Despite the barrier gone, Mt. Crimson was still safe thanks to Lao Sha stopping any elemental attack from inadvertently hurting the crafters. Thanks to Lao Sha, no harm befell the mountain and the students could at the very least protect themselves much more efficiently.
The battle was still going strong on the outside of the mountain. Initially caught off guard, the students were now calm-headed enough to follow their fellow students to the back of the mountain for safety.
There weren’t as many students in the Crafting School as most schools so it didn’t take long for them to group up and retreat to safety. Only a few Soul Ancestors and Soul Exalts were left backing the crowd. They had the confidence to watch out for themselves as they watched the battles outside.
“Kill it!!”
Qi Ning was furious at Lao Sha. Swatting away an attack from Hu Yang, he whirled around to face it.
“Whoosh!!”

'My class [Death Knight] is just barely legal' is a laid back story with occasional tension, that describes Arthur, a young man, exploring the world, the system and his own mental health as he pursues his ambitions. This story is the first serious fiction I ever wrote, so while criticism is definitely welcomed, keep it polite. I'm going to rewrite the first few chapters at some point, since they're not as good as my later ones, but I'm focusing on my current chapters first. I don't have time to do both yet, since I'm also in the middle of my exams. There, his past self meets new creatures and annoyances, as he and his continue to grow ever closer to obtaining their world called Terra. Arc 3 - Abyss:War. The end result in a conflict of words which fall upon deafened ears of those who could not come to an understanding; an agreement. Instead, they must fight one another so that one must come out on top in order to shout to the heavens, "I am right; you are wrong!" Thus is the same in this installment within the series of Origin Point, but instead of outright war, the Ageless speaks to a new audience of Gods, Goddesses, Immortals, and their children of how his past self had to venture into the tutorial world known as Terra where he must fight a War of Attrition. This is so, as he must draw out the God reigning over their world so that he may fight and conquer this deity in order to regain what he desires most. His world. The prince of a kingdom was erased from the world. His very existence an enigma. Follow Xopil as he forces his life into a world that refuses to acknowledge his presence. I tried to write a novel without including all the standard things you find in certain genres, or if it is included, I hope it's at least a fresh take on it, this includes me breaking the fourth wall, probably too much. I'm wondering if that helped with humor at all, and also reconsidering if that should be a part of the story. I'm going to be rewriting every chapter at this point... and that chapter I'm extremely disappointed with could likely be deleted if not redone entirely. Now that this story is marked 'completed', I'll be going through each chapter and fleshing out the story a bit, as I found it severely lacking, and I've been saying to myself "I could have done more with that." way more often than I should be.
