"I'll naturally be the victor," said Xiang Shaoyun confidently as he used the Secret Reversal Technique and some spring water in his astral cosmos sea to try and heal faster than Dugu Qiubai.

"Haha, defeat has always been what I seek," said Dugu Qiubai as he roared with laughter. He kept his weapon away, and his body started shining with a five-colored radiance. This was the true primal chaos energy. Using it, he enhanced his wood energy to heal at an insane speed. His wounds started closing up at a speed visible to the naked eye.

When Xiang Shaoyun saw that, he exclaimed inwardly, This is truly a freakish physique. I might only be able to do that after I fill all nine of my stars with primal inception energy.

His resolution to forge himself the strongest physique became firmer, and he was confident he would succeed. The two stood still and stared at each other for about an hour. The time for the final battle had finally arrived.

Dugu Qiubai was not wielding any weapon, and primal chaos energy was swirling around him. Numerous scenes started manifesting around him, as though a world was being created and numerous living beings were coming into existence. The scenes were mysterious and mystical, sowing confusion in all who looked straight at them.

Xiang Shaoyun was unable to create such mysterious phenomena, as his primal inception energy only existed within his astral cosmos sea. He had to extract it out if he wanted to use the energy, so he could only unleash his peerlessly remarkable presence to face all that was unfolding before him.

Dugu Qiubai started revolving his energy in his two eyes, and his eyes started shining brightly. The beams shot forward and instantly reached Xiang Shaoyun, threatening to reduce him to ashes.

Xiang Shaoyun was already in his strongest battle-ready state and was constantly on alert. The moment Dugu Qiubai's eye attack came, he reacted and moved away using Phantom Shift.

Next, he used the Overlord's Nine Nether Steps, trying to suppress his opponent in terms of presence before doing anything else. His ever-successful soul suppression failed to affect Dugu Qiubai.

Xiang Shaoyun managed to take three steps forward, but Dugu Qiubai appeared unaffected and was still able to make his move.
