. It was a spot within the ocean region with a high number of islands, each of varying sizes. It was over half a million kilometres away from East Dragon Island. In the past, various water yaos had occupied the place. Unexpectedly, East Dragon Island’s territory would expand that far into the ocean so quickly.

By then, the Divine Phantom Mink was already at the Yao Immortal (Earthen) stage. When comparing yaos and humans who were on the same cultivation level, yaos were usually stronger than humans. Moreover, the Divine Phantom Mink was a very rare type of yao beast. Although it did not possess the strongest offensive power, its speed and eye technique were amongst the best when compared to other yaos.

Next up, the Divine Phantom Mink carried Chen Feng with him to rush forward, disappearing like a gust of wind. They quickly made their way to Whitecrown Island. There, they swiftly took action to finish off all of the water yaos attacking Whitecrown Island.

By then, the tiger yao, tree yao, Hell Dog and Two-headed Windbolt Wyrm had already reached the mid-level Yao Immortal (Earthen) stage. Looking at the tens of elite students from Absolute Academy, Chen Feng breathed a sigh of relief. They were pinnacle geniuses of the world of cultivation. While they might not be able to fight against ten others on the same level as them, they should have no issue fighting against five others on the same level as them.

“You’re welcome, Junior Brother Chen. We are all fellow students. It is only right for us to be helping each other.”

The ones who came were those with relatively good relationship with Lan Ling’s group. To Chen Feng’s surprise, even his neighbour, Bi Shuidie, had come.

With them participating in the battle, the situation was instantly changed. The water yaos besieging several of the islands under East Dragon Island were all either killed off or driven away.

After all the water yaos attacking East Dragon Island and the other three islands were dealt with, they then headed to the other islands.

Chen Feng, however, did not go together with them. Instead, he hurried over with the Divine Phantom Mink to the Starry Islands. Amongst all the battles that East Dragon Island’s forces were engaged in, the battle in the Starry Islands was the most intense. The fact that the Demon Kings and experts under Chen Feng had gone there was proof of that.

Along the way, something else happened to make Chen Feng happy. Heavenly Sword Faction had also sent reinforcements.

The number of Human Immortals from Heavenly Sword Faction was not high, numbering only around ten. Moreover, they were mostly those that Chen Feng was acquainted with. Even so, the number of Sky Human stage cultivators was quite high at 300.

The 300 plus sword cultivators emanated a formidable atmosphere of power and their participation in the battle caused the tide to turn even faster.

“Thank you all for your assistance! Once the water yaos have been dealt with, I will be sure to entertain all of you!” Chen Feng said aloud.

“Don’t mention it, Elder Chen!”

No matter how you cut it, Chen Feng was an honorary elder of Heavenly Sword Faction. Although a portion of the cultivators were Chen Feng’s close friends, most of them had been sent out under the orders of Heavenly Sword Faction’s higher-ups. When Chen Feng and the Divine Phantom Mink arrived at the Starry Islands, they were instantly shocked by what they saw.

After coming to that conclusion, Chen Feng quickly rushed into the battle. Everywhere he went, one water yao after another would be smashed away. Chen Feng seemingly transformed into an unstoppable meteor, smashing his way forward, killing off at least 100 water yaos.

One of the leaders of the water yaos set its sights on Chen Feng, thrusting its trident at Chen Feng.

It was at the mid-level Yao King (Human) stage. Its mighty body was completely covered in scales and spikes grew haphazardly across the surface of its body. Its mouth flashed with sharp teeth. There was no telling just what kind of water yao it was.

Chen Feng punched, instantly breaking the trident before continuing ahead to smash into the water yao’s body. With a bang, the water yao’s body blew up.

As Chen Feng was attacking, the Divine Phantom Mink did not remain idle. He was a Yao Immortal, after all. He could kill off Yao Kings instantly. Additionally, the Divine Phantom Mink was also very fast. In just the blink of an eye, several Yao Kings had died to him.

The surface of the ocean erupted and a pillar of water charged towards the Divine Phantom Mink. At the same time, a strange-looking, fish-like water yao charged out. It exuded a terrifying atmosphere of power and grand dao powers swirled around it. Clearly, it was also a Yao Immortal.

Note: Immortal First Day first appeared in Chapter 772 as the mid-level Human Immortal with a short goatee. He eventually gets his name in Chapter 775.
